Primary reason for service was my attic fans were not working. Colton diagnosed the problem. Also, I needed a generator transfer switch installed on the electric panel, plus a bathroom plug installed and a faulty GFI replaced and a faulty breaker replaced on panel. One attic fan needed replacement. After all repairs and installs were completed Colton patiently explained how to safely use the transfer switch and label the panel for easy use. His assistant, Jaxon, was excellent. Both were professional and very easy to work with and pleasant. This is a rather lengthy review but I cant say enough about how great these guys were. I will definitely use Patriot for any future projects!

Seth of Patriot Electric was amazing! My HVAC was in bad shape. He laid it all out slowly and methodically, and pieced together different options, varying in cost. He was trying to help me figure out the most cost effective repairs to address the multitude of issues with my system. Ultimately, I opted for a new outside unit. He came back and got it all installed. He explained everything and even cleaned up after himself. If it weren’t for the new unit and working AC, you’d never even know he was here! We heard about Patriot Heating & Air Conditioning by word of mouth, and we couldn’t be more pleased! Seth & his trainee Samuel got right to work & quickly discovered the issue with our 21 year old unit. After discussing what needed to be done, Seth gave us a ballpark figure with 2 options—one just for the work to be done & one that included the maintenance option. There was no pressure to purchase the maintenance option at all; we chose it based on how professional & knowledgeable they were. After they finished the work, Seth asked me where the air filters were so he could change them for me! Oh yes—the trash service had come down the other side of the street before I had gotten my cans out, and Samuel volunteered to take them to the curb for me!! I wholeheartedly recommend Patriot Heating & Air Conditioning!!

Patriot Electic Services was the best call I have made in 30 years. Our house was struck by lightning yesterday. We called late afternoon once the firemen left. They were there in 30 minutes and had us in a good place in 60 minutes. Dalton the lead service man was polite, proffessional and a pleasure to deal with at a stressful time. We called them back today, there here in 30 minutes and though different men arrived they were just as polite and courteous as the gentlemen who came previously. I would recomend them to anyone!

2/21/2024 Colton & his helper came to install the electric for our new septic system. Not only did I get an appt less than 24 hours after calling. I got great service, w/kindness. Colton did the quote, I approved it & he/his helper had it installed all in 3 hours! We are happy & so is the company installing our new septic. They’ve never experienced such quick svc for this part of the job!4/16/2023 - Troy & Patriot just rewired our ENTIRE home!! The thought & care that they put in to our ADA modified home is incredible!!! Troy pointed out places that I should probably put lights & told me the min/max heights that switches & outlets needed to be to meet ADA rules. He did so much research going in to our job & it truly shows. We are so thankful for Troy & Patriot. They’ve made an extremely stressful time in our life so much easier. We can’t recommend them highly enough - they will be our first choice for electric every time. 🩷7/2022 My husband & I will be moving in to our camper while we gut our home. As such, we knew we’d need a reliable power source that would power everything (especially the AC) while we live in the camper and power is off to the house. We looked in to solar panels for the camper and generators but, holy Hanna were those going to be pricey over the course of 4-6+ months! We decided on shore power. I went to Google to read about electrical contractors and find one familiar with shore power. Patriot stood out among the crowd. I called and spoke to Sylvia (who has been extremely helpful through this whole thing.) and she got us on the schedule for a quote. The best part? If the quote was acceptable to us the work could be completed that same day.7/7/22 Troy and Rocky came out, as scheduled, & wrote up a quote. We accepted the quote & Troy and Rocky got to work. They only stopped for lunch while the concrete for the pole was in was curing then they were right back at it. (It was 103° out yesterday & they were working w/no shade.) Once the job was completed Troy was able to take my payment on his iPad & Sylvia will be emailing our receipt.Troy & Rocky are incredibly professional while still being friendly & personable. Despite the horrid heat they never stopped smiling. They explained everything clearly to me & I did not feel spoken down to at all. They even helped me understand how to hook up our camper to the shore power. (We aren’t campers - it’s simply a place to stay while the work is done on our home.) Rocky explained what my options were to have power at the pole - 1) have two meters and two bills 2) to a disconnect and connect when we gut the house and don’t need power to it but need power to the camper. We chose to stick with one power bill at a time because our electric bill is nuts this summer! They also let us know that for short stints working in the camper to get it ready to move in that our contractor’s gas generator (that’s at our house) would power the AC if I wanted to do that. I’m so impressed with Troy & Rocky! And Patriot, overall! I’ve already referred my mother & son/DIL to Patriot. In addition, if my contractor needs a local electrician during our remodel I’m going to ask that he use Patriot. It’s been a very stressful few months leading up to yesterday & Troy & Rocky getting that shore power in took such a weight off of my shoulders. I absolutely recommend Patriot &, specifically Troy and Rocky, for your electrical needs!UPDATE: We finally plugged the camper in to our shore power. Wow! All of the power we need to run everything from the awning to the AC, right in our yard! Bonus that Troy & Rocky added 3 outlets for the construction crew. We’re so happy w/ Patriot that we are hiring them as the electrician to put all new electrical in our home during the renovations.9/9/22 Troy was back out today to give a quote for rewiring our entire home. As always, Troy was fantastic. He spoke with our general contractor & myself & explained everything. I feel the quote is very fair & look forward to working with Troy & Patriot again.

JT was extremely helpful. He was able to quickly fix my problem because all I knew to do to the breaker box was flip breakers if they had flipped off. I did not know they could cause a problem if not totally flipped or that you needed to make sure the light on the GFI (?) on the outside outlet near the panel was green. I appreciate his quick fix, but also for showing me those things about the breakers and the outside outlet as well.

I have had to search outside of Longview for Contractors for MULTIPLE reasons. Google brought me to Patriot Electric Services. I made a call 10/11 and had an appointment for the following Monday and asked if they happened to be able to squeeze us in, it would be great. Only because our parents shower/toilet room light went out. I received a call 10/12 stating they were in the area and could stop by. Jesus and Jeff showed up. I explained the problem and one other item I needed done. Jesus provided a quote that beat anyone fly by night guy in our area. The projects were done in NO TIME and all of my questions were answered on top of informing me of things I never knew. I will definitely have this company come back out for our future plans and would graciously have Jesus and Jeff in our home anytime!6/5/24, Seth came out to do a maintenance tune-up on our A/C and found issues that no other company has bothered to notice!! I was in desperate need of an electrician to restore power to my home after the recent East Texas storms. Patriot electric services came to the rescue. I called them around 8:00 p.m. last night and relayed what the problem was. These guys have been working like crazy all around East Texas because hundreds of thousands people just like myself have lost power to their homes.Patriot electric services told me that it would be $300 to have them come out that night to do the repairs but he explained to me that the guys have been working really hard and he was trying to send them home for the evening. I told them that it wasnt needed that they come right away because weve been without power for days already.There were completely understanding and scheduled an appointment first thing this morning. As stated they were here exactly at 8:00 a.m. to start working on my electrical problem. Dalton came out to quote some work. The office staff was super helpful and friendly and did a great job of helping to coordinate as my place is difficult to locate. He was super personable, understood my need to do the job right but also find ways to minimize my cost where I could and still get the outcome Im looking for. Due to no cell service at the location, he had to send my estimate to me afterwards but did so super quickly. If their work is as good as the initial appointment process, then Im going to be in good hands. Im absolutely going to use this company to do the work.

Dustin and his apprentice both were. Wry professional and explained who they each were, who they were with and why they were here …Kept asking if there was anything more they could help me with ..When done they explained their position on the matter and were very nice to this old lady … you can be very proud of Dustin teaching the young man the ropes of Patriot Electric..
