The service was great! The gentlemen were kind and courteous and worked quickly to change my faucet. The only downside is the outrageous cost!! It took 20-30 minutes to complete the task, but I had to pay $190 an hour!!

Zach was called out to complete a repair of our drains after 5 on the day before Thanksgiving. Most people would have been in a bad mood. He came in ready to go. I showed him the issue and what other items I was concerned about and he stated that everything would be checked and as long as there was no major issues, he wouldnt be leaving till he could fix everything he could. He did a great job. Waking up today knowing the issue is fixed and our family is on their way......THANKS!I will use this company again.

Short version: Abbey on the phone and plumber Zach were both very kind, professional, helpful, and fast.Long version: I had a clogged sink for two days and another company came out and told me they couldnt fix my problem and that I would need to replumb a portion of my house and quoted me a few thousand dollars.So I gave these guys a call. Zach was out to my home within minutes of calling and was successfully able to snake the drain. The whole time he was personable and professional. He was upfront about the work and pricing and genuinely interested in helping me. He also completed the work quickly. I will definitely recommend, and call back if needed again.

My sewer line collapsed and it required digging a hole 14 feet deep to repair. Roto Rooter came out dug down and replaced the line and then backfilled the hole. I was kept informed by the technicians about what was happening and when it would happen. While the office kept me informed as well. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter if you have a drainage problem.

From start to finish, we truly couldnt be any happier with our experience with Toledo Roto-Rooter. I called them first thing in the morning, when our drains backed up and our toilets wouldnt flush - I had to leave voicemail, but they called me back within minutes and were able to give us a service appointment the same day. They even called back a few hours before our appointment, and stated that a technician was available early, if that worked for us (which it did), and he arrived shortly thereafter.I also cant say enough good things about this gentleman (whose name I unfortunately cant remember). He was prompt, professional, courteous and friendly - he quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a detailed quote, and then got right to work. He was efficient without being rushed, and made sure that the issues were completely fixed, and any of our other concerns were addressed before he left.This was absolutely a 5-star experience!

Called them last night, they called back at 7:45a and had 2 technicians at my house at 8:15a. Rory and Shawn asked me about what was going on, told me what they thought the issue was and came up with a plan to verify. 10 minutes later they confirmed where the problem was, we talked about options to resolve it, and they had line out to the street clear in under an hour. They noticed my bathtub draining slow and offered to fix that as well!! Rory and Shawn did a great job cleaning up and spent a few minutes afterwards talking about different options for cleanouts if required and even some time going over preventative maintenance to minimize the chance of future issues with the sewer line.
