They provide thorough and comprehensive explanations that are comprehensible. Was really happy with the service I got from RF Plumbing. Their entire team is great, very friendly and very responsive. I have really old pipes in my house that have a lot of issues and Dominic and his team squeezed me in right away even in the middle of a busy week for them, and worked with me to figure out the best way to get things working again without breaking the bank. They really stand behind their work and are very honest and up front about everything, which is hard to come by these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

However, they were responsive to our concern with the price and we eventually came to an agreement on price that left both parties happy.Serviceman was nice, on time, and did a great job.

The prices are fair, especially since alternative plumbers charge far more. He also took a look at another plumbing issue and fixed it on the spot! Dominic and his team just finished up some repairs at my house and they were awesome. They were very responsive and squeezed us in despite their busy schedule and got the work done quick. He explained everything in detail, including what repairs he recommended doing now vs what things could wait and just be monitored for now. Honesty and quality work at a reasonable price are sometimes hard to come by with house maintenance services sometimes but if you go with RF plumbing you won’t have to worry about either.

Make this your go-to plumber!We’ve had two plumbing emergencies and both times RF plumbing saved the day. Dominic is quick to respond, transparent and a total professional. We just used him for a backed up sewer line and after he presented the options we went with the hydro jet. The price was fair, and I’m glad we did. He used the scope to show us the extent of the root ingress. It was pretty extensive, but thankfully he was able to blast it away. This guy is thorough!
