    Excellent service. Prompt response on phone, with quick understanding of problem. Phone representative was quick to point out discount for arriving the next day as opposed to same day. Nevertheless, when I did schedule same day at the last minute, I received a text with a schedule and link to track technician.Technician was friendly, honest, and quick.Overall a great experience.

    5 star service!! I had major plumbing problems from a botched bathroom renovation. Daniels Plumbing was very quick to respond despite the major holidays being around the corner. Tanner was sent out and did an incredible, efficient and professional job repairing the plumbing and keeping me informed every step of the way.     I donā€™t even know where to start. I guess I will start with that this has been the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time. Both Cody and Hunter are very professional, courteous, Friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their trade. Everything from the first call to schedule an appointment, receiving calls and texts updating the status of the technicians in route, all the way to the Repair itself was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.     Just found Daniels by coincidence on Google and Im glad we called them. Everyone is friendly and honest and they were able to resolve our issue with our toilets quickly. The plumber that came out did great work and didnt overcharge us to do work we didnt need just to charge extra. Hopefully we wont need them soon, but we love in an older house and probably will. If so well happily call them again.

    Many days without power during freezing weather and extremely HOT weather (this year), I decided to purchase a standby generator. A major decision and investment for a senior adult. My Koehler generator was purchased from Daniels Plumbing, and I am a very satisfied customer. Everyone from the owner, customer service personnel, and Master plumbers were professional, honest and helpful answering many questions and completing the installation in a timely manner.     Hunter with Daniels plumbing saved the day and my family Christmas party! Of course on the weekend before all of my family was coming over, we had a bathroom fixture break that wouldnā€™t stop running so all the water to the house was off. My husband tried to DIY it, but we couldnā€™t get everything connected completely. A call to Daniels Plumbing ( so thankful theyā€™re local here in Tomball) and Hunter came over fixed it in less than an hour and even gave a discount since we had bought the part already. I am so pleased with the results Hunter and Daniels Plumbing they really saved a day that started out very discouraging. I will 100% call them again for the next problem knowing one will definitely happen being a homeowner!

    Hunter did an awesome job. He is polite, knowledgeable and professional. Where most plumbers would have probably given up, he did not. He stayed and kept working and trouble shooting everything until he unclogged the line. We are very thankful and grateful for all of his hard work.     Owner is a nice person. My complaint: [has been resolved] make sure you get multiple bids before you hire Daniels. We could have replaced the entire septic system, brand new for LESS than they wanted to rehang a sewer pipe. They didnt do a good inspection, 89 year old woman would have been taken thru the cleaners! Owner called and apologized, the workers handled this ticket incorrectly. He assured me they would be delt with. If you have an issue with them, call the OWNER!

    Daniels Plumbing responded promptly to my clogged kitchen sink. Hunter worked diligently and freed the drain pipe. He tested the drain for proper operation before departing. I am pleased with the work he did but felt the $440 charge was to high.

    Vance replaced the elements and controls on a water heater that was replaced 4 months ago. He explained that the well water caused the corrosion to the elements. But also explained that this same water heater is used in other homes that have water wells. My research showed that a tankless water heater should have been installed and it would have lasted me 20-25 years. Not really happy that a rheem water heater that cost me a ton of money to replace a water heater that was maybe 10 years old only lasted 4 months. And Rheem will not replace it because it did not have a leak. Not sure what to do now.

    We purchased a Generac whole home generator from a 3rd party. The recommended installers from this 3rd party were extremely slow in responding.Fortunately, I found Daniels Plumbing who are expert in Generac installations. Mike came out to survey my property, he made expert recommendations, then provided me a quote.The quote was exactly what I expected so we hired Daniels Plumbing for the installation.The entire staff that worked on our project are highly knowledgeable and thorough. The experience has been very positive from digging the trenches for the gas line, to moving the generator (600+ lbs) into place, and electrical work everything has been flawless. Mike and team communicate effectively and take care of the installation.I have found Daniels Plumbing to be a trustworthy locally owned and operated family business. I highly recommend Daniels Plumbing for a Generac, or other brand generator, installation and would hire them again!

    I have used Daniels Plumbing in the past and was extremely happy with their price, service & work. This time we used them for a generator installation. They do great work and the people that work for them are very helpful. There was only one con and that was a lack of communication about extras costs that would be incurred. After the generator was installed, we had to pay $500 just for them to start it up the first time (which took a total of 20 mins) later I found out from 3 other companies they charge $150 - $250 to go out to a non-customer and start it up for them. However , if they install a generator - then there is no extra cost for the start-up. I also paid $250 for a battery that I later found out I could have gotten for $50. Needless to say - $750 extra in fees was a little hard to swallow. They do good work BUT you need to nail down all the extras that wont be in your estimate.

    I read the reviews on Daniels Plumbing and thought they were to good to be true. Im here to tell you they are true! We had a valve issue under our sink and needed the spigot changed out. Called and Jenny answered and was very supportive and even though I was calling mid-afternoon for a plumber she got me an appointment.Mike the plumber was amazing! He quickly assessed the work and we agreed to it. He not only provided quality work he was fast! He is a professional!From my experience I highly recommend Daniels Plumbing!!!!!

    The work was good.. I had gas lines installed to my house. Service tech Cody was very personable, and listened to my concerns, and answered questions. The office staff was very nice. My only issue was punctuality. I was told they would be there by 9am or so, but did not arrive till 3pm. They did however get the work I requested completed the same day. I just had to hang around all day waiting for them. Overall a good company. I would use them again...

    HOME GENERATORIve lived in Florida for 12 years and Houston area now for 2 years. There are no storms like Houston storms. With all sources predicting a horrible 2024 hurricane season we decided this was the year to get a generator. Thank you to Daniels Plumbing for installing this beautiful unit mid-June. It was perfect timing as Hurricane Beryl resulted in us losing power for three days. The generator kicked on and kept us cool and our food refrigerated. We also had family come and stay as a result of power loss. What a life saver. In 14 years in hurricane alley this is the first time Ive ever lost power and I never even felt it.HALO ZERO ULTIMATE SYSTEMTanner and Brice did an amazing job installing the Halo Zero Ultimate water conditioner system in our home.     We needed all of the old Chinese galvanized pipe in our 30 year old house replaced. It was rusting through and causing damage. Tim came in and gave a bid to do an entire re-pipe, replace all the inner connectors and outside connections and fixtures, and flush the water heater since we didnt want a new one. He was prompt and professional and warrantied the service. We accepted the bid and they took a few days and did it in the heat of summer, not a fun time to be in an attic.We waited to do a review to insure all was done and found not only did we find was it done right and professionally but when we thought we had a problem they responded immediately! Turns out it was our mistake. I went in the attic and inspected the work myself and was quite impressed with the attention to detail and I am a repairman myself so I know what to look for. I cant say enough good things about these folks. Reasonably priced, great work, empathetic and Johnny on the spot when we needed help.We heartily endorse Daniels Plumbing!! Five Stars!! Technicians arrived on time highlighted the necessary repairs and were able to complete the service the same afternoon.I am curious about the receipt:1) It is two line items for receipt. I would have preferred a more itemized receipt to show a differentiation of parts vs labor.2) The repair was noticeably more expensive than I had expected (not from the quote, from my gut guess). Im not sure why the gas line test was $700...nor why the replacement piece (and labor presumably) was $1700.However, beggars cannot be choosers and they were able to resolve issue quickly. I convinced myself that I was paying a premium for fastest solution. Gas lines are not something I want to fix on my own.Update on 12/30/2022: when CenterPoint came out to turn gas back on, technician complimented work of repair and recommended I save the number.     Had a water heat blow out and begin to spew large qualities of water at a little bit after midnight. Called 7 other plumbing companies and each said they could not come out that late or could not help me. Found Daniels plumbing and a plumber was able to come relatively quickly.     We needed a plumber yesterday (Sunday) with a problem that needed to be fixed right away for our tenant. We suspected it was the main line to the house that was the problem (that it was), and I really did not know what plumber I could trust. Our tenant needed this fixed right away because they couldnt use the tub, sink or toilettes.We called, he answered, and then he made it to the house within an hour and fixed the problem with a flat charge. No emergency rates and no surprises. He also sent me the receipt to my phone for my records.Other companies we called charged $150 emergency rate and could not give me a ballpark idea of what price we could expect to pay. Glad I kept calling down the list before committing to a higher price. We would have ended up paying nearly double.They did not charge emergency rates, and he told what I could expect to pay for him to fix the problem. Other companies kept telling me it depends, and they would have to look first and this would have been on top of their $150 emergency rate. Our last experience was with John Moore; they ripped us off, and we obviously wouldnt use them again.

From what i researched, tank-less is what everyone is going to now. They are smaller, use less water, and heat up faster. Daniels plumbing recommended the tank-less and its been great so far.     I called Daniels Plumbing on Sunday, August 17 in the morning and actually spoke to a real person. I could not get another plumber out on the weekend. I called several different companies and continued to get the answering service. I was told that the on-call plumber would call me back, but to no avail.We had water running down the back of our bathroom wall from an AC issue in the attic. Water was coming up from the carpet and pad in the closet. Mike (the owner) came out and temporarily fixed the issue so that we could start to dry out and function in our home. Monday morning Thomas came out and corrected all of the problems that the AC contractor left behind.I couldnt be happier with this company and with Thomas. He was friendly, professional and knew about plumbing and how AC systems/plumbing systems and drains co-exist. He had things fixed in quick order and was very reasonable with pricing.Thomas and the other employees are great people to work with.     Tanner showed up and looked very professional and did his initial inspection. Then went out and got the appropriate tools for the job. Cleared my drain and then cleaned up any mess that was made which wasnā€™t much

    Daniels repiped my home with the new PEX after the Feb freeze which strained the galv pipes. They redid the entire home for an excellent price and with minimal drywall removal. They cleaned up each days work well and completed in 3 days, even working later to finish that last day.As a construction mgmt professional I can vouch for the quality of their work and their careful testing when complete. I highly recommend them!!!
