I came across this company via a Google search and boy am I grateful I gave them a chance. Bill, the owner came out to check out my plumbing issue. His diagnosis was very different than other companies I had come out - whom by the way exaggerated the issue and tried to charge me drastically more. Today, I had a very unexpected back up with the plumbing in my master bathroom. Bill, who answered my call, was given the details to my problem quickly made his way to my home. I had a great experience I had with Plumbing Right Now Inc. We discovered a very small leak on Saturday night in our garage and it had caused some dry wall damage. We called 12 different plumbers, all refusing to come out until Monday. We got a hold of Bill Glass from Plumbing Right Now Inc. and he was more then willing to come out first thing Sunday morning. He came out and was very professional and knowledgeable of his trade. He made me feel very comfortable even with all the stress that was happening. He fixed the leak with in a very short time and was very reasonable priced. I expected any plumber to come out here, even on a weekend, and change me over $1000 but the price was way much lower then that. It also turns out the damage in our garage wasnt very bad. I had a plumbing leak in my master shower. Staff member showed up on time. He told me how easy it would be to fix the source of the leak, however in order to discover the extent of the damage behind the shower wall it would require removal of the shower. Lucky for me, the insurance company seams to agree with his recommended repair. I will add to my review once the project is completed.

I wrestled with a drain for over a week, using drain cleaner, taking apart the P-trap and even running my drain snake 20+ feet into the pipe. No matter what I tried, I couldnt get the pipe unclogged. It stopped draining completely so I called Plumbing Right Now and Bill showed up within a few hours, on a Saturday. He used a different kind of snake and it took him a couple of tries to get down to the clog, but had the drain flowing in a matter of minutes. Even if I had the same equipment, I dont think I could have gotten the same result. From years of experience he could tell just by feel where the snake was going. He was friendly and professional, and Ill call again if I need plumbing services.

Called this company after the first plumbing company gave a quote of $3800 to fix a leak under the guest bathtub. They said they would have to pull the tub and reroute the drain which would include jack hammering thru the foundation. Bill installed a new drain pipe and fixed the leak. EXCELLENT WORK. $578 vs. $3835 (plus $285 to put a new shutoff valve) I highly recommend this company.

He took the time to make sure the sink fit exactly into the sink base and actually had to grind down the granite. He is courteous, on time and leaves the workspace clean. Plumbing Right Now is my plumber now.

I have had Bill from Plumbing Right Now at my house for four separate events, and he is still the only plumber I recommend. He has snaked drains more than once, replaced a broken flange on a toilet, and installed a new toilet as well. When we moved into our home in 2016 it was 17 years old. We hooked up a refrigerator water line and woke up the next morning to water in the kitchen and the garage. Turns out the packing was loose and after Bill fixed it and told us what the problem was he said welcome to Sugar Land, no charge for today. He keeps his prices consistent and fair, and if you ask him what it will cost he will tell you what the fee is prior to coming out. He isnt pushy and doesnt use pressure to get your business. He includes a warranty for the work he does as well. I would recommend Bill to anyone who needs an experienced plumber than can get the job done right the first time.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Someone had cobbled together riser for one of my outside faucets, using 2-inch lengths of pvc pipe with connectors. It looked like a tinker-toy. It was leaking, so I had Plumbing Right Now come to repair it. They have one of the most reasonable trip charges imaginable, and the office manager told me about the coupons available on their website. The repair was done quickly and neatly, and was less financially painful than I expected. Their business card is now on my refrigerator, and I will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

After calling numerous plumbing companies most couldnt come for a couple of days and others charged a fee just to walk in the door even if no work was actually done. RIGHTNOW PLUMBING called back immediately and sent a plumber that morning. Johno Cain was the plumber who came. He was neat, friendly and professional. He explained my problem in terms that I could understand. He quickly found the problems an went for parts and replaced them. He was fast courteous and thorough . Their fee was reasonable and fair. This is the best plumber Ive ever used and I highly recommend Johno and RIGHTNOW PLUMBING.
