I wanted to give a shout out to Otts and the quick response/ repair of a major tub drain leak that was done. They came out the day after we called, and Nick was excellent with the repairs. He took his time to do everything correctly and even made 2 trips to the store for parts because he wanted them to match my tub fixtures properly. The price for the job was more than fair and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family that needs emergent plumbing services.

I had Ott Plumbing do my new house plumbing. They did everything from running all water and sewer lines to putting in all the fixtures at the end. It was a great experience with them. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and met every deadline that was needed to move in on time. Each inspection that was done passed the first time which was a plus. They asked for input all along the way and catered to details that I wanted. I was very comfortable working with them and they were patient with my many questions throughout the process.
