The crew that serviced a frozen water line from the well pit to the house ( around 2020/21) were amazing! Such courteous, polite and extremely helpful young men. They even made a trip to the local hardware store to get a heat lamp to install at the well pit and gave me info on using it safely.When acreage sold and septic system had to be replaced they again were totally professional and thoughtful. I asked if they could possibly try to salvage the large plantings that were where they needed to dig, they did exactly that. As they dug plantings up they set the clumps aside so that I could relocate them. They didnt HAVE to take the care they did but they did!

Anyone that is delivering should enter from the street behind the building so you can line up in the dock. Super friendly gentleman that unloaded me. Super fast and there is a Kwik Star right down the road with truck parking.

Water heater leaked over the weekend. Called them at 7:30 am Monday and new heater was installed, running, clean up done and the boys were gone by 10:00 am. GREAT SERVICE!!!

My water softener is 23 years old, costly when I purchased it, but obviously worth it. I had one reasonable repair prior to this one. I was sure I would need a new softener after 23 years, much to my pleasant surprise it was repaired. Looking at my bill it looks like it was kind of refurbished. I was very surprised and happy with the out come and the bill was very reasonable.
