Groovy Hues of Tulsa is knowledgeable and professional, respectful of property, on time, courteous, communicative, and committed to doing the job right. Nikki was exceptional to deal with at all times. Her wealth of knowledge extends to windows and doors as well, and Groovy Hues installed a door on my garage in addition to painting the exterior of my home. The exterior prep and painting of my large old wood-siding house in downtown Tulsa was a somewhat complicated and time-consuming project, and Groovy Hues went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The quality and value of their work is top-notch, and their service is exemplary. My house looks fantastic! I highly recommend Groovy Hues of Tulsa.

Nikki, first off came right out on time and evaluated the job and by EOD had my bid emailed to me. Very professional. Her team showed up early the morning of the first day, which is awesome. Far better than showing up late to a job. Ramone is one of the best painters I’ve ever seen. Got right down to busy and completed the job on time and was very concerned about me being happy with his work. He represents the company in a very professional manner and I would be happy to let me do any work for me with his positive attitude and hard work ethic.Nikki came out and did a final inspection and made sure that I was 100% happy with their work.I would highly recommend them for all your projects big or small. They will be my first call on my next project soon!

I had the best experience with Groovy Hues entire process, managed by Rhiannon Overman - reviewing the area needing painting, assistance in choosing the paint colors, the painters prepping the room, and the painters work overall. Fantastic customer service and a job well done. The results speak for themselves! I would recommend them for any project that needs detailed attention.

My Husband and I were looking for a company to change our exterior house color accents that we strongly disliked. This was our first big project at our home and we did not know what to expect or how the process would work being newer home owners. I was unsure who to contact but after searching on Angis list, I found Groovy Hues. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday, they got in contact with me the next Monday morning, and then scheduled a consultation for the next day to give us a quote. They were thorough in examining our home and asking questions about what we wanted. They gave us a quote before they left the appointment which was so helpful and it was beyond reasonable which we were very happy about! We were so excited to get started but due to weather issues the project got pushed back due to rain. Even with the weather problems, Groovy Hues was always in contact with me and got our project scheduled at the first available opportunity. Their painters were quick & efficient and were done so much sooner than I ever imagined. Their work was high quality and quick which we were very thankful for. They even worked on the weekend to get our project done before any other weather issues arose. We are so happy with the way our house now looks and are so thankful we went with the Groovy Hues team who were professional, reasonably priced, quick, and always in contact with us. Our Victorian front porch is being painted by Groovy Hues. Nikki is incredible to work with. Her communication skills are outstanding. Bidding process was quick and painless. Nikki has been very gracious with her time while we determined the four colors we wanted to use. Wade explained the product to use on our deck and gave us a folder with product information. There have been many weather related issues, but we are confident that we will be extremely pleased when the project is complete. Jared does fantastic work and is a perfectionist. We cannot imagine a better team to work with.Our front porch was completed last week and we are extremely happy with the result. You cannot go wrong choosing Groovy Hues. From start to finish excellent communication with Nikki and Jared’s painting skills are fantastic! We look forward to our next job with Groovy Hues.

I am the property manager of Township 21 in Owasso. We needed one of our vacant units to be completely painted again once the resident moved. We called Groovy Hues to come and give us a bid, and when Nikki came out, we instantly knew we made the right choice by going with Groovy Hues!I also just had a big inspection at the property and there were a few things that were needing to be done beforehand, and even though they are SUPER busy around this time of the year, Nikki was able to rearrange their schedule to help us meet our deadline!They are definitely our new paint vendor for our properties around this area!

Recently we asked Groovy Hues of Tulsa to come out and give us a bid for updating 2 bathrooms, our kitchen, our dining area and the laundry room. These rooms were all Earth tone colors and somewhat dreary, (late 1970s look).All of our cabinets were covered with a dark stain. The manager, Nikki, had many helpful idea for color choices. We felt the bid was quite fair, and hired Groovy Hues to complete the updates we desired. We are extremely pleased with the results!The prep work included the removal of a significant amount of wallpaper. Many hours were spent taping off all areas that would not be painted to avoid damage and paint splatters. Plastic sheets were used to close off all areas that were not included in the project. We feel this lessened the amount of dust throughout the house. Plastic walkways were created and taped to the floors to lower the chances of dirt, dust or paint from getting on carpet or floors. The painters were very through in prepping the walls and cabinets for paint. Our dark cabinets and walls are now covered in soft hues of white, off white, ivory, cream and sand. The rooms are much more cheerful!The bid also included installing a new toilet in our upstairs bath. This is especially significant to mention since once the old toilet was removed, it was obvious to the management team that a leak was coming from a deteriorated seal at the base of the toilet. They repaired and sealed the affected area before installing the new toilet.Every afternoon or evening, we were given an arrival time for each of the 6 days this work was going on. The painters were prompt and arrived as expected. They worked diligently, and paid attention to details. They were respectful to us and to our property. Each day before leaving they cleaned up as much as possible putting their materials to one side of the garage.The manager, Nikki, and her management team were easy to work with. They were also diligent and clearly wanted us to be completely satisfied. She or her assistant checked in with us at least 2 times each day to ensure our satisfaction throughout the project. In other words they were present and on site often! They constantly checked on progress and did frequent inspections of the ongoing work. If an adjustment was needed, they let the workers know and saw that changes were made promptly and properly. Through our conversations and observations, it was obvious that Nikki and her management team have significant years of experience in the construction industry.To complete this review, we want to mention that the manager and her team noticed damage to two or three areas not included in the bid. They fixed these problems for us at no additional charge! One of these areas was actually on the front porch. Although they couldnt provide a permanent fix, they went out of their way to give us a temporary fix until we can get in touch with the correct contractor for this job.We would highly recommend Groovy Hues of Tulsa to anyone considering updates to their home!Bill and Molly in BA

My wife and I met the Groovy Hues folks at a recent home and garden show and had them come out for an estimate on painting the exterior of our house. We agreed on a price and the team went to work - power washing, caulking, sanding, taping was all done prior to painting. Nikki was instrumental in assisting with paint color and kept me informed daily of the progress and plan for completion. After final touchups, Nikki also ordered a new kick plate for our front door as it appeared to have been scratched during the final cleanup process. An overall great experience and I wont hesitate to hire them in the future or refer them to family/friends.

We have been wanting to upscale our bathroom walls. Purchased and seller used a cheap cover paint over bare drywall. Groovey Hues came out and did a thorough inspection. They provided us a reasonable quote to sand down, prep walls and recoat with a quality primer and semi gloss top coat.They arrived on time, placed protection on floors from front door to each bathroom.They taped off, and protected everything in area.They sealed under and around doors to mitigate renegade dust.They took their time and prepared walls properly.They primered and allowed to dry.The following day they applied a professional top coat. They asked us to walk through and inspect. If any thing was not to our liking, they took care of it.We didn’t find much, and what we did find was corrected on the spot.They removed protection to expose extremely professional results.We couldn’t be happier!We asked them to quote a few more projects we have on the “honey do” list!Highly recommend Groovey Hues for a groovey experience!
