    Braeden did a great job fixing an ongoing leak under my elderly parents kitchen sink. We were really happy with his ability to install the new garbage disposal, which was quick and effortless for him....but would have been a pain for us. Weve consistently used Master Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs the last several years. Highly recommend!!

    Robert showed up to clear a clogged set of sinks for me. He called ahead, arrived as planned, was polite, pleasant, and professional. He cleared the clog, which proved to be a bit difficult, in quick time and did not make a mess doing so. He made sure that my plumbing was not leaking, and was working properly, before he departed.     I am so glad we chose to call Master Plumbing. First, they came to the house and gave us an estimate free of charge. Our plumber, Brady was friendly and courteous. He patiently explained what would need to happen and the reason it was done that way. Building codes were explained as well.A day later the official estimate was emailed to us and we were able to schedule the work. The work was scheduled only three days away. Calls and text messages let us know when Brady arrived at the house.Anyway, the work was done and the estimate was the bill. They even hauled away our old unit. Im so pleased. They did an excellent job.

    Braden and Colby were amazing!! I had gotten a Quote from another company for thousands of dollars, was told I needed to replace all the pipes under our home. We decided to get a second opinion and went with Master Plumbing, Im sooo glad we did.Braden and Colby came put and told me they could just fix the leak and that it actually wasnt that dire. I cant tell you how incredibly happy I was to hear that. They were both very professional and courteous and had the issue fixed with in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price.I highly recommend Master Plumber!! They will always be my fist call for any Plumbing issues in the future.

    These guys were great! Braeden showed up 1st, looked to see what needed doing (walk-in shower install) and was able to call his partner, Grant, to bring some other needed parts. Both guys were exceptional.     We had an emergency septic issue, we called several places in desperation. Master Plumbing was the only place that answered the phone (others were all straight to messaging). The lady that answered the phone was sympathetic, very kind, and did everything she could to get us a same day appointment. Amazing service!The technician, Chris, arrived right on time and he was so awesome! The kind of person you’re happy to invite into your home, so kind and professional.He got the job done, he saved the day! One hundred percent Master Plumbing will be our first call the next time we have an issue.

    Update: same thing happened 2 years later and Robert was just as amazing. I highly recommend this company.My shower, toilet and sink all were backed up with water pouring into the basement this morning. I called Master Plumbing, and from the sweet lady that answered the phone to Phil that came to fix my problem, they turned my disaster into a good experience. Phil arrived so quickly and even took the time to discuss other things I was thinking of getting done in the future. He was very open and honest when answering all my questions. I will definitely be using this company again.

    Chris worked hard, digging my hard soil - which broke his shovel- to find the septic tank lid (2’ deep) on a hot day. I had information from the previous owner and Chris obtained a sketch from the health department, but in the end I called a halt for the day, concerned that he would suffer heat stroke. He was very pleasant, offered advice about granules and a possible riser. I will try to obtain a more specific location from the previous owner prior to Chris’s return.

    Phil Conklin came out and helped me out this evening. Not only did he take care of my problem but he went above and beyond. First, and most important to me, he listened to what I had to say about what was happening and what plumber #1 from a different company did and had said. He then did his own search on the property and test a few things out only to realize he believed it was a city issue. Then he stepped up the service again and called the city, being after hours this was not just one easy call but several. He kept me in the loop, was very kind, very informative, and persistent. This weekend is Easter and I have family coming from out of town, and thanks to Phil, I’ll have a house ready for guests.

    Robert stopped by and gave me an Estimate for having my kitchen drain snaked. It was really plugged . Told him go for it. 3 hours later he got it unplugged. He worked his butt off. The plumbing in my home is a nightmare of 2 inch cast iron 90 degree joints. 5 that I know of that he had to get through. And he did it. For what he had to do He is to be commended. A true professional, very polite and and extremely knowledgeable. Im a very satisfied old Vet. If I need Plumbing service in the future these are the people I will call.Semper fi marine.

    Chris came to pump our septic tank and was very helpful. He called us letting us know he was going to be able to come earlier, which was much appreciated. He described what he was doing as he was working and gave us some options and tips to help keep our septic tank maintained. Checkout and payment was very simple as well when he was finished. Would definitely recommend. The only issue was that he left his nozzle on our hose after he left and I couldnt get a hold of him afterwards. Other than that, things went really well.

    Cant believe how quick Robert was able to get to my house. I had 2 previous plumbers from other local companies come out and couldnt or wouldnt solve my issue. Robert was so knowledgeable and determined to clear my line. With their camera, he not only cleared my line but with persistence, was able to find out what was wrong with my pipes and where they needed to be replaced. He stayed as long as it took to figure out how to solve the problem, took lots of pictures, looked in my crawl space, and will be giving me an estimate of the work needed. Top notch service and very trustworthy!!

    Robert and Wyatt arrived at the house for what we knew would be a pretty substantial repair. We found out it would be even more of a repair than anticipated. They were amazing. They did great work, were super professional, and kept a good attitude even when things went south. I will definitely call them again.

    I initially chose Master Rooter plumbing because of all the positive reviews and seems only fair to continue the trend. They do incentivize their employees to have customers leave positive reviews, but I personally think that is just smart business. Especially since they are not pushy and are upfront about this fact. They sent me a text with Jays picture and a short Bio so I would know who was showing up to my house, they were prompt, and they had a human voice at the other end of the line any time I called.Jay Thornock was sent out to see the issue I had. He was friendly, professional, (good with my dogs, which is a side note, but important if someone is going to be working in your house), and very straightforward with the issue and the possible solutions as well as recommendations.Insurance allowing I plan to use the company and have zero reservations in doing so from their initial presentation.I’m sure I’ll do another review once the work is done, but I’m fairly confident it will be just as positive.
