We had an emergency leak on a Sunday night and Jonathan was really communicative about the work he was doing and transparent about pricing upfront. He showed up about an hour after I called (which was the time he said it would take to get here) and was quickly able to diagnose the issue and resolve it. He was extremely knowledgable and patient, taking the time to answer questions. Will certainly use him again next time we need plumbing assistance.

They have a team of plumbers who can come to your house and fix any problem you might have with your pipes, radiators or water heater. Winters have been increasingly harsh over the years, and when my old water heater needed to be repaired, we contacted A1 Plumbing, Heating & AC. They recommended installing a tankless gas water heater, which turned out to be much more convenient because, like a smart system, it only operates when it is needed. Plumbers were really mindful of all our needs which we greatly appreciate.
