We had a Cummins 40KW standby power system professionally installed by BNK Services, and we cant say enough good things about this company. Paul Bryant, and his very knowledgeable employees, did a fantastic job pouring the reinforced concrete slab for the generator base, installing a Cummins 200-amp transfer switch adjacent to our existing electric meter, and they answered my numerous questions along the way. After satisfactorily completing the installation, BNK Services provided a demonstration of the generator capabilities followed by a detailed customer orientation session. BNK Services is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I highly recommend them for all of your generator needs.

BNK Services is not the first company that I called. They were the third company. Thank God I called them. They saved me several thousand dollars. The first company said, the compressor had failed and would require replacement. The second company said the compressor had failed and I needed to replace the entire system. I told a friend about what the contractors said. He recommended I call BNK Services. Russell from BNK Services came out and found a burned wire on the compressor. He repaired it and did a system clean and tune up. He cleaned inside and outside units. My system is working better than it has in years. Thank you BNK Services for your honesty and integrity.I recommend them 100%.

Bought a portable generator (Generac GP6500E) for emergency power backup in our home. Just want to power the basics (refrigerator, freezer, garage door opener, medical equipment, and a small portable room air conditioner).First, Paul with BNK referred me to a great website to purchase the unit at a really good price. Then, he came for a site visit and gave a clear explanation of how BNK would incorporate the generator into our existing home panel to eliminate the need for bulky extension cords and to make power up in the event of an outage easier. Paul made every effort to schedule our install at our convenience.The BNK installation team arrived as scheduled on time and made quick work of the installation. They made every effort to accommodate my requests for plug placement, cleaned up after themselves, and took time after the install to walk me through start up and shut down, carefully explaining the process. The way they installed, I can actually select other circuits to be backed up if need be as long as I dont overload the generator.All together, I have a home emergency backup solution including the cost of the small room air conditioner for under $2,000. Reliable power is a must for comfort and convenience and, more importantly, to ensure required medical equipment is available as needed.

They installed a whole home generator 4 years ago. Very professional, good work and good experience. Today, Seth came to service our Generac, and he was extremely thorough and answered all hubby’s questions. Would definitely recommend Bnk Services for installing and servicing generators.

We had a Generac generator installed. I ordered a 20 but a 22 is what showed up and they installed it anyways without charging me for the larger size. Paul gave me a quote and that is exactly what I paid in total. Paul kept me informed and let me know where we were during each step during he install process. Seth and the crew that installed our system were courteous, professional, and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I would recommend BNK Services without reservation!
