    Quick effective and informative.Had a clogged drain on my garbage disposal.Juan and John fixed it quick and included a video for reference on self fixing the problem for future use.The price was competitive but they came out same day within 2 hours of calling on a Saturday, so you get what you pay for.Thank you Loyalty Plumbing! 👍

    Loyalty Plumbing showed up on a Friday when we had a main pipe that ran through our concrete floor burst, and flood a portion of the house. It was determined the only logical solution was to re-plumb the whole house through the ceiling. Loyalty Plumbing started on the job the next morning, working around all the fans and de-humidifiers that another company put out. The Plumbers were all excellent, fast, and professional, and knew what they were doing. Aldo came by each day to check on the work and to make sure we were happy. Loyalty Plumbing repaired all the drywall work from all the holes that had to be cut in the walls also. They painted the whole wall for any walls that had more than one hole cut. When the texture wasnt matching up and some of the sheetrock repairs were not up to par, Aldo send a whole new crew in to re-do the work and make it right, without hesitation. It is evident that Aldo and this company put the customers first and care about the quality of their work. He was great about working with our insurance adjuster and advocating for us. The name of the company is fitting. I hope we never need a plumber for another 33 years, but if we do, well be calling Loyalty Plumbing. Many blessings to Aldo and I hope weve made a friend for life.

    Would highly recommend Loyalty! Had a water heater issue. Vic showed up in a timely manner and was very friendly. Before starting the work he walked me through what was wrong and how he would go about fixing it. Within the hour he was done! Getting pictures and updates on the work to replace a water heater is just fantastic customer service.     Aldo and his team did a wonderful job of installing a new water heater for us (and at a fair price). We have had to do many renovations and replacing of old appliances and other units to our 50 year old home, and what felt initially like a stressful situation somehow was much less so because we felt we were in good hands with Loyalty Plumbing.We also had a clogged toilet early morning incident a few months ago that Aldo showed up for and fixed within minutes. We will definitely have him back for other projects!

Oscar and Jonathan are pleasant and respectful to talk with, but its clear they have extensive knowledge of an entire home and the unique details of our house pose no obstacles.     Our experience with Loyalty Plumbing was fantastic! We had an issue with our AC condensation draining into the sink and they came out 2 hours after I called for help.     Loyalty Plumbing installed an 11 gallon/minute tankless water heater in the attic of our 1930’s home. I was very impressed and happy with their work.Before we even agreed to have them do the job Aldo and Juan came out to the house twice to give an estimate and address all questions and concerns we had. I was impressed with how nice and respectful everyone was and how they genuinely cared that all of our questions were answered and that we were going to be happy with the work done.Installing the actual heater went very smoothly. It was a big job- they had to put the heater in a very awkward space due to the layout of the attic, and work with old pipes because it’s an old house, and they still got everything done in pretty much one day. We had concerns that we’d be without water/hot water for several days while the heater was being installed, but they worked until dark to ensure we had hot water before they left.Overall I was extremely happy with Loyalty Plumbing and will be using them again. Aldo, Juan, and everyone involved, great job.

They came out to our house on Thursday to check an error code, found a small hole in our roof and a gap in our piping from hot water heater to attic which was allowing insulation to block air flow (we didn’t even think to check the very back corner of our attic). By the end of Saturday everything was fixed including the small roof hole. Great service for a great price, and good guys who keep you very informed of the work that needs to be done and what has been completed!     Highly recommend this company especially for emergency use. I had an outdoor water leak from an old pipe and needed help over the weekend.     We had a freak accident and our house flooded in 10-15 minutes. I called the first number that came up on Google. They walked us through what to do to find the master valve to get the water off (we just moved in and couldn’t seem to find it) and came out later that night to fix the burst pipe. They were courteous and professional and we were so grateful they came out so late. April (I hope I remembered her name right), who took our call, was so kind and reassuring to me when I was on the phone. She also set up mitigation for us to get rid of the mess that was left. Very helpful all around.

    Loyalty replaced a 240 ft water line in my yard, they got it done in one day, they communicated when the project manager was coming, they always had a foreman on site and they hand out the trash instead of trashing my yard with a backhoe or other machinery..... they filled in the trench, replaced the grass squares, and even reinstalled the decorative gravel bed they had to go through.. I give them an A+ in communication, and As in quality of work and speed of work

    Had a mystery leak in my house that was causing flooding in my back yard.     Loyalty Plumbing has been a great find for me. I’ve used them several times and they always provide excellent service. Today Derrek repaired an AC drain piping issue which was causing water to come through our ceiling. He was fast, friendly, and professional; he explained everything, showing pictures of the issue, then the repair. I highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing.

    What a wonderful experience. 2 technicians arrived and a few minutes later a supervisor arrived just to make sure the job was being fully handled. We had several issues to deal with.     Very professional and quick with their response. I was able to get a quote and work done the next day on an outdoor grill. My outdoor kitchen/grill setup needed plumbing, gas and eletrical to be reroute and hooked up. I was able to get another plumbing project and quote done the same day. They were done by the afternoon and I was able to grill for dinner for the family. Thanks again time. Will be using them for all my plumbing and gas needs in the future.

    Possibly the first and most important thing: when we called, they answered.We needed to replace all the pipes in our home due to their age and corrosion level. Aldo and his team were professional and honest. They took care of our home and when something wasn’t exactly right, they went above and beyond to fix it.The crews showed up on time each day and ready to work.And after the pipes were replaced, they had another crew do the repair work. And you can’t even tell there were ever holes in our textured wall. That’s how good the matching was done.Loyalty Plumbing lives up to their name. I will definitely use them again for any work.
