Confirmed what I knew was wrong and suggested I should change the valve Zone once the baseboard heater completely does not turn warm. I discovered a flood in my basement at Midnight upon returning from a trip and within 1 hour the plumbing technician was at my house and he was very thorough, professional and reassuring despite the fact that my whole basement was flooded. They have helped me understand every action that’s been taken and they walked me verbally through the job while answering all my questions.

Were first time home owners and moved into our home about a year ago and only recently ran into some plumbing issues. The first plumber (not Rooter Man) we called charged us $1000 to poke around our house for 15 mins just to tell us that they didnt know what was wrong. Then we called Rooter Man - and the person they sent us went above and beyond to solve our problem and we paid only a fraction of the price. We had a very minor (seperate) issue again this week, and called Rooter Man once more. They were quick to respond and once again we could not be more impressed with the person they sent who helped us quickly and gave us some tips and advice . Efficient, they make sure the job is done right and they are definitely affordable - we plan on using Rooter Man again / and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rooter man saved the day! After several failed attempts to schedule service to fix a sewer backup that all canceled after waiting for the entire service window had passed. Rooter man showed up same day (on a holiday weekend night) and stayed for several hours to resolve the clog which was much more severe than anticipated.I don’t know what we would have done without rooter man. Our technician was professional and hardworking. So grateful for a competent professional who was willing to take a job at an inconvenient time. THANK YOU!! Please don’t hesitate and call rooter man right away if you need service-my only regret is not finding rooter man as our first call.

I am a Director of Maintenance for a healthcare facility which has been experiencing sewage drain line issues since August of 2022. We have called other Rooter companies all who have come short when it came to getting the job done. Here we are in March of 2023 & still the problem presist. RooterMan to the rescue! Jesus our technician arrived on-site promptly & in proper attire. He worked around our residents & staff, making them comfortable & confident that the plumbing issue was going to be corrected. Never working at our facility before, Jesus was very knowledgeable & need minimal assistance in figuring out where clean outs were located leaving me to continue with my daily duties. This for me was a plus! The last thing I want is too babysit a contractor while a repair is being made. All involved took about a days work, but it was well worth it! A+++ Service! I will be adding RooterMans services to our quarterly facility maintenance.

As an electrician, I absolutely hate having to call anyone knowing that Im probably going to get someone that talks down to me since I dont have any knowledge in their trade or just wants to do the quickest job possible without any explanation. This experience was the exact opposite of that. After spending half a day and finally coming to the conclusion that I needed a professional to clear out the old pipe drain that went from my bathroom sink to the main sewer line, I called and had a technician at my house not only in the quoted time frame, but before I even expected it. My tech, Visar, was beyond courteous, explained everything he did and why, left no mess at all, and showed me a few things as to what could save me money in the future. Not to mention, the cost was far less than I had anticipated so I was very happy there as well. I would definitely recommend using this service and if youre lucky enough, maybe even get Visar as well. Thanks!

Rooter Man has done two jobs for me -- one involved replacing the pumps in a pit that are used to move water from our development into the public sewer lines. They were incredibly responsive and found solutions to the various problems that four other plummers failed to find.More recently they inspected via video the sewer line from my house out to the main community sewer line. They came within a day of my calling them. The plumber, Jesus, was very polite, knowledgeable and provided sound advice. He cleaned up after his work and was very considerate of our property.I would not use anyone else for my plumbing needs, They are outstanding.

I called Rooter Man in Island Heights and they were at my house in an hour and a half. Andy and his co-worker from Rooter Man unclogged and than jetted my main sewer line. They video inspected the main drain and showed me the broken pipe and used another piece if equipment that pinpointed the damage in the pipe in the front yard. They fixed the pipe and only had to dig a small hole in the yard. The pipe was damaged by a previous lawn sprinkler install. I highly recommend Rooter Man and they will be the first place to call if I have a problem in the future.

At 5am. I woke to a massive leak in my living room which was caused by a bad valve and toilet hose on my 3rd floor bathroom. After shutting off the water and putting about 5 buckets in my living room to catch the water I called for service. Rotor rooter was dispatched and was at my house by 6:45. Thank God he came quickly and fixed the problem within an hour. Thank you Rotor Rooter Man sorry I didn’t catch your name. You did a nice job. I thought my living room ceiling was going to come down.

I can not thank Jesus for going above and beyond his job duties and contacting the higher up in this company as he couldnt morally leave our home in the condition it isWe were not aware that we were breathing in mold spore for 3 days due to our home not being treated properly . Jesus knew we have been living in a hazardous condition and his concern for our health and safety, he had to bring thos to his boss who is willing to do whatever it takes for this hazardous situation to be address as apposed to 1 of the 3 companies our homeowners insurance gave us to choose from..We are in the process of having it addressed but I cannot thank Jesus of Rooter Man of NJ and his head boss of Rooter enough.
