I’ve never experienced a company with so much compassion and professionalism. Sean came out to evaluate my water heater. It had to be replaced and he explained In detail, what needed to be done. He also had to repair some leaking pipes on my boiler. Sean and Rob did excellent work. The detailed quote I received explaining each item and price was amazing. They listened to all my questions and was very professional in answering them. They have the best customer service. Jill was amazing. I would highly recommend them and I’ve already given three of my friends their card. One of them has already set up an appointment to have them come and look at their water heater. I am very impressed with the service provided by MyGuy Plumbing. As a woman homeowner I felt overwhelmed when I realized flooding in the basement, leaks in my sewer line and water issues throughout my 80+year old home. Brian gave me a thorough assessment of the issues and different options available for repair and service. I am happy I went with MyGuy after vetting several companies, they were very professional throughout the job. Brian and Carlos addressed and fixed all of the issues indicated in the contract. They worked in an efficient and timely manner and cleaned up wonderfully. I appreciated the real person customer service, scheduling, followup text and notifications from the office. I had a water service leak near the street shut-off. I called My Guy plumbing first thing in the morning based on a strong recommendation. The woman who answered was very kind, friendly and understanding. She said someone would be on site by 11:00 am. Someone was on site at 10:00 am! The two men that showed up were good, friendly, knowledgeable guys. Not wanting to bore you with a long story, the men clearly tried to do what was best for me (many details). The job now complete, I did have a concern about something. I called to express my concern and a woman said she will discuss my concern with the owner of the company and get back to me. The owner, Ryan, could have, like most any larger company, easily have put it on the front office to deal with it, which honestly is what I expected. Nope! Ryan, the owner called me back and spent about 15 minutes discussing and explaining the issue with me. The end result: honesty, integrity, fairness, satisfaction. Yup! I highly recommend My Guy plumbing.

Pleasantly surprised! Erica scheduled me promptly and was very knowledgeable and professional. Joe & Carlos arrived on time and had a new water heater installed in just a few hours. My Guy Plumbing is always friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, honest and get the job done right. They always give you affordable and realistic options. This is my second review of My Guy Plumbing after using them for a few years now. I own zero social media and am not one to leave many reviews but they are worth taking the time out to do so!! Their office staff is always wonderful but especially when they kept me in the loop when he had an issue with our water heater and had to wait a bit for it. Additionally, Mike has been fantastic and goes above and beyond!! One time, he just happened to notice that one of our bathroom sink drains were running slow and fixed it. I have dealt with a lot of different plumbers including some from the “top companies” and none of them gave quality service to this magnitude. Whether you have a small leak or need thousands of dollars of work done, they treat you exactly the same. If you are on the fence about what plumber to use, honestly look no further, use MyGuy!! We recommended them to everyone we know. It was the best decision we ever made.

Having a shower leak is annoying and potentially expensive. After getting a quote from another company and them quoting me for work that wasnt actually necessary or needed, I called MyGuy for another quote. Not only did Brian and Matt come out quickly, they were friendly, professional, and transparent. They kept us informed through the process and discussed what was and wasnt needed. Not only did they do that, but they also gave us a quote for the work needed per the other company, but they also were $300 LESS! Additionally, their quote for the originally discussed issue (cartridge replacment) was also about $50 less. We had them do the work right then. Im so glad we went with them. They are locally owned and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them to everyone, especially after the other people.

First of all, I apologize for not remembering names, I called up my guy plumbing to take out my sink for new countertops and re install the next day. I bought my house 12 years ago and never had any one out to check it plumbing wise, Im so happy I had these guys out, they were able to identify problems that I didnt even know were problems!! They called me up to give me options and didnt try to push anything on me, which I appreciated! When all was said and done, these guys were amazing, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and for a great price! They even sent me a free gift, which Ive already eaten half the delicious cookies🤣! I Highly recommend My guy plumbing!!!!!

Matt provided me the company license and insurance and told me everything he was going to do and check to try to rectify my leak. Charlie and Joey (who Charlie was teaching) came to my home today as there was a link under my sink. Charlie was able to figure out where TWO leaks were coming from and that I needed a new faucet. He explained everything that was happening and gave me different options of the faucets he had available and what each one did. They were both professional and nice at the same time (loved my dogs!). We had an issue of a leaking faucet overnight. I called in the morning and Brian and Matt came out in the afternoon. Very friendly and listened to my concerns, they got to the root of the problem and offered options on how to fix. I called “My Guy” plumbing service for a water heater issue. Sean arrived first thing the following morning. Sean diagnosed the 16 year old unit and provided us with 3 detailed options…We decided to replace the unit and Sean and his helper removed and installed the new water heater in a timely fashion. They were extremely careful as they had to remove and replace from the second floor .. Sean did a beautiful job replacing all the plumbing and electrical lines. When the work was completed Sean provided photos of all the work.. Highly recommend “My Guy” Plumbing and Sean and his apprentice as their technicians.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. Fair, honest, and great customer service are just a few things to say. Joe and his partner came to my house and did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Installed water heater, shower valves, also changed a few leaking valves. Excellent work. Used them the following week, because my sewer was backed up. Matthew got it unclogged, but realized there was a bigger problem. Also Devin who came out the next day to hydrojet my line. The problem was the electric company bored through our sewer line and there was a live wire going through it. I’m glad none of these guys got injured during the process of trying to snake the line. Hats off to this company for the professionalism and hard work. Even the office had excellent customer service. Will recommend them to anyone and definitely use them again!

They took it upon themselves to put on their booties. The job they did for us was great. They were both knowledgeable and Charlie took such a poor initial installation from when the house was built and turned it into a plumbing masterpiece. Its so obvious when people take pride in their work. He was so proud to show me some of his past work which he should be. Thumbs up all the way with this company. 100% customer service from making the appointment and working with the office to the actual work being done. I often watch commercials on tv about professional and friendly courteous service and unfortunately it is rarely true. Believe me, I just actually experienced it! When I speak to Jill and/or Erica they are both kind, friendly, competent and very professional. If you call off hours the next day you get a call back early and they’re comfortable to talk with. I also have had multiple conversations with Tim the service manager. Again competent, friendly he doesn’t belittle you when speaking about a problem that you may not understand completely. I’ve had many different technicians in my home. I just bought it last summer and I’ve had my fair share of problems. My most recent experience was a few days ago and I had Joe and Matt come into my home to handle a number of plumbing issues. These men spent nearly 8 hours here and honestly I was kind of sad to see them go. They were just a pleasure to have working in my home. Very pleased with the consistently excellent service of My Guy Plumbing and Drain. Most recently I contacted them to run a gas line to my new gas clothes dryer, which previously had an electric hook up. Appointment for the estimate was set up quickly and they arrived timely. Two options of service were given and I elected the one I wanted to go with.Although the house already had gas, a construction permit to install a line for the dryer is required by the town. My Guy handled that process start to finish seamlessly. Now, onto the job :-).The technician Matt assigned to the job displayed a professional knowledge of the work involved and kept me informed of the process at all times. Personally, the dangers of gas always scare me a bit, however Matts knowledge and attention to detail, along with his helper, put me completely at ease.Finishing the job up, they continued to inform me of every step, pressure check, town code inspection, etc. At this time technician Brian accompanied Matt, and Brian was very knowledgeable too, taking his time to answer my questions. UPDATE -- NEW SERVICE PERFORMED 1/7 & 1/8 2021We decided after a lot of back and forth to switch to natural gas from oil. Naturally we called My guy plumbing. Ryan, the owner, assisted us with what we had to do and guided us every step of the way and was very patient with me when explaining what would need to be done. Additionally, he didnt hesitate to contact the gas company for me when it seemed like an issue with the meter installation arose. Gina, the assistant was nothing but kind to me during my 200 phone calls in search of answers to questions on various things.As for the 2 plumbers Chris and Shawn, on top of taking their time to ensure the job was done right, there were no surprises when the final bill was settled. It was exactly what Ryan told us it would be. Additionally, Shawn made a quick fix to pipe I asked him to take a look at because I wasnt sure how we would go about fixing it. As in the past, Shawn and Chris were polite, enthusiastic and always smiling throughout the 2 days worth of hard work, time, and effort they spent getting the job done and getting it done right. Ive attached photos of my old oil burner and the new gas boiler and hot water tank. There was a bit of sentiment with that old one as I grew up in this house and my dad just passed away in May. Gina called the next day, offered and did send some extra pictures of it so I had them. Thank you to MyGuy Plumbing for another job well done!!I called My Guy plumbing due to water I saw coming from my wall behind my toilet. They called me back the next day as it was a late night weekend call and came out the day after. I was impressed with how organized they were and in addition, how they explained how their prices work which included lists and pictures in an organized binder of what they were referring to. They did not rush to get the job done. They were professional, courteous, explained what they were doing, as well as made me feel at ease when letting me know that my small leak had turned into a major issue with water having gotten into the wall, ceiling and floor from an apparent ongoing issue we had no knowledge of. They gave me guidance on the insurance front and even called a home restoration company for me who came out the same day to assess the damage. I am glad I now have a plumber we can rely on. Charlie and Matt C installed a hot water for heater for us yesterday after learning ours died suddenly that morning. We were very pleased to have someone come out from MyGuy Plumbing the same day. Our water heater was 16 years old and there was something wrong with the gas delivery system. He could have replaced a part, but because of its age, he recommended a new one. Prior to doing the installation, Charlie did an excellent job explaining exactly what was going to happen, and what he was going to do. We went with a Bradford White water heater, and we’re pleased with this decision. The time it took for them to install it, which also included increasing the size of the flu, and some other adjustments to get us up to code, was only 2 1/2 hours. After the installation was complete, Charlie spent another 30 minutes explaining all aspects of the water heater, so we felt confident in what we need to do. The price was a little more than we anticipated, but the quality of the work, their expertise and professionalism was top rate. We felt comfortable with them in our home and would definitely call them again for other work. They were standup nice guys who are clearly experts in their field. Thank you!

MyGuy Plumbing was fantastic. Sean and Joe came out right away in the morning when we noticed a leak coming from our ceiling. They cut into the ceiling, diagnose the problem, and knew right away how to address the problem. While there, they addressed a few smaller issues that couldve turned into bigger issues. Neither tried to upsell us on these services and gave us 3 options when pricing out the total bill. MyGuy Plumbing is amazing. We needed some work done fairly quickly at our house and Erica worked with us to set up the job immediately. Brian and Matt D. were professional, extremely helpful and courteous. The job was completed in a very timely manner using quality parts. Erica even called the same day to follow up to make sure everything met our expectations. I am also in the process of selling my parents house and had some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed as a result of the home inspection. We contacted MyGuy who responded promptly and provided us an estimate immediately. The work was to be done on two different days. In between their visits we had a plumbing emergency. MyGuy worked with us late in the day to stabilize the issue until someone could get there. Sean, Carlos and Nick arrived extra early in the morning to address the emergency, and then worked on the original items. All three of them were extremely professional, hard-working and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything that was going to be done, made sure we understood exactly what was happening and when. For both jobs, the workmanship was of high quality and both work sites were totally cleaned by them before they left. My brother is disabled and I live 2 hours away. My brother has a tankless water heater and with every rainfall, he loses hot water for a day or two. They were amazing from the start. When I called, Savannah was quick to assist. I immediately received a call from Erika and due to my brothers disability, sent a team that very same day. They replaced parts, climbed onto the roof, cleaned up excess rain water, and had the manufacturer send us extra warranty parts in case we need them in the future.
