    Rooter Man is a great local service provider. They had my sewer main repaired same day, and for a good price. Specific thanks to Joel for the prompt scheduling. Big thanks to Christian for arriving on time, delivering quality work, and providing a thorough cleanup (the work area looks like nothing ever happened). I appreciated the respect given to our home. Hopefully our plumbing stays healthy for a long time, but if any future repairs are needed, we will be calling Rooter Man first thing.

    Such a wonderful business and great price! I called and they had someone over in the afternoon right on time. He had the issue solved and am hour and a half later I was good to go!     Left message the night before Thanksgiving with a main sewer line starting to back up. Expected not hear back till Friday but received a call on Thanksgiving. Explained could wait till Friday. Appointment for a time frame set up. Ryan called just before that time frame, arrived promptly after and took care of the issue. Service was the most personable and professional I have had with this issue. Price was reasonable as well; will definitely use this company for any future back up issues.

    I recently called Rooter Man and spoke with Joel regarding a sewage back-up problem with my main sewer line. Joel was able to dispatch a service tech within an hour, as promised. Upon arrival, Christian immediately assessed the situation and got to work. He was very personable, professional, and thorough in his work; keeping me informed along the way. While he was here, another problem was exposed with my kitchen drain. Christian was able to tackle that job during the same visit. I truly appreciated the prompt service and will not hesitate to use Rooter Man for any future needs.

    Very polite. Had to cut portion of the wall out because there was no access point. He even cleaned up the mess afterwards and disposed of it.     Called a few other plumbers, couldnt get out today, or had to push back our appointment. Christian came and was awesome! They showed up within the hour and had us squared away! Love that this is a local family owed business. Friendly and affordable. We will use them again. Thanks again, got our dirty teenagers back to having showers again. Lord knows they need them!     Fast and efficient. We didnt even phone them until close to 3pm. They STILL got the job done before 8pm. Joel Jr was very professional and happy to answer all of our questions. He also pointed out a couple trouble spots well be having the company out to fix for us after the holidays. 15 out of 5 stars would recommend.

    Answered the phone promptly and sent two technicians to work on our clogged sewer line. Even on a Saturday afternoon. Can’t plan a clean out of a clogged sewer line but glad Christian and Rick worked hard to get it open! First call I made and would not hesitate to call again!

    I highly recommend Rooter Man! We had them out in May for a sewer back up, 2 weeks ago for another sewer back up, hydrojetting and camera inspection. They were here again today for a rotted out sewer line repair under a basement floor. Christian, Joel Jr., Ryan, (I cannot remember the two hydrojetting guys names Noah I believe was one of them, but they were both great) were all fantastic! Joel Sr. has been great to work with over the phone, and I really appreciated that he wanted to show us what was wrong with our pipes instead of guessing like some other companies weve dealt with in the past. All the guys were very thorough, knowledgeable and respectable. They answered all our questions and explained everything to us. Very reasonably priced (we were quoted double the price from another company.) They have come out the same day, within hours, both times weve called. The guys spent 10+ hours at our house today, repaired our concrete floor really nice and everyone has always done a great job cleaning up after themselves. Also they are a family owned business who we can tell has done a great job training all their guys. We will be recommending to others and calling in the future for all our plumbing needs. We cant thank all the guys enough!

    I had a main line blockage occur on a weekend.They came out on a Sunday morning and helped me get back up and running quickly. Reasonably priced & offered a warranty. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

    We had what we were told was a broken sewer pipe. We called rooter man by mistake and made an appointment. Unfortunately we got overlooked at our appointment time. However, we called to find out what happened and they dispatched someone right away. Then things got interesting. We were told that there was no sure way to know of the pipe was indeed damaged without sending a camera in. (We had been told something similar previously.) We were also told that from feel alone they did not believe it was damaged but a camera would definitely give us piece of mind. So Ryan did a thorough cleaning and did show where roots were an issue close to the house. Upon completion of the cleaning he determined our issue would return but would be several months. In the end, trust was built and we will be having them camera the pipe and go from there. Family owned and close by so looks like our new go to company.

    Called Rooter Man and they had a technician out within the hour. Young man named Christian showed up, I was a bit worried because he was so young but the kid knew his stuff. After talking to him I found out hes been working with his dad and grandpa since he was 13 and got my sewer drain up and running within an hour. Very polite kid who took the time to wipe all my stuff down with disinfectant spray and even offered to mop my basement for me after he was done. If I ever need tree roots cleared again I will definitely use rooter man!

    I am very pleased with Rooter Man. I had an emergency on a Sunday and they were able to accommodate me, thankfully. Christain was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing as he made the repairs. The price was very reasonable.     Good work. Cleaned a drain stack for my clothes washer. I like that he checked it twice filling the washer and making sure it didn’t overflow any more. He even took a cell phone video while the washer was draining and we could see no backup. I also like the fact that he ran snake a long way. He showed me the lint (see photo ) that was around the tip of the snake that he removed from my drain. No more overflow from the washing machine and no more water on the floor. Good price as well.

    Rooter Man was amazing! I called at 9:45pm when we noticed 2 inches of water in the basement. They said they could be there in 30 minutes and arrived in 25 minutes. Christian cleared our drain and was so knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. All of our plumbing is working better now in our 89 year old house. The best part was the price was incredibly reasonable! We couldn’t be more grateful and recommend Rooter Man highly!

    They will do anything to make the customer happy. I had them out for a simple shower clog when something unexpected happened.     We were in desperate need of service. The discharge pipe from our sump pump broke and caused a mini flood in our basement as the pump was discharging onto the floor.     Had an issue this morning where my bathroom was flooded after doing a load of laundry. The toilet started to back up so we decided to search for a company to come and look at the sewer line. I called at 930am and they were out within the hour as quoted. Rick came to our house and was very kind and friendly. He did his diagnostic and got to work pretty quickly. Our drains were back in full use just after a few hours. We will definitely call again if we have need! Will recommend to family and friends!

    I give this contractor an A+ rating. I had called the emergency number of a well known named comapny in the Toledo area that i had used before and reached their emergency number, as i had a sewer clog in one unit of an apartment building that i own. I left all of my details and was promised a confirmation call back. After 24 hours i called the service back and they told me that they had relayed the message and that they could give me no update and i would have to await a callback from the emergency plumber plumber on call. I checked back two more times only to get the same answer. Finally another day later i received a call from rhe owner saying she never receuved the emergency calls - 3 of them - and promised ti have someone out before noon. At 4:00 the persobn she sent looked at the clog and said that some of the other draim pupes were leaking and that there was too much pressure on the cleanout and theeir company was declining the job (at 4 in thw afternoon on the Fruday of a holiday weekend.). You get the picture. Rooterman was fully booked but agreed to get someone out the next day - he texted me back and said he had called in someone who would come out immediately. When the young man showed up at the building, i was a little nervous, but he assessed the situation in 15 minutes, explaine to me that the slight leaks in the other drains was caused by the pressure built up while waiting for the first contractor to contact me and show up. He knew where the clog was, opened the cleanout, cleared fhe line to the city line in an hour! When you have an emergency like this, a family-owned business like Rooterman is whom you want to call because they stand behind their work. Richard Williams

    Chose them because they had good reviews and took phone calls 24hrs. We called at 1 am to have them come in the morning asap. They did and fixed drain issue in about an hour. The price was a little bit more than I had hoped but not unreasonable. Im just glad it was fixed and Ill keep their card for future problems.     I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it!     I experienced a bad basement flood, I called Rooter Man and Joel Jr. came out. He was knowledgeable, respectful of the property, went over choices for a regular sump pump and a back up pump. He installed the first one in a very timely manner. He left the worksite clean. We had him come back the next day for the back up pump and again, respectful of the property and left the area clean. I would use them again and recommend them. Joel Sr was very helpful in answering any questions we asked. *we had the first rain and no leaks.

    You absolutely saved me. No one wants sewage backing up in their basement. Its even worse when it happens late at night on a weekend. When the technician came and asked me if somebody had explained what the pricing was I smiled and said no. But at that point it really didnt matter I was being saved. I had called two other companies that did not answer the phone. I was panicking and so grateful that they answer the phone and came late at night on a Friday to clear out my sewer line. I spent the rest of the night mopping the basement with bleach and water. Super unpleasant but I am so thankful that they rescued me in my time of need at a very late hour. By the way it was $275 very well spent.

    Good guys Joel and Chris were very professional Labor cost was a little steep but the job had to be done and I am physically not capable of doing the job so you gotta pay whatever price.     Another company cleared our main line and three weeks later it was blocked again. We called Rooter Man and their truck showed up in less than 20 minutes. The service man ran a camera through the line and showed me what the other company failed to do. Rooter Man cleared the line and ran the camera through it again and showed me the video. They gave me a guarantee on the service but after seeing the before and after video, I doubt we will ever use the guarantee. Rooter Man will be our go to for any future drain issues.

I received an email saying they would call me around 9 o clock am to schedule a service and yes that is exactly what they did, we spoke for about five minutes describing my issue and scheduled serviced for earlier afternoon 1:00-2:00. I received a text around 145 letting me know they were finishing a job and would be on the way. Arrived about 2:20, inspected the main sewer linen access for standing water (5 min). They had water flowing within minutes and had the drain completely clear, flowing great, invoice and payment done and cleaned up just after 3:00! The job was done very quickly and efficiently at the best value I have received from getting my main sewer lines cleaned! (4th time since owning my home over last six years) When paying I only had large domination bills to use and they offered to go get my change from atm so I did not have to use a credit card! Very professional and friendly! IF ALL THIS DOES NOT Persuade you to call Rooter Man and you still want to call the other guy well that’s your mistake! I’ve had four different companies do my drain Rooter Man being the latest on Memorial Day!
