Lance did a solid construction job on my new patio cover. Since it was not rushed, all the areas matchup and are well caulked. He even used a high rated caulking so there will be years of carefree use of my new patio cover. There is attention to rain run off so that the patio stays dry.

So I’m with Peak Performance Roofing and we do 30-40 Roofs per month, so I see a lot of houses and porches that need the TLC that four seasons expertise does, a particular house in Bartlesville. I reached out to 4 seasons patio and directed to Monica Jones, and she was very quick responding, very professional assuring quality of work, and getting to the homeowners home to help make his vision of the back porch become the reality he’s wanted.I Highly recommend and have already told people about their quickness/professionalism of their work. No shortcuts, it is an investment well spent!

The product quality is outstanding and the installers were timely, efficient and professional.We added a screen room outboard of our sunroom to enjoy our lake view without having to deal with mosquitoes and other pests. Four Seasons installers showed up on time, completed the work professionally and on-time. I added electrical work to the scope and their subcontractor was also professional and timely. One things we didnt realize when ordering was the difficulty of install the pet screen vs. normal screen. The young man (Branson) that performed this work was outstanding - dilligent, polite and a perfectionist, wanting to make sure the final product was to our satisfaction.Thanks Four Seasons for a beautiful room which we will enjoy for years to come

Superb craftsmanship. The lead carpenter, Mr. Tiger went to great lengths to make sure that everything was perfect. The end result is very pleasing. The entire staff at PRDC was great about communicating with us. It was especially important to me that updates, good and bad, were delivered promptly and with clarity. Mr. Tiger had to make some adjustments “on the fly” because of issues with the original home construction. His knowledge & experience really shined.

I love my little oasis, the 14x15 enclosed four season patio room. The sandstone color of the building material inside and outside blends well with my existing home. The metal ceiling has two skylights. The floor to ceiling windows provide great light but still keep the room relatively cool with the addition of a ceiling fan and the AC/heating wall unit operated from the wall.The double French doors on either side of the room provide ample space to move in furniture. The sliding windows also have screens. Brent and his assistant did a wonderful job leaving the room looking amazing.I covered the cement floor with a 9x12 rug. Eventually the cement floor will be covered with vinyl tiles.The six outlets scattered around the room and the electrical power inside and outside were done by the skillful electrician Chris Green. I enjoyed watching his intricate work.I am very pleased with the workmanship of my four season patio room and would highly recommend adding one to your house.

I can highly recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms to anyone.Their representative came to my house and listened to my project vision. We talked about different solutions for the project and before leaving he gave me a product pamphlet to review for my final decision.I appreciated the fact there was no high pressure sales tactics.The ladies at the office kept me informed on my install date. They were always pleasant when taking my call and answered all my questions.Last but not least. The install crew was an extension of everyone I had already met and worked with. They were very professional in their job duties and keep me informed on things along the way. They didnt hesitate to asked key questions to ensure my complete satisfaction. In the end they cleaned up the trash and left behind a beautiful window.I appreciate the entire group and would use them again.

We signed a contract on May 15, 2022 to tear out our existing sunroom and replace it. We were told it would be September before work could begin because of backlog, workload and manufacturer. Perfectly understandable and no issues. Bob and Brian came to the house to get exact measurements and details on electrical work. They neglected to check if there was access to the attic since there was already electrical to the sunroom. My wife had knee surgery scheduled for Sept. 25th and we were also told that it would be done by then. Work began Sept. 19th and it was supposed to be a 2-3 day job. The crew found wood rot and had to replace both beams of the existing structure. That took a full day. They did a great job fixing that. Meanwhile, a special order item came in for another customer and the crew was pulled from my job to do the special order, delaying our sunroom in the following week and on the day of surgery. They had promised the other customer that as soon as their item came in, they would pull the crew and get it done. We were not told it was possible for that to happen. The install crew finished Wed. Sept. 27th. The electrician was delayed because his helpers had called in sick. Friday, Sept. 29th, the electrician arrived to finish up and realized there was no access to the attic as the previous sunroom was wired differently. He did not have the tools he needed to cut access because during the initial measurements, no one checked for access. The electrician returned Monday Oct. 2 and finished the work along with the crew that built the room to finish caulking. There is a gap in the existing tile from the previous sliding door. I constantly was in contact with Bob and the office about if they were going to address it or if I needed to find my own fix. Ill check with Brent and get back to you, Ill check with Brian and get back to you. I was also told that our job had been moved up ahead of others before ours even though that was never communicated to me. Our start date was always September. The job is done and they left final invoice and I am still getting the runaround. The total lack of communication between the sales team, the install crew and me, the customer was totally unacceptable and ruined the experience. Being home and taking care of a loved one after surgery is hard enough. Not getting any information in a timely manner was frustrating. The workmanship is great. Kudos to Chris for having to deal with taking the brunt of the negativity. He did a great job without any helpers and I would hire him for any job at my home.Update: Four Seasons Rooms has reached out and are going to make things right with the gap in my tile and will also insulate the attic above the sunroom free of charge. I appreciate the fact that they have owned that they dropped the ball and are willing to make it right.
