I called Rainier Plumbing after multiple failed attempts with other plumbers for emergency service. They were the only place i contacted that would send someone out at 7pm on the day i called. They were unable to get in contact with after hours technition but they were willing to send someone out first thing the following morning on a Sunday to still accomodate my issue. We determined that for the time being the issue was a county issue and not neccessary for a plumber to come out so i canceled the appointment. But they deserve a good review for being willing to come out on an off day to fix the issues we needed addressed.

Excellent service! Had a tree fall down and bust our water line. John came out and fixed our line super quick. Even did a inspection on our home plumbing. John was super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend rainer plumbing to anyone needing their service. 10 out of 10. John saved the day!

Their technician Leif was very polite. After he replaced our water heater he explained everything he had done , all the safety precautions and what to look for. He answered all my questions and he even cleaned up his mess.

We had an emergency with a broken pipe and called Rainier Plumbing after reading raving reviews from people within our community. The reviews were correct. Rainier Plumbing is the BEST! Jayden came out as quickly as he could and did an incredible job fixing the issue. We highly recommend Rainier Plumbing for their professionalism, great customer service and fantastic work!

Jayden and his crew were polite, respectful and very diligent. They were polite when we asked questions and helped us understand what was happening and how to possibly fix it in the future. They are so fantastic that they had came and worked on our pipe in the dark, left and an hour or so later I had no water so I called Jayden and he came back out to my house at 9pm and helped solve the problem and even educated me on my pump system in a very respectful manner.

Our remodel went so well, we were so impressed. Completed all new plumbing we had relocated everything he did such an amazing job, after tile, walls and floor went in they came back out and installed all plumbing fixtures tub, all plumbing hardware, faucets, shower system, toilet, kitchen faucet, all sink faucets, hooked up water to fridge. Made our renovation go so smoothly. They are the best! Will be using them for everything we need. Thank you so much for being so amazing!

Great to work with. I had a challenging situation as I dealt with a plumbing issue from 2 hours away. Jayden worked with me from long distance and resolved a challenging plumbing issue. I’ve struggled to find competent people of trades work locally as I’ve been doing some substantial work on a house in the area.
