I gotta say, I was really worried my insurance claim wasnt going to be covered since I was told somebody was reaching out in a few days and I needed my leak taken care of. After some hesitation, I decided to pull the trigger on hiring Arizona Dryout for putting my house back together. They went the extra step and took care of my problem, dealt with my insurance in getting my issues resolved. I highly recommend their services, its like it never happened.

Preston & Co. came out the same I called to survey our damage. He had an estimate prepared quickly and the price was much lower than another remediation company we had contacted. They brought equipment the next working day and did a great job sealing off the affected area. They came back to check almost every day until the area was dry enough for final sealing, then got to that the next day. Very happy with their work.

I’m very pleased with the service that Arizona Dryout provided after my house flooded because of a pipe burst! They got here around 40 minutes after my call and immediately started extracting all the water. They worked closely with my insurance and made everything effortless on my behalf! Everything was done under plastic containments, and the work was super clean. Thank you AZ Dryout for looking out for me and my family. I hope I don’t need your service any time soon, but if I do, I know who to call!

Hats off to Arizona Dryout! I called them at 1:45am since I woke up due to gushing water coming from behind my washing machine. They were at my door at 2:30am and extracted a ton of water. Unfortunately all of my wood flooring was ruined but they replaced everything and my home finally looks beautiful as it did before. Thanks Arizona Dryout for taking care of my families home. 10 STARS!!!

Great service and attention to detail, I was assigned a preferred vendor by my insurance and honestly my experience was horrible. I asked these guys to pick up where they left off and they discovered areas that weren’t mentioned by the other company. Communication was great, I just wish this never happens to me again!
