Keith and Robert are the best! Today they replaced our water heater. They ran into a few issues and didnt leave until the job was completed. The first call to them was picked up and an appointment was made. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it and you dont have to wait around all day for them! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the different codes and laws, and dont mind all the questions I had. Weve used a few different plumbers in the past and First Choice will now be my only call for all our plumbing needs! Thank you so much!! Blessings to you guys.

Oh my gosh, I can’t say enough good things about these guys!! They were Amazing to work with! Our Hot water heater went out, I put a call into our Home Warranty company and the contracted out to First Choice. Keith came diagnosed the issue and put in a claim to the Home Warranty Company. Keith called and Kept me in the loop about what was going on. The company ordered the wrong size. Finally after 2 weeks of no hot water, going through Christmas with no hot water I finally got a new hot water heater installed yesterday. The communication from Keith the whole time was well above and beyond great customer service. We appreciate all you did for us. Thank you so much, you and your team are AMAZING!!!

Beyond thrilled with the work completed by Keith and the First Choice team! Tackling a new construction project for the first time is stressful. Keith guided us through decisions and did the cleanest plumbing rough-in I have ever seen—even though no one will see it (now that’s craftsmanship). Even more, he showed up when he said he would and communicated proactively the whole time. I’d give ‘em more stars if I could.

Edit: I had such a good experience with them the first time, I didn’t even go through my home warranty this time when we had issues with our fridge water line, I just called them. They were able to fit me in the next day, and Robert helped again. He gave us all the options and the pros and cons of each. It was only slightly more expensive than the home warranty service fee, and they are so quick to respond and help. I’m happy to call them whenever we need something done quick.Original: I haven’t always had good experiences with the pros that American Home Shield picks, but these people were better than I ever could have asked for! We put in our service request last night around 6 PM, and we had someone calling us the next morning just after 7 AM asking for more details, and they sent someone shortly after 8 AM! The pro who helped us was Robert, and he was kind, answered any questions we had, and he had everything he needed to fix our bathtub spout/pipe, so it was done around 10 AM! They also made sure they did as much possible that would be covered by our warranty, so we paid no extra! Fastest, best service we’ve maybe ever gotten!

Well Ill tell ya what...this man named Robert came out today to do a free estimate for my parents. I wanted to do the job myself but they insisted after hearing Robert speak so eloquently about the issue at hand. I personally sat with Robert and he explained everything to me about the issues that my parents were currently dealing with. We spoke the entire time and I learned about his life. Now Robert has a wife and two children and he was so professional I was just in awe about what a cool guy he was I wouldnt hesitate to call them again and Ill tell ya this...I want Robert to come address anything thats wrong in the future. He was personable...he was kind...and didnt mind explaining every detail to me as he sat there and fixed my parents plumbing. Not only were they professional but Robert I was so impressed with and I have zero complaints. Thank you Robert for helping my parents with their plumbing but also being so kind and helpful with explaining it all as well. Thank you guys!!!

Keith came out and assessed the water problem I was having, showed up on time very professional got this problem fixed. Turns out that I have leaky pipes that were damaging my floors and he called the restoration service had them come right out and everything is being fixed. Im very pleased with Keith performance he did a very good job fixing our stuff. and was at a very affordable price and ended up being lower then what we had originally thought. All in all first choice water and plumbing did a great job I would recommend them

These guys didn’t waste anytime getting over, and fixing both problems, so we could get back to business. All the furballs loved seeing Robert twice in one week!! This is truly a great company and needs to write the manual on customer service. Had a very serious issue with two (2) of our 50 gallon Gas Water Heaters gone bad and leaking and filling one of our main Utility rooms in the basement and outer room. The owner of First Choice immediately responded and additionally contacted water restoration company who came within the hour. He located both Water heaters, because the tanks went bad. Removed old and Replaced with new before 2 pm that day . Something that I must also add, was how organized and clean they were and respectful of your home. We really appreciate this all and highly recommend these guys for all.

We broke up concrete to get to the pipe and he was helpful in talking us through it, he came over and helped periodically and got it done quickly so we werent without our kitchen sink. Rob was my installer for a toilet. He was very friendly and helped so much, we had no idea what we were doing or even how to turn the water off at our new house and he was helpful and patient the entire time. He got the job done very quickly, double checked his work, explained how different parts of things worked and things wed need to keep an eye out for, very thorough! He even offered us some advice on parts of our future projects. Also, he came prepared with all the parts we needed that we werent sold with our installation originally at Lowes, and that saved us a bunch of issues and trips back to the home improvement store. We will definitely be using these guys for all our plumbing work from now on!

Huge shout out to Keith the owner of First Choice Water and Plumbing! Had my sewer back up because of roots getting into my main sewer line and needed it to be excavated for my insurance. Called him today and he came out right away to help me out. Took a detailed video of all the damage inside my line because of orange burg piping allowing the roots to sneak their way in with detailed audio description of everything he was seeing as he was going through the line to my house and to the main city line. He’s been nothing but the best. I can’t recommend him enough to people being 100% honest and fair with everything he does I’m more than happy to give him my business anytime. Thank you again Keith!

Had a water softener question. Keith trouble shot over the phone, knew the problem without seeing it and of course was correct. I was able to fix what was wrong. I later had a leaking PEX pipe fitting, I turned to him, he was in and out in less than 15min and saved me the headache.
