Cory is a wizard. After CalWater notified us that we had a serious leak we immediately called a couple leak detection plumbers. (We live on a sandy lot so Cal Water said most of our leak was percolating deep into the ground. 800 gallons a day! Thats why we didnt see it.) The first company we called was a clown show but they were able to show up quickly. They were unable to find the leak and notified us that they would have to get their other plumber out here with the more sophisticated equipment. 5 days later. Ugh. Luckily I had kept my appointment with Elite for a day later and Cory came out with a truck full of technology. His technology helped him triangulate where the leak should be (under driveway) and developed a plan. Two days later he and his teammate came out to start work on the leak. It wasnt easy and because our house is 75 years old there were surprises. But he didnt stress out about the surprises, he just readjusted his thought process and found a good workaround. All fixed. Only issue were a few drip system pipes that were accidentally cut during the process...but I think I have most of those fixed now. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend!Had a wonderful experience with the Elite Leak Detection Crew! Last week a side unit of my grandfathers property had a massive leak, and his plumber couldnt find the source of it as the piping was under slab. We called Elite Leak Detection and spoke to Monica and they sent out Brent the very next morning. He was able to spot where the leak was and fix it that very same morning! Outstanding Service. From start to finish, our experience with Elite Leak Detection was positive. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. After contacting Monica in the main office, she scheduled Cory and Jerod to come to our house the next morning. They reviewed our latest utility bill which showed our water usage had doubled for the month of October. When their investigation showed no leak in or under the house, they proceeded to check our sprinkler/drip irrigation system and discovered a broken tube which was covered with mulch. Without any reservation, we would highly recommend Elite Leak Detection.

We had a wonderful experience with Elite Leak Detection. We noticed a sudden increase of our water usage since July this year. The usage amounted to on the average of 30 ccf per month while our normal usage would not be more than 6 or 7 ccf.Adding to that puzzle was the usage was continuously high even when we were gone for most part of September with the main valve being shut off during our absence.As we were not able to identify the source of the leak ourselves, we turned to Elite Leak Detection to find out what happened. Monica was very helpful to schedule Cory over the next morning. Cory did a very thorough job in checking the leak and, at that time, he could not identify the souce of the leak, but he instructed us to take a reading after we turn the main valve off at night and took another reading before we turned the the water on the next day morning.What amazed us was there was a 1ccf water consumption overnight even with main valve being shut off. We reported this finding to Elite Leak Detection immediately.Brent came the next day morning. After further investigation, he found that the irrigation valves were still fed while the water to the home is turned off overnight. The sprinkler control appeared to be malfunctioning and one sprinkler head was broken. Brent unplugged the control and told us to check the meter reading after the main valve was turned off at night and before the water main valve was to turn on the next day morning.We were so pleased to find that the the two readings were near identical and we repeated the practice next day and found the same result.The mystry of water leak was finally resolved. Had Elite Leak Detection not being so responsible in investigating the the leak, it could be a long time before we identify the root cause of the problem.To sum it up: We had a great experience with Elite Leak Detection! Their thorough and methodical approach clearly made a big difference in resolving the issue. Its impressive how they stayed persistent in finding the root cause of the leak, especially with the complexity of the irrigation system still feeding water even when the main valve was shut off.Their professionalism and attention to detail, from Monica’s quick scheduling to Cory and Brent’s investigative efforts, clearly stood out. Its wonderful that the issue was resolved and we were able to avoid ongoing water waste.If you have similar challenges, my only recommendation is to contact Elite Leak Detection immediately, you will be rest assured that the problem will be solved.

We had an underground leak in our church parking lot. This resulted in a water bill of over $800. We were in need of urgent and competent professional help, which is not always easy to find. Fortunately, after one proprietor turned down the job as being to large of property for him to service, I was able to make contact with Elite Leak Detection. Even on the day that he fractured his hand, Brent got back to me in a prompt manner and set up a service call with his technician Cory. Cory came out the next day. He was courteous and professional. He located the leak, and also made an additional repair of a broken valve that he discovered during the detection process. Brent then scheduled Cory to come back and repair the underground ruptured pipe. Cory did a great job of doing just that. I hope nobody gets a leak under their parking lot, but if you do, your answer is to call Brent and Elite Leak Detection without question. We had a water leak in our home and only knew because we could hear running water in our guest bathroom. There was no external damage. Elite Leak Detection was recommended by a friend whose judgement we trust. In almost all circumstances we like to work with companies/people where we receive personal referrals. Elite Leak Detection is extremely good at communication (Monica is a rock star!). The technician that came to our home (Frank) was an extremely competent. Frank explained everything clearly to my husband and answered all of his questions (and he had a lot!). We were very pleased with the work that was done. Plumbing problems are never fun but this experience was easy to navigate with the help of Monica, Frank and Jay. In the future we will happily recommend them to our friends and neighbors. I had a water leak and found Elite Leak Detection and saw their amazing ratings. I read the reviews and understood that they may be expensive, but the quality of work was going to be worth it. I asked for a senior tech and they sent over Jai. Jai is simply just a good guy. Not only a good guy, but incredibly knowledgable and took the time to explain to me what the process was and was incredibly patient to answer my questions. Jai found the leak and even though my own uncle is a contractor and could have done the fix for much cheaper I decided to go with Jai because I am confident that he will do the job right and do it well. I am very happy with Elite.

I recently hired Elite Leak Detection to examine cause of moisture in the dry wall and floors surrounding my bathroom. Elite Leak Detection was very responsive. I received a return call on the same day from Brent for an appointment the following day. The Crew, Jai and Frank, was punctual, courteous, and professional. They explained to me every step of the way what they are doing. Although they were unable to find plumbing related leaks, they are willing to come back after the dry walls have been opened to assess again.Overall, I am happy so far with their professionalism and will use them again in the future. My only disappointment is not knowing that their Leak Detection pertains only to plumbing related leaks. I will updated this review after my dry walls are opened.

It is rare that my husband is elated with a repair service these days. We just had a different plumber repair something two weeks ago and my husband was so upset about the cost (but I didn’t know any better and it needed to be done to get the refrigerator installed.) My husband was extremely pleased with Brent and his service and will be recommending him to all his friends and coworkers. I called to set up the appointment and Brent was booked, yet, willing to come by at the end of his day due to our situation (leak in pipe under the sidewalk.) Not only did he come by to determine where the leak was, but he completed the job and was extremely reasonable in price. I had a leak under the concrete somewhere between the water meter and the house, over 100 feet away and under concrete. A friend referred me to Brent at Elite Leak Detection. He came out quickly, gave me a price up front and found my leak. He offered me a few different options to solve my tricky leak. He fixed my leak the same day even though it meant he would have to stay late to do so. I appreciated that he was able to do the concrete patch as well. He was very professional, had good equipment and was just a nice guy. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

Very good company does exactly what they promise and I would recommend them to all who need leak detection. Take it from someone who deals with contractors and companies for a living. This is the only company I will ever use for leak detection. I recently had a leak in a different area of my house and called Brent because of the great service. We had a leak in the shared spa of the condo complex I manage, and our pool guy had no clue where to start looking. At the recommendation of one of our tenants, I called Elite Leak Detection. Brent came out and pinpointed the location of the broken line causing the water loss, and gave recommendations for how to fix it. The leak was just where he said it was, and were now happily leak free. I would happily recommend Elite Leak to anyone facing a similar problem.

Brent was the first of (now) 3 plumbers who have been in my townhouse today. Since its a leak that impacts, the neighbors floor and has been flooding over there rather than our place, he was called by the neighbor.He was professional, efficient, friendly and helped me to understand exactly what we were dealing with and what the options were.His equipment is state of the art and he is willing to walk you through what it does.Unfortunately, the second guys (called in my our property management company) immediately put holes in the drywall and then declared it a nightmare that required jack-hammering through the lovely floor that is only a year old. They left with the water off, in theory to return tomorrow for a lengthy, messy fix.The third one (called by the owner of the property) seems knowledgeable an experienced and hopefully will fix it.But if it were my call? Wed have already had Brent implement his solution and be done.Keeping his card so I can a) recommend him to others and b) use him in the future when it is my call.

If theres one sound that scares any homeowner, its the sound of rushing water somewhere in your house. And, if you cant find the source of the leak since it seems to be coming from a pipe buried under your concrete floor, it only adds to your terror. We had just that situation recently but fortunately someone had recommended Brent at Elite Leak Detection. From my first call with him (he called me back before Id even finished leaving him a voice mail) I knew that we were in good hands. He gave me an ETA from his current job, arrived at our house right when he said he would, and within a short time had employed several techniques to find the source of the problem. Once he knew which pipe was effected, he installed a bypass that allowed us to continue using water in the unaffected portion of our house until our contractor could arrive and install a permanent solution. I cant recommend Brent too highly. Hes a true professional, his fee was reasonable, and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Ive been wanting to write this review for some time now because I am so happy with the work Brent did in my pool. He came over right on time and was extremely helpful and informative. He labeled all the confusing pipes to my pool and explained the function of each. He was very thorough and showed me the quick and easy way to check for a leak in my pool without charging me ridiculous money like others wanted to do. It turns out I didnt have a leak at all! When we received a very large bill, we found out that there was a leak somewhere in our home. We contacted Elite Leak Detection. They came and found the leak. There was no water in or outside, so it was hard to find where the leak was. These guys knew what they were doing. We highly recommend this company.

Ok, Brent is the best!!! When is the last time you were in an emergency, and you picked up the telephone and talked to Greatness! You have a leak in your walls, that no one has found after first your water bill is sky-high, then you have been instructed to call a tier one plumber (which is not bad-but he does not find the leak-after making some holes) who cant find the problem, who then tells you to call an expert-which usually means a gazillion dollars and more looking. But then the sun comes rushing in which is Brent who knows his stuff, I mean really, and no rip-off set up presentations. And service that you have not seen in a long time, except for in those fairytale commercials or print ads.There is a reason I am leaving five(5) stars, we are ecstatic to tell everyone how great this person and the service is. We just dont see excellent service enough so we definitely do not take the great and genuine for granted.We are real people, with verifiable service receipts, that we stand behind, and I might add, we did not have problems having to negotiate different quotes with Brent (dont you hate those people that make you do that). A breath of fresh air and many sighs of relief here, our word of truth!!!

I made an appointment for the next day.Cory arrived and explained the process to precisely locate the leak under the slab. In less than an hour he pinpointed the exact area of the leak. Cory explained in detail the solution and has done many of these slab leak repairs. What a relief! Monica sent me bid (very reasonable). Elite Leak rep Frank showed up as scheduled, assessed the source of a slow but steady leak coming from a very small hole in the copper water line under my concrete driveway. He explained what it would take to pinpoint the source and cause of the leak and gave me an estimate on the time and cost to repair it.He returned as scheduled the next day, identified the source of the leak, cut a one-foot square in the concrete to reach and replace the leak with a six-inch high-grade copper insert, patched the one square foot cut opening with close matching mixed concrete and reinforced it with iron connections, cleaned up the aftermath and hauled away the broken concrete.His assessment, estimate, repairs and cost were spot-on and reasonable. Elite leak repair is a professional plumbing leak detection business.Friendly and professional service.With theyre state of the art equipment and expertise knowledge the technician located the source of the leak on my main water line which is under the concrete slab. And the leak was a very tiny hole about 1/16 of inch diameter on side of the copper pipe. Impressive to locate such a tiny leak within the hour under the concrete slab in a line run of 40 feet. He marked with orange color tape where the line is running from meter to house and Xd the spot of the leak as well told me the depth of the leak from the surface.Happy customer very pleased.
