We’ve lived In the same house for 9 years. Every year the tree in our back yard grows roots into our drain.Every year Doug has taken care of us. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and likes to be thorough. He is also just an awesome person who is friendly. Steve is also very pleasant and accommodating.I would personally recommend Action to anyone. Thanks guys!

Very pleased with timely service. Kitchen drain issue along with toilet issue, both repaired within an hour 😁 cost was less expensive than the last time I needed a plumber and chose a different company. As usual, I had another wonderful experience with Steve at Action Sewer. First, all the employees are so so nice and courteous. They alway return your call quickly and set up an appt. ASAP. They totally are fair and respectful in their pricing. We only call them for any plumbing repairs or problems!!!!God Bless them as they are truly a blessing from God. I wish I could give 1000 stars:) who ever “trained” them….. job well done!!!

I’m very satisfied with the work performed by Action Sewer. A severe clog by tree roots caused a backup of black sludge on the shower floor. Two stacks on the rooftop were cleaned out and that solved the issue. I must add that the cost was very affordable.

Best prices in town...believe me, I have checked! Wonderful customer service and always timely!!I called and left a message at 8am today. Someone called me back by 9:15am to check my availability. We arranged for the service man to call me and I would meet him at my home on my lunch. When I got to my home, the service man had already assessed the problem and had begun snaking out the clog. It took less than an hour, and I made it back to work on time. He was polite and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely kind. I appreciate good customer service and a great product, and you guys are top notch! Thank you!

Their prices are reasonable.I have used a couple of other companies over the years that were recommended to me by friends. Action was always better.I left a message on Sunday afternoon and they were at my house by 9:30 AM and finished by 10.

Theyre our plumbing company now.

At first, it may seem their price is too good to be true. I think people have been trained to be distrustful of any company that does repairs. But this company walks the walk of the Christian company it says it is. New water tank, shower, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink faucet with all new hoses for the price another company wanted for just the tank. Plus they stayed until they were certain it was fixed.THEN it came in LESS than the estimate. I paid them the estimate anyway because they have a program to support families who cannot afford immediate service and I told them to give it to that program.Honestly, I wish it was Action Sewer, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Car Repair, ITS, and iPhone Screen Replacement. Id use them for everything.
