Our ac fan wasn’t working and no air was flowing through the vents. We spent the night in the heat with our three kids and barely slept. The technician arrived bright and early to repair the unit. He was fast, efficient, kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could mention it here. The whole visit took about 30 minutes. Tradition Services came out to address an ongoing problem that I had for going on for almost a year in regard to a frequently clogged toilet. Not only were they friendly, they were knowledgeable. They took the time to show me on the camera where the issue lies in my house. They explained the ways that the plumbing lines run and showed me the root cause of the issue. After taking the time to clean the lines, they reached out again to let me know that they noticed that my plumbing was not connected to the city lines. I am so grateful to Tradition Services after being charged fees without resolution from previous vendors! Finally the issue has been fixed!

Our technician Jesse came out and got us taken care of. We had been experiencing a lot of sickness that we attributed to bad allergies, and could not understand why they had been getting progressively worse. We had unhealthy life growing in our a/c system. He came and identified the problem and immediately got it handled.He was patient in his explanation of what was going on and how it was contributing to our health issues. He showed great concern for the severity of how this impacted my family health. The receptionist I spoke to in order to setup an appointment was unsure if they could do the work and wanted to collect a $70 service fee now for someone to come by and check. I was fine with the service fee - but not before the service is actually completed. That and the receptionists lack of knowledge/communication skills lead me to look elsewhere.UPDATE: Had a great conversation with the business, who took the time to address the concerns I noted above.

I was having trouble with my ac system. A company wanted $16,000 to replace my system. I spoke with my son to get a 2nd opinion. He recommended Traditional Service who is the company he used. I met Matt and showed him the report given to me by the 1st company. Matt checked my system and found the first report to be inaccurate. He described in detail what was needed in an understanding way, not the highly technical terms that most use to impress you. The team was very professional, respectful, honest and knowledgeable. I found them to be very friendly from the office staff to the field workers. Matt and his staff saved me over $10,000. I will be signing up for one of the maintenance programs in the future. Jonathan was extremely polite and thorough in all he did. I had backup in my new home after being in about a week. Late election 2020 evening it had come in the shower and tub. My builder got a hold of the owner and he sent Jonathan out within a little over an hour. He ran the camera thru the pipes which showed so much stuff further past the house and informed me that it was from the construction work that had gone down the drain. He made me feel confident that it was all taken care of. I will definitely recommend him and will request him when needed. I really appreciate the owner for getting me the perfect guy for the job!

Sprinkler system malfunction--needed emergency water shut-offJosh drove a long way for this quick fix but he was great! Although he was not a sprinkler specialist, he was able to shut off the water flow until I could contact one the next day (saving $$$$ on my next water bill!) He then educated me on how the water lines run and the difference between the main water shut-off and the sprinkler system shut-off. He was extremely efficient, professional, and non-judgmental! :) When you have a plumbing issue, youve GOT to contact Tradition Plumbing and ask for Josh!!

Had Josh McKay from Tradition Plumbing come out to replace one of our water heaters. He came out within an hour for an initial estimate because our old water heater was leaking and the leak was getting worse. He not only did he shut it off to prevent further leakage. He got me a quote in record time and came back to replace it very quickly afterwards.Josh was extremely professional, taking care not to damage surroundings. Big shout out to Rayfield with Tradition Services. I have an older home and with that plumbing issues can be expected. As we all know when given a service window you can usually count on half of your day being shot. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised when my technician called and asked if he could come early. Along with thousands of homeowners we had a frozen pipe. I called Tradition Services and scheduled someone to come take a look. Matt, the plumber showed up with Trent his apprentice at 2 PM on Monday as promised. I tried to tell Matt where the broken pipe was, but he knew better and within 5 minutes located the broken copper connection, behind the wall above the kitchen sink. He quickly replaced the connection, ran a pressure test and determined there were no other leaks and was gone. Matt is an experienced, professional plumber and I am very happy he is the one who came.I have used Tradition Services for other projects such as installation of a water softener and new kitchen fixtures and have been very happy.

If you are looking for an efficient and knowledgeable plumbing service, look no further! I had been struggling for about a week with my kitchen sinks and dishwasher being backed up and holding water. Tradition tradesman Rayfield came by today right on time and handled the problem immediately. He was very professional and just an all around cool dude.
