ZoomDrain was great. I called the office in the morning and a technician came to my house by the afternoon. They regularly communicated their ETA. When the technicians got to my house, they were friendly, explained the process and had charming personalities. Dennis was training another technician and seemed like a great teacher. The new technician, Austin, was also very friendly and communicated well. I’ve had experience with other drain cleaning companies, and the service wasn’t as pleasant as was working with Dennis and Austin. I definitely will be calling ZoomDrain again if I need their services.

John F did a great job. Here all day and followed through. Slow sewer line reviewed with a camera followed by careful pressure wash. Opened the line up. Toilet was old and was replaced perfectly. I believe the pricing for the sewer work was reasonable and done professionally. The toilet was also done professionally Not sure, BUT I THINK THE PRICE FOR THAT WAS A BIT HIGH.Overall I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend this company and John F. He had many years experience.

Zoom got John F. out to my house within 4 hours of calling to service a deep clog in my sink drain. John was fantastic. He was very informative and got the job done quick. Their rates were competitive and to be blatant, nothing about having work done to your house is going to be “cheap”. I would recommend Zoom & most importantly John to a neighbor for sure.

Needed a clogged drain cleared on my septic system. Called a local guy who couldn’t come till the next day and I needed showers and toilets right away. I called Zoom based on availability and the reviews online (4.5 I believe). They took my info and said they would call back shortly after seeing if a technician was available in my area. I received a callback about three minutes later and a tech was being dispatched. They said it would be 45 minutes or more, no problem. Tech called me to verify and arrived in about 30 minutes. He was able to clear the line and restore my service. Friendly tech worked quickly to take care of the issue.

Zoom drain was very helpful in resolving my plumbing problem from about a week ago. Newton and another technician (super nice but I cant recall his name!) came very quick and were very nice, professional, and able to pinpoint the cause of the problem. All people who I spoke to in this company were very respectful and considerate of the situation. These two technicians were very knowledgeable and were able to explain the process to me clearly! Also, as I walked over their truck to greet them and they started taking out their supplies, I realized especially for a plumbing company, they are some of the cleanest and most organized people ive seen! Zoom drain is great :)

We had a main line clog and I needed someone asap. I called Zoom Drain and they were able to squeeze me in. Newton (Im bad with names) came in and out his booties in and got right to work after I explained where the water backup was coming out from. He was very knowledgeable and polite. On 8/14/23 I called Zoom Drain since my kitchen sink was still backed up and not draining even though I used Draino. I was able to get an appointment for the following day.Newton Peña was my technician who called and gave me a timeline when he would arrive at my house. He was earlier than the stated time which was great for me.Newton is the ideal employee-prompt, friendly, polite and knowledgeable.He explained each step and gave the reason why he was doing something. Newton made suggestions on how to keep my drains clog free.I also asked him to snake the tub and sink in my children’s bathroom and the sink in the primary bathroom. He showed me 27 years of build up in the pipes from hair, toothpaste, mouthwash and other indescribable matter!What really impressed me was the care he put into his work and he did a great job at keeping his work area organized. I truly appreciated the time he took to clean up each room that he worked in. Newton was amazing!Zoom Drain is the company to contact for work to be completed by a knowledgeable technician.
