I highly rate the entire experience. My furnace stopped working on a frigid cold day with more to come. I called and someone was sent the same day.Repairman was knowledgeable and went over all options with no pressure to select a particular brand or package. Financing was not complicated or overwhelming. Servicemen were on time, courteous, clean, and efficient. They worked non-stop for eleven hours to complete the project. Very professional. I highly recommend.

Cody was amazing!!! He answered all the questions my wife and I had with thorough knowledge. We had a pipe leak the night before and he was at our house first thing the next day to fix the issue. He also gave us some great options for improving the very hard water in our house, as well as maintenance packages. We are very happy with this company and Cody. Cameron was great. He was a good communicator, prompt and professional. My daughter just did not have the money or ability to finance and decided to pay the 98.00 service charge and get her own furnace and have someone install it. I thank you though, you are a very professional company. I loved that you sent a pic of the tech and came out fast. Sorry , but it was about the money, we just dont have it

Great experience with Zane. I selected Davidson Heating and Cooling not because your price was lower, but because Zane took the time to explain what he was going to do and made some recommendations. We had good dialogue. While he did reach out to tell me he would be late, he was still late. Sounded like he had to go get materials for the job. That is the only reason I am giving a 4 out of 5. Plan to work with him again on future projects.

If you need a reliable company to do your HVAC work call this company immediately. My furnace went out the other day. I called their number and they had a technician (Alex) out within 45 minutes. He took a thorough look at the furnace because there was no air blowing out of it, but it was running. He gave me a couple of options but because my furnace was so old, I opted to go with a new furnace. Originally, he said it wouldn’t be until the Tuesday so four or five days later. which we were totally fine with. He was also very knowledgeable and professional. However, the next day, a girl from the office called, said that she could get us in the very next day because they didn’t want us to go without heat for four days. The day of the installation there were two guys Steven and I cannot remember the other guys name but they were professional. They were efficient. They were quick and they left our basement area cleaner than when they found it. They also re-taped most of the ductwork down there and even did a couple of extra things above and beyond. So so grateful for this entire company and everyone who I worked with throughout this whole process!

Dylan was here prior for the tune up for our generator last year. He did the tune up and addressed our fluorescent lights in the basement. He found one set not working at all. He will be replacing 2 sets of fluorescent lights with LEDs. We are very happy with Dylan’s expertise.

I requested Steve to be the installer on this job as he ,this past summer, installed my new AC unit and hot water heater. Steve and Landon arrived about 9 am and were totally done with the furnace remove/install before 1pm. I love that my monster of a furnace is gone. The new one is much smaller and more energy efficient. I certainly dont have to worry about any health or worse issues now that my new furnace is installed.Steve and Landon went above and beyond while installing my new quiet furnace.Im very satisfied with the installers and the process. GREAT JOB.

Once he corrects everything, I will still be upset with what the installer did but I will not hold that against Davison Home Services. As long as the problems are fixed and they give me what I was promised then I will be completely happy with them. At that point I would fill very comfortable recommending Davison Home Services.

Scott did a very good and quick job of troubleshooting the problem with my furnace. I had looked up the fault online and there were quite a few possible causes. He quickly arrived at the correct diagnosis and returned with the part which fixed the problem. The part was under warranty and he also did a furnace inspection while on site for a very reasonable cost.

I have only praise for this company. Todays work was required because my furnace had been acting up. I called at 11:00 am and Tim V. was on-site by 2:30 pm, and I didnt even request this as emergency. Tim explained what he was finding. He was able to provide a temporary solution and made arrangements for the permanent solution. Im happy with the result. Thanks!!(Four days later) Corey was here today with the permanent solution, which is a replacement furnace. Fantastic job! Everything done very professionally. Put tarps down in the house so as to avoid tracking dirt. Everything is up and running. Again, Im very happy to have used Davison Home Services for this work!(The following season, Oct 2024) Greg was out today to do a fall checkup. Im a member of the club, so the check-up is included. Very professional (as always). Did a thorough job. I was pleasantly surprised by the 9-page report I received documenting the current status of everything. What a great baseline! I have always been pleased with this company.

An outdoor outlet at my condo had been smoldering & tripped the breaker so I lost most lights. I called Davison Home Services and,at first there wasnt an opening for 2 days. When the very nice lady who took my call heard the desperation in my voice (the smell of burning electrical was very strong) she managed to get a tech to come out on his way home (same day). As he was doing diagnostics he saw smoke near a sliding glass door (walkout) and went outside to check. Sure enough, it had been smoldering for who knows how long. I never would have thought to check outside. Dylan was excellent, and maybe saved my life!
