3Ten Plumbing is a reliable and trustworthy Plumber. The owner is amazing. I recently was having issues with my water heater and thought it was a faulty part but it was actually the venting cap on the roof. He inspected it and replaced. He is always available, answers the phones directly and gets the job done. I love that he is a local to the area which is a plus. I highly recommend 3Ten Plumbing if I could give more stars I would :)

3 Ten Plumbing is the best! I have been a client of 3 Ten Plumbing and the Owner John for a few years now. I work for a property management company here in the South Bay/ Torrance area and 3 Ten is our go to plumber, we have utilized them on hundreds of different projects and service calls. The plumbing services they offer are both high quality and at a great value. You can expect a timely response for all of your plumbing needs.

John is amazing, and the ONLY plumber our whole family uses. Weve used his services for the last 9 years in our house and our rentals, with at least 30 projects during that timeframe, and each one was done promptly, perfectly, no callbacks ever needed (which has never been the case with any other plumber I have used in my life). One of my favorite things is that I can call him any day and hell offer to come either that day or the next. Hes saved us during our DIYs on weekends when weve had emergencies (like when we pick axed a water pipe) and hes rushed right over on a Saturday or Sunday. Amazing. And if for some reason hes out of town, hell facetime us and tell us what to do! So helpful, always. Hes humble, reliable, kind, respectful, and knows what hes doing. We love John and 3Ten Plumbing!

Everything you are asking for. Professional. Responsive. Trustworthy in price and reasonable in price as well. They are respectful of your home and are very attentive to cleanliness. Show up exactly as they said timingwise, like a Swiss watch. Again, everything that you’re asking for and very friendly.You never really want to have a lot of plumbing problems but if you do, these are my go to people

I needed a replacement faucet set and called 3 TEN. We spoke about the job over the phone and an hour later they started work. A lot of times with contractors, getting on their calendar is like pulling teeth. But with 3TEN, the process was super easy looked great.

I hired 3 TEN for a major water line replacement. It was a big and complex job. John and his team did a great job. I was impressed by their professionalism and their attention to detail. They took great care to tidy up the work site at the end of each day, which greatly helped to keep the mud and dirt outside the house. On a final note, John is young, and I confess I wondered at the beginning if he had the experience for a job like this. It was not an issue, he knows his stuff! I highly recommend 3 TEN.
