Reached out to Matt on a Thursday afternoon after my old (25+ years) outside condenser started short cycling. The following afternoon he was on site to determine the issue. Unfortunately, the system was in need of replacement and knowing the significant expense Matt provided the various options we had. We made our decision on Sunday and he had the new system up and running by Tuesday. He even installed the the Nest thermostat I could never find the time to install myself! I cant recommend this company enough. Super quick, responsive, knowledgeable and (after checking with a long distance friend who does this for a living) a very fair price!

It’s hard to find someone who is willing to come out after normal working hours. He was friendly polite and fixed the problem quickly. He also didn’t charge me a ridiculous fee. His price was very reasonable. He also took the time to explain to me what the issue was. I will definitely be calling Matt in the future with any HVAC issues he was great!!!

I highly recommend this company. I hired Caspers to install three heat pumps in my home. From the beginning of the estimate stage, Matt took the time to explain what I needed and what would best serve my home. We went over prices and various options. His main goal was to make sure I got the right equipment at the right price. I asked many questions and he always replied quickly and thoroughly. Matt also arranged for an excellent electrician to meet with me to arrange for the electrical upgrade my house needed. They worked together. Once we signed the contract, Matt was fully engaged, responsive and efficient. The job was done neatly and on time. I have called to ask questions after the installation and he always responds within 12 hours. I also hired Matt to work on my furnace. He does good work and follows up to make sure all is well. Matt IS friendly and never makes you feel like your concerns are silly or that he doesnt have time to address them.

Grateful for Matt! Had someone else come out to see why I had water in my yankee basement on Friday afternoon and prior to them leaving, they turned off my heat (not related to the flood) and hot water (it was the guilty party for my new underground pool). They gave me really only one potential fix, but no quote right then. I’d have to wait until sometime on Saturday. Matt arrived shortly after my call for service on Sunday. I explained why I was without warmth of any kind since Friday and he looked everything over and took the time to explain my options. He was able to give me a quote right then and the option to finance it…which I was grateful for as the money tree in my yard still hasn’t produced a thing! He came on Tuesday…small hiccup caused the job to not be finished in a day as stated - totally NOT his fault! He came back Wednesday and worked out the kinks (again not caused by him!) staying until both heat and hot water were restored! Will definitely be recommending him in the future!

My laundry room needed to be relocated to the basement before I could start a big renovation on my kitchen and first floor. Knowing the urgency, Matt was able to fit us in a few days later. He showed up when he said, and sent a text when he was on his way. Matt and his partner Anthony couldn’t have been more courteous and polite as they worked.Their work was done cleanly and quickly and Anthony even helped me carry the washer and dryer downstairs which he didn’t have to do…. Fair price too.

Casper Friendly Services is the only company I would call for my HVAC issues. The are consummate professionals, punctual, friendly, and reliable. They clearly explain what the issue(s) is, how to fix it, and what it will cost. They never try to up sell or force unnecessary services on you. They offer convenient financing which can be essential for larger jobs. I never feel as if they are talking down to me as can be the case with other repair technicians. They even changed my ac filter for me because I recently hurt my leg and couldn’t get to the vent to do it. Hire them for any and all HVAC issues. You will not regret it.

Another guy came over and quoted me a few thousand dollars to repair my furnace that wouldnt try to start because ... (and gave me a bunch of technical reasons). I called Casper for a second opinion. Two guys came in, looked at my thermostat (that the other guy was looking at too) and saw a loose wire. They fixed the wire, tightened the thermostat to the wall, tested the system and we have been warm since.Total bill was about the size that some other guys charge to just come over and look.Update: My 23 year old high efficiency systems motor on one of the units finally died (on a cold winter day). This time I didnt bother calling other guys. Casper returned my call and was able to look at the system within hours. They replaced it same day, and I had heat since.

I was told by an different well known HVAC Co. that due to the fact my unit is 12 years old it must be replaced at a cost of many thousands of dollars. Casper proved them to be wrong.
