Like to thank e&k contractors for making a very stressful situation a little easier. I had a sewage flood in my basement and did not know what to do. I called a friend who told me to call e&k contractors. I called there office and Danielle answered she was so kind and felt like she new what I was going through. She sent out Dustin and Damien who showed up right away. They put a camera in my sewer and allowed me to watch. We seen a broken piece of pipe in my front yard. I asked for an estimate which they gave on site. This is not something i budget for but the price was fair. Within 2 days they were digging. The crew they sent were great. I can’t say enough about this company. Highly recommended

If you ever need a trustworthy company, E & K Contractors is who you need to call!!! They were quick to come out after I spoke with someone on the phone. They’re not scammers and they mean business. They would rather help you out and take care what needs to be taken care of before anything else. They gave us an idea as to what is going on with our bathroom plumbing and explained everything thoroughly of what they had to do. They even came back tonight to check for any manholes. E&K Regraded my yard, placed about 85 feet of drainage tile, and poured a concrete patio for me. They did an awesome job work was top-notch. Their foreman Andy stayed in communication with me for the entire process. Very happy with the outcome. I also want to say that in the beginning of the job I was dealing with a different representative from E&K. There were several miscommunications, and things were not moving along as expected. When I made this known, I was very surprised to get a call from the owners of the company. My concerns were immediately resolved. I would not hesitate to use E and K in the future

Called for a quote on a patio. They failed to show. Called back got it rescheduled. They came out but we never heard back. Called again and that estimator had apparently gotten sick so they sent another person. This time they came hours late. Still havent gotten a quote and we have called a few times. Ive given up. You would think a company that drops flyers on your door monthly would want the business but i have no clue. On a good note at least the folks were nice just never got the quotes after multiple attempts.Updated review:We received a phone call from John, one of the local customer service representatives. He expressed his sincere apologies for our current experience with the company and vowed to do what he could in his power to make it right. The next morning John met with me personally and was able to talk through some strategies to remedy this situation and within an hour we got another call From Damien, one of their project managers. He was able to give us an itemized quote for the project and will be our contact going forward if we chose them for this project. Total turnaround on the view point of this company. Whether we end up using them or not, I feel they have made the effort to change our experience with them and that means a lot.

E&K was amazing to work with! Timely service, reasonably priced, listened to what I wanted and were willing to make changes throughout the process. They answered every question I had and never made me feel like I was a bother. The quality of the work was amazing. I had a concrete pad put in for the start of a porch and I’m thrilled with the work. After they were finished they cleaned up my yard, put in mew soil along with new grass seeds and made sure to fix the sidewalk panel that got cracked. I will 100% use them again if I need work done.

Ive dealt with many companies of many kinds in my life and only a handful even come close to the service I received from E&K. My driveway was in a shambles. I called at least 10 other contractors. Only about half came out and looked and the other half didnt even return my call. One said it was too messed up so turned the job down. One actually said my job was a PIA. Another said their equipment was too big to get in my drive. These were their actual comments.I knew of E&K because of their outstanding work along the business street where I live. They really improved our neighborhood. My son kept pestering me to call them but I didnt think they did small jobs like mine because I saw their equipment across the street, along with their spectacular renovation of a parking lot. They even demolished a couple of dilapidated houses and extended the parking lot.At my wits end, I finally gave them a call and spoke to Bob Ewing, the owner, who was very professional and understood my situation completely. The very next day, Domenic from his company was out here to survey the wreckage and give me a quote. His quote was most reasonable and Mr. Ewing gave me very favorable terms. Very compassionate.They were out within the week and did such an amazing job. Anyone I spoke to at E&K said that customer satisfaction is their mission and I can say without any hesitation that they live up to it.So whatever your contracting needs are, give them a call. You wont be disappointed!

E&K CONTRACTORS were at my house within the hour.They found my sewer to be backing up. I highly recommend E&K if you want professional work and respectful service. Great value. I had a chronic problem of my house drain backing up once a year and needed an outside cleanout to fix my problem long term. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the initial diagnosis. It is always important to address the root cause of the problem. Their price for the repair was fair and I feel a good value. The work was performed in one morning which I felt was quick based on how big of a job it is. The follow up after the repair was really great as well. E&K went above and beyond. I highly recommend and I will be using them again.

Had to have a section of my sewer drain replaced and they were recommended by Action Sewer Cleaning company. Did call a few other companies, but they offered the best service at the best price. Called them on a Tuesday and they came the following day! Once they had repaired what we believed to be the only bad part of the line, we found more issues downstream. They came back the next day and replaced another section of the drain. They also completed the service by snaking out the completed drain and ran a camera down to insure that there were no further problems. Took them no more than 3 hours each day to complete the project. Would call them again, if needed (hopefully not, though). Dont waste your time calling around, just got directly to these people. Professional and courteous. Thanks guys for the great job!

E&K Contractors are top notch! They came out to give 2nd opinion after another contractor told me I needed to replace 15 feet of sewer and recommended I replace the entire sewer while I was at it. E&K cleared our sewer, which the other company did incompletely, and did so for 1/4 the cost. They also gave me an honest assessment of how much line was faulty and repaired 7 feet of sewer for half the price. City inspectors were present for the whole job so Im certain it was done right. The crew was professional, efficient, and fun to have around. You cant go wrong with E&K!

From my Angies List review:It went great. I called several contractors. Bob from E&K was the only one to actually show up at the appointed time. They worked around my work schedule and were happy to communicate via text message so I didnt have interruptions at work.We need 50 feet of sewer line installed. E&K did a great job. We have a lot of large trees on the property and they took great care not to damage them, snaking the line around to avoid large roots and never once complained. It was even difficult to find the sewer line, taking several more hours than was planned, but I barely heard about this. I left for work in the morning and when I got home the job was done.E&K handled all of the permitting. This was fantastic. I didnt have to deal with inspectors or make phone calls or any of that. They just took care of it. This was a real treat. At one point they needed a signature and someone drove all the way out to my work just for me to sign a form. How cool is that?Ive used a lot of contractors for large jobs at our fixer-upper home. E&K has been one of the best. They are punctual, courteous, professional and they do what they say they will. No hidden charges or non-returned phone calls. Pricing was completely fair. I would gladly use them again for a future project and highly recommend them to you too.

E&K Contractors performed an excellent job for us on a water line repair. Water was coming through our asphalt roadway in several sections. Bob quickly came out that evening within 40 minutes after calling him on an emergency basis, and performed an excellent assessment of the problem for us. Our HOA is on private property so the entire project was left to the homeowners. The City of Toledo was able to lower the water pressure, so our HOA was able to wait until the morning to begin the repair, which ultimately was a cost saver. The crew arrived early the next morning and contacted our HOA to give an estimated time of arrival -- they arrived as promised and were prepared. Our HOA trustees were kept up to speed with what was happening during the entire process. All of the workers were professional, courteous and hard working -- from the foremen, truck drivers, equipment operators, laborers, etc. Kudos to Jason who was there from start to finish and was a liaison in interpreting for us laymen and women trustees, what was happening, all the while diligently working. We would highly recommend E&K Contractors.

Phenomenal service!!! We discovered our basement was flooded at 830pm. We called E&K, asked for emergency service, hoping they would be out early the next morning. We received a call 10 minutes later stating they would have a technician out in an hour or so! We had 2 incredible technicians out who replaced our sump pump, check all the lines out to our septic system and had the water receded within 5 minutes! They were amazing. And we couldnt have been more surprised or pleased with the cost, especially considering it was well after hours, they provided the pump, and the labor for 2 technicians. Highly recommend!!!!

When we needed speedbumps installed late in the season on our campus, E&K was willing to fit it in. The workers and leaders they sent out were approachable and did a nice job. I really appreciated the advance walk around and marking we did to insure the placement of the speedbumps was optimal. They provided a lot of communication and their decision makers were available by phone at all times. Great Job!

I don’t typically have great experiences with contractors, but I’ll say working with Damien Dilworth was the exception. He made me and family feel at ease and delivered on what he promised. Would definitely recommend!
