I represent a residential 501C3 in the Magic Valley and contracted with Roto Rooter to clear the main sewer line to the city system. The urgent nature of the work presented itself on a weekend and they immediately sent their technician to our location. KEAGAN was AMAZING! He educated us about the mixed materials used over the years, construction of the existing system, and set a clear & concise expectation of the process to remedy the situation, including the new materials that would be used.Really EXCELLENT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!The value of Keagan’s assessment, applied knowledge and willingness to educate his customers goes far beyond the fair and affordable pricing this company offers.Thank you!

JIM and his crew were great. Needed a new main line for an old house.It was a big project but the crew worked for two solid days until it was finished. They did an excellent job. And they were friendly and kept me informed as problems developed. Furthermore, the price was reasonable .and no extra charge for several problems they ran into.

Markise and Nick out of Meridian were AMAZING. They hands down did a fantastic job on quite a large project. I was a little nervous about opening up the foundation in our house and concrete in the basement- and they exceeded my expectations with before, during and after clean up! HIGHLY recommend these two guys from Roto Rooter!

Rotor Rooter is AMAZING. We had our sewage back up through our entire house due to bad plumbing from our builder. Our home was not even a year old. They helped us clear the blockage and reported on what they saw including pictures to help us get a builders warranty submitted. Unfortunately, our builder tried to get out of fixing it saying that everyone said the plumbing was fine even with rotor rooter and another plumbing companys opinion, which was all a lie. Rotor Rooter went ABOVE and BEYOND with helping us get more evidence and create a concrete game plan to get our warrantied house fixed. Thank you Rotor Rooter!P.S. This was all through a holiday and they were so quick and responsive.
