I was looking to have my house lime-washed and painted. I contacted Romabio, the company that supplies high quality lime wash, and they suggested a few painters for the application, including That1Painter Tulsa. I am very happy with the service provided by franchise owners Josh and Misty! Their painter, Sergio is a true artist! You will be hard pressed to find anyone as skilled as Sergio. I was concerned about losing the character of the brick by painting it a solid color, plus paint is not a good product for brick! By using the Romabio, Sergio was able to skillfully apply the product so that we did not lose the character of aged bricks. The price was very fair, (and they assisted with financing!) staff was very competent and friendly, and I am delighted with the outcome! I highly recommend That1Painter Tulsa!

Amazing work and customer service!It’s rare to find contractors that are quick, prompt, do what they say they are going to do AND provide amazing workmanship!Josh and Esteban did exactly that! From the first phone call to set up an estimate to the final clean up, they did exactly what they said they would do. Their entire system is efficient and so easy, including text communications throughout and their payment method. I highly recommend That 1 Painter for all the services they provide

I’d suggest this place to anyone. Superb service from day 1 and they were so accommodating. Showed up at our scheduled time for consultation and were able to start working very quickly. They paid very close attention to detail and left the place spotless when they left. When it comes to the next painting project they will be the first and only call I make.

That 1 Painter is top notch! They did a perfect job on our house. Siding was replaced and the entire house painted. They fixed everything we asked plus did additional things to make the property more beautiful. They worked hard and attention to detail was extraordinary! Their prices were very fair and very reasonable. You will not find a more professional company. We are so happy with their work.

Very nice friendly Christian people to work with.The painters did a very nice job on our outside doors and trim and inside doors and trim. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was the problems with scheduling and painters availability.We would recommend this company and will use again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh and Misty, the owners of That 1 Painter. The exterior of my house looked horrible after I removed some ivy that had gotten very overgrown on my brick.I also went from a dark grey paint color to a very light peachy-pink and I was worried the grey might show through the lighter color. They put multiple coats on so no grey can be seen. I also had some rotted wood along the trim of my house and they repaired all the damage.I feel like I have a new house 🥰 I highly recommend That 1 Painter and If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Josh and his team went above and beyond. They got me out of a pinch with how quickly they were able to start, literally the next day. I’m self admittedly a little too nit-picky and they were willing to fix all the blemishes I had issues with that most wouldn’t notice, and did so without a complaint. We’ve been remodeling two houses the past 5 months, so we’ve had our fair share of subpar contractors to say the least. It was very stress-free and enjoyable working with someone that cares as much about our home as we do.

I actually asked for the estimate in the Quick Trip parking lot and Josh was more than accommodating. He promptly met me at my house to take a closer look at the project and provided me with a detailed estimate the same day. I was blown away by his responsiveness and attention to detail. Josh went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
