Great job, repaired a problem a previous plumber didnt fix. Explained everything, showed me process along the way, I knew exactly what problem was, and how he fixed it. Kept in constant contact when running late, trustworthy. Only problem they dont do the remediation needed to repair water damage.

Chris and his team, came to my home to fix a sewer break. They not only fixed that, but also found more. Those were also fixed. These guys are workers. They dug 2 big holes where the problems were by hand. Unbelievable. They hardly even took a break. My basement smelled so bad because of the break. It’s so much better. The part that sold me is they actually care and they are easy to work with. Just don’t forget to hook them up with some donuts. That’s the only way to get them to take a break. They worked until the job was completed which was amazing due to the fact, it was 9:00 pm. Wow. I would definitely recommend this company

T&J Rooter sent Kyle out to my house tonight to fix a backed up kitchen sink. Kyle was great and was able to fix the clog quickly with no mess left for me. Also Kyle noticed a drain pipe connected to the kitchen sink that was split and recommended replacement. Kyle did a great job replacing the pipe and checking everything after both fixes. Would definitely recommend Kyle from T&J Rooter!

Saw these guys recommended in the Toledo subreddit, and the last company I used kept cancelling and rescheduling so I figured I’d try someone new, called t&j at 5pm and they had someone out at 8:30am the next day. The guy’s name was Kyle and he did the most thorough job I could’ve asked for. Seriously impressed with their service and will 100% be using them in the future.

Woke up Saturday morning and found the kitchen sink backed up and leaking into the basement. 😬 We called T & J and they, Toby, were out to quote the problem in about 3 hours. Turned out the pipes needed replaced. Very affordable price for what we needed done. Toby fixed us right up that same day. And this isn’t the first time. We had concerns about a leak in our upstairs bathtub and our technician quickly fixed it and even pointed out a few things we could update ourselves if we wanted to in the future. He also checked another concern we had about our sewer, but it turned out to not have issues. He made sure we got the most out of the service fee and I felt it was well worth it! After doing a full sewer line replacement for us a few years ago for a great price, T & J Rooter Service is now our go-to plumbing company! Prompt, honest, and hardworking.

Not only do they have their skill and knowledge, they have connections with other reputable companies for services that tie into jobs. Like recently we needed a garbage disposal installation but since it was not a preexisting thing, electrical had to be run for it. They had a connection with K2 electric and someone was sent over the next morning to complete the job. Today i found out i need an exhaust line placed through my chimney, and guess what? They know a girl- Chimney chick. I never feel like i am stuck with my problems with T&J. They genuinely care and want to resolve the issues you are calling about.

T&J was called out to look at a problem with my grandpas toilet just before Christmas. He had just returned from a hospital stay and needed some help. The technician that came out figured out the problem and he would end up needing to replace the entire toilet. The technician told him he was unable to complete it same day about would come back the next day to complete the job. Next day the same technician came out and did the complete replacement. My grandpa doesnt give out rave reviews often but he was so thankful and so happy with the quality of work, the professionalism of the technician, and how fast they completed the work...I had to make sure that we let you know. I woke up with water and a mess in our basement. Bill and Logan from T&J came out and noticed the issue was that our main line was backed up. They did their thing and got the line cleared and got us back up and running in no time. They also suggested we get the line hydro jetted since the presence of tree roots was visible via the camera they had snaked into the line. Later that day Ron came to do the hydro jetting to take care of the roots.All of the guys that came by were nice, professional, and made sure the job was 100% done before they left. I always look for the local companies first when I need a service performed and I am glad I found and went with T&J. I dont think Ill ever call anyone else and I would highly recommend them for your plumbing services.

My husband and I previously had repairs done by T&J when we were renting and the landlord used their services. We have had more than satisfactory service for years. This time around, my mothers kitchen sink was clogged, and I immediately thought of them. Rich has to be one of the most friendly, caring and informative plumbing professionals ever. He arrived early, looked over everything, and explained all that needed to be done. The company happens to give very reasonable rates, which are few and far between to find. Rich cleared the drain quickly, but unfortunately ran into a hiccup with a rusty piece on the garbage disposal that then required replacing. He quickly installed the new disposal, and even one of the owners stopped by to offer any assistance. Overall great guys, and they will have our business for as long as they continue the level of service theyve been providing. Thanks again!

I called to three other places before deciding to go with T&J. They we the cheapest by far but also knew what they were talking about when quoting the job. One place was 3 times more expensive and another tried to tell me that they had to reroute the entire plumbing from the street valve to my house shut off valve. They showed up when they told me they would and the job was done quickly and effectively! They did a great job cleaning up and even fixed the landscaping around the valve. I will most definitely call them again for all my plumbing needs and would recommend to anyone who asks! Thank you T&J for the price, professionalism and doing it so quickly.

Recently had a major leak in the kitchen plumbing of the house we just bought, called T&J based on their excellent reviews, did not disappoint! They were able to come within a couple of hours of our call. Toby was super knowledgeable, and also very understanding. We discovered shortly after he began diagnosing the issue that our home warranty actually covers plumbing (I thought only electrical/mechanical systems were covered). We unfortunately had to stop him before any repairs were made and use the company our home warranty company assigned. He was so kind about our awkward situation, only billed us for his time, and left detailed notes about what he’d found. Great company and customer service!

I cant say anything bad about this company at all. As a new first time home owner one of my biggest worries occurred. Shortly after moving in my drains began to back up. I called 3 other companies in the area, left voice messages and STILL have not received any call backs (nearly a week now). I called T & J and they were at my home in less than 45 minutes. Victor was awesome, working for over 4 hours and to find there was a root issue in the main line. He cleared the drain, cleaned up all the mess then got me scheduled for the work that I didnt hesitate to have done within 48 hours. They came in, cleaned and patched the main drain and replaced the incorrectly installed or messed up PVC work that was done previously. Again, they cleaned up all the mess so that was something I didnt have to worry about. Some suggested I get other estimates, but if no one calls you back how are you to do that???? I would recommend this company, they are quick to respond, efficient, courteous and thoughtful of their customers. I give you FIVE stars...Thank you Victor & T & J

I called T&J Rooter Service for issues with my water heater. I was able to get the pilot and burner lit myself, however, neither the pilot or burner would stay lit. Technicians Jamie and Kyle were dispatched to my home, and arrived approximately 20 minutes after my call for service. Jamie identified the problems with my water heater and offered solutions. All of which were costly. Recently, I have been experiencing some obstacles in life. I won’t explain them here nor did I with the technicians. The amount of problems I’m facing is literally unbelievable, but any adult knows, “when it rains it pours.” I explained to Jamie that I would either need to wait until my next paycheck to pay for the service or I would call them back over when I could afford it. Jamie noticed my old military equipment and uniforms in my laundry room where my water heater is located. He explained he would be willing to help anyone who is willing to serve and possibly lay down their life for our country. Technicians Jamie and Kyle purchased and installed a thermal coupling on my water heater free of charge. The hot water in my home has been restored. I’m typically not an emotional man, but, Jamie’s empathy to me during difficult times nearly brought me to tears. From an Army veteran that served in Iraq, I want to say thank you T&J Rooter Service for your help, and for hiring qualified technicians that display first-class characteristics.

I thought that I had a simple sweat repair on a t connector on a copper pipe that appeared to be leaking. Unfortunately, we found that it was not the connector but the old 2-inch copper drainpipe that was behind the vanity wall that was causing the leak. An access hole had to be cut from the other side to get to the pipe which we found to be badly corroded on both sides of the pipe. Rick from T&J Plumbing did an excellent job of cutting out the old pipe and replacing it with a section of PVC pipe that should last forever. He was very efficient and completed the job quickly, all at a reasonable price. He was also a great guy to talk too!

Kyle and Eric showed up to work on a backed up drain in the laundry room. They spent a lot of time looking at the drains in the house and the clean out and determined that whatever was blocking the drain and causing the back up must have worked itself loose because nothing was clogged when they arrived. They cleaned the drain area, there was lint in the drain from the washing machine, and filled the drain with the hose for several minutes to make sure it did not overflow. When they left they assured me there was no clog and they did not charge me for the visit. They assured me if anything clogged int he future they would come out and fix it! This is the second time I have called T&J. And it is the second time I have had outstanding Service. Becca was also fantastic at the office! I urge anyone out there with a plumbing issue to give them a call.

As I was doing laundry, I noticed that my basement was flooding due to the sewer backing up. I called T & J and they literally had someone out there within the hour. This is where I am most impressed with this company, not only did they do amazing work fixing the problem at an exceptional price, but they actually cleaned up the entire area when they were done. I have used another plumbing company for many years and I always had to go down and clean up when they left. I will only be using T & J from now on for all of my plumbing needs.

This was a desperate call for help. We had out of town guests staying with us and the drains in the guest bathrooms plugged. We called our regular plumbing company and they couldn’t come out until the next day. We called T&J and they came out immediately and resolver our problem. The technician was very courteous and professional. The price was very favorable and we would highly recommend this company.

On a Sunday night about 2 weeks ago, Vic and Ron showed up to unclog the main drain from my house. When they showed up we discussed the possibility of putting in an outside cutout to clear the drain in the future if the need was there. When cleaning out a drain they found a crack in the pipe. They use a camera to make sure the drain is completely clear and were able to show me the crack. This morning around 8:45 a crew of 7-8 guys showed up to put in the outside cutout and patch the pipe. It took about 4 hours for all the work to be completed and they were extremely professional the entire time. I hope not to need to see them again, but will reach out if the need arises.

I wasn’t to bright and dumped 2 lbs of pasta in the garbage disposal the day before the Forth of July. Vic was at the house in less than 30 mins and spent 2 hours clearing it all out. He was amazing and very professional. He went way above and beyond and even cleaned under the sick and floor. Highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend them. Used them a week ago. Pipes were backed up. Another company who will remain nameless couldnt figure it out. They recommend me to use T&J. Send someone out who was only 17 and it didnt take him that long to figure out the issue

We had a sewer repair done. They had to cut into our concrete patio to do the repair. They showed up on time, finished all the work the same day, and left the patio cleaner than it was when they arrived. I was very impressed.
