I called early a.m. with bad basement flooding found out it was sump. Tech came out super awesome install and got water draining. A few hrs later pump stopped. I called and got directions but no go. They came out and readjusted. Wife and went out for errand and dinner and pump was stopped again. I called and the boss came back again with a new pump. Success. These guys are awesome and stand by their work even after hours he came from home. Found it was most likely a faulty pump. So he replaced and water moving again. Long story short I wont hesitate to call again. Super awesome, highly recommend and you wont be sorry.

We had a major issue with sewage water backing up into our kitchen sink. We called Drain Master, and they were at our front door within the hour. Bill the owner and his son Elijah were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. They were able to troubleshoot the issue and completely fix it in a very short time! They also made sure it was all in working order prior to leaving. I would highly recommend them!!!!! Thank you both taking such great care of of us!

I cant say enough about Drain Master. They were able to come in a very reasonable time. The two young men that came were very professional. They explained what the were doing and answered my questions to my understanding. They were also very mindful of my home. They wore booties and brought the hose though a window so not to dirty my carpets. Two thumbs up! My first time to use their services but definitely not the last.

Stop looking. You’ve found your plumbing service with Drain Master. Bill (owner) holds himself, his staff, and his work to a higher standard than many other companies out there. He shows his honesty in the way he speaks, and his integrity in the way he explains what’s needed and nothing extra. Best of all it comes with a FAIR price for the parts and labor to get the job done right the first time. My new home had a 21yo water heater and I originally budgeted for a natural vent replacement because I didn’t know there are various types. Turns out I have a powered vent which can be roughly double the cost 0.o. I got a handful of quotes with some companies up-selling the job, and some adding repairs I didn’t even need. Bill was honest in what was necessary and offered a great price. I’d highly recommend Drain Master and will be a returning customer myself. The new water heater is running perfect and he even upgraded my water intake valve. Thanks Bill!

We’ve had 8 years of drainage issues with water in our basement (burned through many sump pumps). We’ve had so many people out to figure out why. Called Drain Master, Bill Moores and Jason Cousino came out and figured out what was going on right away. The headaches/stress/spending thousands of dollars for “bandaids” over 8 years finally came to an end. IT’S FIXED!Phenomenal customer service! Quick response! Used Drain Master to service a root clean out of my home’s sewer pipes. Both times they have been EXCELLENT! The first was an emergency call, this time was routine. My wife and I opted for the camera cleaning and it was 100% worth it. Noah and Isiah provided exceptional, customer-oriented service and described everything that would be done, as well as discussed each root that was found on camera and what they could do for it. They also provided one last overview sweep with the camera to ensure the clean out was successful. They both put 100% into the service they were providing, and absolutely will have me returning for any future services. Great job, gentlemen!The price was also VERY REASONABLE for the quality of service provided, and came with a 1 year warranty as well to help provide assurance with their provided service.

Derrick did an absolutely amazing job. I recently purchased a house in Holland that was built in the mid-90s with polybutelyne (Quest) plumbing. I wanted everything that could be somewhat easily replaced done so. Derrick came out, evaluated the scope of work, gave a fair estimate, and started work two days later. He was polite, courteous, honest, and efficient. I hope I dont need a professional plumber anytime soon, but if I do I will absolutely be calling Drain Master.

Had Jason Cousino out over the weekend to fix a broken pipe , he quickly diagnosed the problem , offered a solution for what I felt was an extremely fair price to correct and offered an estimate of $200 to $250 which I was expecting at least that much for the weekend service call . He quickly repaired the issue and then only charged me $150.00 for everything. Please note they responded to my initial call within an hour and had problem corrected within two hours. If that is not top notch service I dont know what is. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs dont hesitate to give these guys a call.

I dont usually write reviews but because I also rely on them when I am looking for a reliable and dependable company, I felt the need to share our experience with Drain Master--hands down, AMAZING! We just moved and are new to the area and needed our garbage disposal fixed and had some other projects - Bill got us scheduled right away and Andrew was lightning quick! Not only on time, but early (called me ahead of time to see if I wanted him to come earlier which was VERY nice!) fixed the disposal and our washer in record time- the price was also very reasonable. We will be using them again in the future and recommend them without question.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Fantastic company. I used Drain Master in July for a drain clean, they came out and did a great job. Well about 3-4 weeks later the drain backed up again so I called and explained the situation. All the owner said was “we will take care of it! I’ll be over there as soon as possible” And they did! I cannot thank them enough!! I have struggled with a clogged kitchen sink for over a year and a half now because I believed the last plumber who told me my issue is I have tree roots that are causing the issue (I know I was naive for believing them) but after a hefty bill I felt discouraged as I got no resolution. Recently I started having a issue with my bathtub getting plugged and heard some thumping in my wall so I had to get someone out. Drain Master was highly recommended so I called and scheduled an appt for a Saturday. The owner and his son came out and worked diligently on removing the clog that was in my house-not my yard! It took them a while but they did it along with addressing my bathtub and running toilet that caused the thumping. They were absolutely amazing and I cannot emphasize enough on how much they blessed me!

I literally never write reviews but I am so appreciative of this company that I had to! Our drain clogged and started filling our basement up with sewage water, and they were able to get out and help us quicker than expected, they had affordable prices, and the workers were very kind and did a great job explaining what they were doing, what we can do as preventative measures, etc. I will never use another plumbing company again because of how easy it was with Drain masters and because of how good of customer service that they had. Thank you guys!!

We had no hot water today and so I started calling various plumbing places. All were at least 2 days and some a week out in scheduling. I was given Drain Masters number from a coworker, and so glad he did! On my initial call, he asked to send pictures of my hot water heater to know what he was dealing with. From just pictures, he knew what he was dealing with! Little did I know that our hot water heater was around 20 years old (true, I looked up the serial number code), and most likely needed to be replaced. Technician Andrew called me within 30 minutes of the text and was here in 10 minutes. He assessed the situation and started draining the heater, then went to get the new one - returned with in the hour. Andrew was very knowledgeable, personable, and worked quickly to remove the heater and then install the new one. He was done early-mid afternoon. Awesome work, fast, and at a fair price! Best experience I have had with a plumber by far!

My bathroom sink was draining slow, Andrew came out at the time that was scheduled and even called me before hand to let me know he would arrive in 15 minutes! Not too many company’s do that. He was very kind and nice. I am very satisfied, Andrew is the best plumber I’ve had come out so far and I will be asking for him every time! I highly recommend the company as a whole! The sink is draining perfect now!

I rarely give reviews, but because of the experience I need to. My basement somewhat flooded. It was obviously on a Sunday when it was noticed. Therefore had to be cautious on water and sewage usage. I casually Google for plumbers. I picked 2. Drain Master was quick to respond. They called me at 7ish am, and by 8ish someone was at the door. The gentleman was kind, pleasant, friendly. But got to the point of what was going on. He went straight to basement, and took care of it. He explained to me what had happened, and gave me a guarantee. I was like wow, I have a guarantee. Pricing was very reasonable. And most of all, he cleaned everything up when he was done working. I definitely 100% would refer this company to anyone.

Scott is the bomb.. He came in professionally and almost fell in the puddle of water in my basement but he was okay...He worked until the main waste line was unclogged with 116 ft of snaking the line until he realized that the city of toledo main line was the problem. I would recommend this company and will prefer Scott.. Thank you Scott !!
