I am very happy with the service I received from Miles at Rooter Master! I called for help after my mothers basement flooded and the water heater stopped working. Miles came out to her house within an hour or so. He checked the floor drain and water heater then explained the problem to me in a very easy to understand way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He told me what to do that would likely fix the problem, then he took measurements and gave me a price estimate for a new water heater in case she would need a new one. He didnt charge for the visit or advice, and after I followed his directions the water heater began working again so she didnt need to buy a new one! He saved her a lot of money and hassle. I am very grateful to Miles for his integrity, his helpful advice and the genuine care he gave us. I highly recommend Miles!!

On New Years Eve morning my drain backed up. I called three plumbers to learn they were not available until Monday. Eric Salmon at Rooter Master Sewer and Drains was the fourth I called. Miles came to our home to fix a flooded basement problem after all the down pouring rain yesterday. He was very professional, courteous and explained everything to us. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend this young man and the company. After a different company kept us hanging for 7 hours. that they guaranteed they would out no matter how late it was at night. by midnight we stopped responding and went to bed. Outstanding service - we called for two separate incidents - one a clogged sewer drain, and the other a clogged sink. Both times, they were at the door within half an hour. I called a family member to ask if he knew any good plumbers, and he referred me to Eric of Rooter Masters. When I talked to Eric he wasn’t sure if he had the man power to get to me before Monday, it’s Saturday. He said let me get a hold of my guys and see who’s available, well in 15 minutes he called me back and said I got some guys coming your way shortly, in 10 minutes Kyle called me and said we’ll be there in 20 minutes. I had no idea what was leaking or where it was coming from, and was nervous as hell about how much it was going to cost. Kyle and Ben came through the door two of the most kind and respectful gentleman that you ever want to meet. I was only expecting an estimate, but those guys came through the door tools a blazing and ready to work. It took them all of 15 minutes to find the problem and afterwards they were on it 35 minutes later the problem was fixed, clean up was finished and they were on their way. Great job guys! We have used this company 3 times! We had a tree in our front yard and the roots were constantly clogging our drains. Every time we have called them out they have come out same day, always did an amazing job, and left very little mess behind! We removed the tree in the yard during a recent home remodel and the house sat empty for a few months leaving the drains clogged and our basement flooded, they came out without 2 hours of our call, unclogged the sludge stuck in the drain and told us how to keep it from coming back! Nothing but amazing things to say! Every experience has been awesome. Highly recommend asking for Eric! He is the best!
