    I set up an appointment on a Monday for Tuesday at 9 AM and Paul was there at 9. He looked at the work needed and promised to have an estimate that afternoon. I had it before lunch. The cost was very reasonable so I set up an appointment for the next day. Ashton arrived on time and completed the emergency generator transfer switch installation in less than two hours. Great job all the way around. Highly recommend Mister Sparky.

    The two young men, Paul and Ashton, that came out were very professional and pleasant young men. The work done appears to be just fine.The only concern was the cost of re-wiring the GFCI connections. There were two outlets which needed minor adjustments which took a total of 10 minutes to fix. I watched on one of them so I know my calculations are correct. The cost was outrageous: $384.00 for that. That is what the bill notated. The only reason you are not getting 5 stars is because of that.

    The Ritz Carlton of Electricians! On time, fair pricing, clean cut~ collared shirt, immaculate mannered, utterly patient. I could go on and on...offered to wear booties, sweep up after job. We were so greatly impressed with the professionalism from Ostin. Its so refreshing to have a contractor in your home that cares about it as much as you do. I will now call no other than Mr. Sparky!

    I must say, the easier company to do business with. Great customer service, great knowledge and patience with me, the customer, great work and very detailed oriented and no hidden fees, and fair price, they will charge what they estimated you on the quote.I had another company cancel me due to their rescheduling, and when I called Mister Sparky, I had a service specialist at my door within 1.5 hours, and their technicians within 2-3 hours SAME DAY!!! Unheard of and loved it.100% recommending this company and I will use their services again, and again.

    I recommend Mister Sparky for electrical work. They quickly responded to a fairly urgent situation we had on a Saturday. Paul and Ashton showed up when they said they would, explained the work clearly, did the job thoroughly and were friendly throughout. Brianna was great about calling/texting to confirm when they would be arriving and very nice to talk with on the phone. We will definitely call them the next time we need electrical work done.

    I had to have my entire electrical panel replaced on a Friday evening. Ashton did a great job and was very professional! He arrived promptly and completed the job on time.     Sent a request online first thing in the morning for an appointment to get an estimate to install outlets on our patio and had a call back within 15 minutes. Was able to have a tech out within an hour and he gave me an estimate and completed the job within two hours of my initial call. Our tech Ostin was great. Definitely recommend!!

    This Spring we had a 30 amp receptical installed for our RV, until last weekend (Oct 13, 2024) we had not used the receptical. The receptical failed and I called them for the repair. Not only were they here the next working day but they did not charge us for the repair. I was expecting to pay for the repair but the tech told me they warrentied their installed equipment for 7 years Great customer service.

    Mister Sparky has provided exceptional care since day one. After calling a few places, I called Mister Sparky but then hung up just because I was overwhelmed. I received a call back from the office staff, Brianna, indicating that she missed a call and wanted to see if I was in need of help. I informed her of everything, she gave me wonderfully detailed information on the next steps. She confirmed with me when a technician was sent out, which he did arrive on time (Ashton was his name). Ashton thoroughly explained everything to me, was delightful, respectful and my cats even came out to get petted which they typically hide from anyone new! So that says a lot lol after Ashton completed the service, Brianna later followed up with a phone call. She calls me more than family does. ;) overall, I give them a 10 out of 10!

    I called to have my electrical panel inspected because it appeared I had some loose breakers. I also wanted their professional opinion regarding replacement of the entire panel because it is 45 years old. Ashton took a look at the breakers and confirmed that although they did have some give, they were fully attached to the panel. He also told me that there were no code issues with the panel but that it was very crowded and had some wear and tear. He said it was really up to me as to if I wanted to replace it or not. The advantage to replacement would be a bigger box with more room which would allow for removal of half breakers, cleanup of 40 years worth of additions resulting in a rats nest of wires and incorrectly labeled breakers, and room for future growth. Ashton did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need and was very pleasant to work with. He provided me with two estimates for panel replacement before he left. I’ll be looking over these and hope to proceed soon. Very professional business with great communication and timeliness. Thank you!

    Randall & Paul at Mister Sparky are fantastic!A limb came down and took out our power late in the afternoon on the 3rd of July.These gentlemen came out and got us repaired in less than 2 hours.The city’s inspector wasn’t going to be back in the office until Monday, July 8th.Randall and Paul were able to send photos to the city inspector (after hours) and get our repairs done!We highly recommend Mister Sparky and will continue to use this company for all of our future electrical needs!

    Paul was awesome. I needed a ceiling fan hung. He got the job done in record time. I was not at home during his visit. The company sent me a photo and an arrival time of the technician. That was reassuring. Paul called when he arrived and when he finished. He also let me know that everything was in working order, how to work my ceiling fans remote and that a light switch had to be replaced. I was able to pay over the phone.     The disconnect for my house was damaged during recent storms, I called Mr. Sparkey at 5:00 pm and within 15 minutes an electrician was there, he looked at everything and gave me a quote.     This company left me speechless.. Neighbors tree pulled our weather head off our house.. Call Mister Sparky left a message with answering service and not even a min later they where calling. I was out of town across the country my sister was home to help handle... Paul/Caleb and Randall (owner) very willing to talk and explain everything and very personable ppl and understanding and will not sell anything you dont need.. Pricing very reasonable as well. Called Saturday evening and Sunday Boom had us fixed for Oncor to get back on.     Alex was our tech and he was on time and ready to work. He replaced two of my outlets and quoted me on installing an outlet near a fireplace. He was kind and knowledgeable and didn’t waste our time. The customer service is what I’m most pleased with. Typically, over contacting me is an issue and is annoying. However, they called to confirm the appointment, the technician called when he was here, and they did a follow up contact to ensure I was pleased with my service. This made me happy as customer service is hit or miss in these type of encounters. Will 100% be using them when it’s time to install that outlet. Thanks Alex and Mr. Sparky!

    I had outlets replaced and a surge protector installed. The customer service representative was kind and helpful in getting the appointment set up. The electrician, Alex, was prompt and walked me through process. He had to cut a hole out of the closet wall for the surge protector, and when I offered to clean up the saw dust, he insisted that he didn’t feel right leaving a mess. He was kind and thorough, and did an excellent job.

    I was very overwhelmed whenever it came to the idea of hiring an electrician. Try googling electrician in your area and the Tyler area has so many pop up 😅 however after reading over Mister Sparky I knew that was the choice! And right I was! First thing I noticed off the bat was the amazing communication across the line. Friendly, easy going, and just down to earth. I’d call them just to have a conversation it was so pleasant lolThe electrician service itself was also great! The text they would send with updates on their arrival were very welcomed. I asked Paul if he would kindly look at my wiring for my built in microwave and check a couple of outlets that were inoperable while Eric was relocating the switch.     Couldnt be happier with the service I received today from Russ and his son Jonathan. We woke up to a smell of plastic burning which was our power coming into our breaker box connections were loose, causing arching in our breaker box. We immediately called Mr. Sparkey within no time Russ was on the scene troubleshooting our problem. We had to replace my whole distribution panel as well as relocate the box, run new riser, wire, and do connections. It was going to be a huge job. Russ was completely up front on what it would cost. He was also aware I had a 9 month old daughter who was going to need electricity before night fall. So as I instructed my wife to pack a bag that more than likely we would be at a hotel for the night.Russ left and started assembling a new breaker box and was back within a couple of hours, with his son working to get our power back on.Thanks to Russ and his professional manner he had our power restored in plenty of time to spare. I was impressed and shocked at how efficient and how professional the job was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has electrical needs. God bless you and your team Russ!

In addition, when I spoke with him earlier in the day, he told me to feel free to call his cell number if Oncor could not resolve my problem. I called him around 7 pm, and he was at my home within 15 minutes. He quickly identified and repaired the problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
