    Timos was great in advising me to go ahead with the winter evaluation even though I never use my furnace. Dont want to risk voiding the warranty. I had to cancel due to Jury Duty and they rescheduled me a week later. Jaime was prompt and professional. A very trustworthy company.

    A service company is only as good as its service techs it sends to solve your service issue. In this case, Timos sent the right tech. Romeo was excellent. He communicated well what the issue was with the new HVAC heat pump system Timo’s had installed in May, educated us on the appropriate repair and demonstrated a true willingness to give us top notch service. We hope Timo’s will send Romeo again on the next service call.

    Had Timos out recently to replace my, over 20 year old, water heater. They gave me an excellent estimate and explained the details of the work to be performed. As I understand it plumbing is a new service Timos is offering. So far I am completely satisfied and hope they stay busy and add on more people as soon as possible.

    I called Timo’s on behalf of a dear friend who is older and a widow. Robert was assigned and found the issue that prevented cold air from coming into the main unit for house distribution. Robert checked all units thoroughly and made a few recommendations for the future. Our friend was pleased with his pleasant, friendly demeanor and thoroughness to restore her units to working order!

    We were pleased with the replacement service of two AC units. Our salesman committed to swapping out our AC units with two four ton units and “blowers”. He told us the work could be done the next day. The install team delivered what was promised. They arrived by 8:00 AM and were done by 3:00 PM. The system works fine and we promised that we would see savings in our electric bills. I think we made the right decision to go with Timo’s.

    The entire experience with Timos was fantastic. They came highly recommended by our realtor and they delivered! It was super easy to schedule the appointment. When Nicholas arrived he was courteous, knowledgeable, and flexible. One of the issues has resolved itself, but there were new issues that had arisen with our AC system. Nicholas analyzed our whole system and came up with a plan to fix it. He also apprised us of what our system was and was not capable of doing. This was helpful, as we had just purchased this home and had never dealt with these types of systems before. We set up a service plan because I want to make sure that the people who work on our system are proactive and great to work with. Great job, Timos!

    The team at Timo’s has always taken good care of us. With two HVAC systems 16+ years old, we’ve depended on regular maintenance to keep things running smoothly and a responsive team when something does go wrong. Franky came in to help us when the upstairs unit stopped working and gave us a comprehensive review of the problems and options.Ultimately we opted to replace the system, and the team at Timo’s had options in front of us within a couple hours, financing sorted by the following morning and a completed install the next day. Smooth, dependable, and effective. If you’re having HVAC trouble, I definitely recommend Timo’s!

    I purchased a 20 year old home (which I love!) and the first major item to go out was the central air & heating system. I called Timos. They came out immediately (on a Wednesday), assessed the dual system (for a 3,000 sq. ft. home & guest house) & were able to schedule a new system install within 48 hours. On Friday morning trucks, equipment and a large installation crew arrived at 8 am. By 1:00 pm my new system was up and running! Timos also handled the IID rebates for me & have scheduled all the follow up maintenance appointments! Their workman arrive on time, change filters, check the operation of the system, and are in and out with very little disruption. I am a very pleased customer!

    I’ve had Chris with Timos out a couple times. He is the best. He is personable and friendly and most all - extremely knowledgeable about what he’s saying and doing.     Excellent service! Romeo from Timos was fantastic. We had our AC start short cycling just a day before an excessive heat warning here in the Desert. They came the same day. Romeo explained everything that he was doing and treated me like a peer. He made sure I knew how to change the filter and showed me step by step what the issue was with the system. While servicing, he saw the outdoor unit fan was ready to die (it was in bad shape- rust etc). He was able to get that done within 30 mins. Our system is running great. I highly recommend Timos! They are terrific and professional every time.

    My day is brighter, filled with optimism and my heart is full of gratitude! Nicholas Cursoli was here to replace a thermostat for me. He was on time, courteous, efficient and friendly. While working he heard my smoke alarm chirping. I explained that the 10-year battery apparently died ahead of schedule so I would have to get a handyman to change it for me. When he finished with the thermostat he asked if Id like him to take a look at the chirping smoke alarm. WOW! What a guy! It was at the top of my stairs, but being tall, he reached it, changed the battery and saved me time, expense, worry and trouble! He and Timos deserve my most sincere Thank You!     Timos emailed and texted the day prior to confirm our appointment. Axel telephoned the morning of to advise when he would arrive. Axel arrived , introduced himself, then went to work. Axel answered all of our questions and explained concerns he had with our system. Axel was very conscientious of our home and ensured he left no mess. After the inspection Axel detailed all of his findings and concerns. There were no issues and the system works very well. We are pleased with the system and service from Timos .     Great experience. Called in the morning when our AC broke down because of the drain line clogged and they are able to come the same day and fixed it. We opt for the membership so they can come out twice a year to do necessary maintenance. Definitely recommend them.

    My first service call with Timos was impressive. I had a A/C go dead. From a kind lady named Monica who happily said shed arrange a service call the same day, in a time window that worked for me, to a nice and knowledgeable guy nicknamed Tiny who checked the entire unit and tightened things up. In the end a bad fuse was the issue, but he verified that everything else on my old equipment was still OK. Provided some trust in the organization that they would not try to oversell me things I didnt need. Theyll get my next call for service!

    Since Timo’s installed my system 3-4 years ago everything has been great, no issues, no problems. I’ve been on their maintenance program which I highly recommend. A new system is an investment and like a car it pays to keep it maintained. I mean would you buy a new car and not keep it maintained? Robert came out for maintenance and made sure everything was in great shape, took picture to show me how clean my system was and even set up my phone app to control my thermostat, which required a call to the manufacturer support. I love calling support! Said no one, ever!Five or so months ago they started plumbing services. When they did I immediately signed up for their offered to do a full house check-up, which was yesterday. I knew where there were issues and they caught them and found a leak I was completely unaware of. These two, Mike (and sorry missed the other techs name), were friendly, thorough, explained the findings and which should be done and which were not “necessary”, but I appreciate knowing so I can make an informed decision.

    Pablo was great 👍🏼 He actually was the first technician to recommend installing a power suppressor with our recently installed unit.When I asked him if that was necessary, he showed me pictures of all the circuitry, and said that there was NO PROTECTION on the “mother board,” and a sudden power surge (after the power is restored from an outage) could burn the board up. Then I asked him, “why wasn’t it installed in the first place?” But he could not answer that, since he has only been with the company since June 2024.I think it is BEST if you properly train your “installers,” to be as knowledgeable as your technicians.

    Chris Smith called in advance to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time. He listened to our explanation of what was happening with the AC system. He quickly diagnosed the problems and explained options. Once we agreed on a repair option, he quickly completed the repair and tested the system. Great Job, Chris!

    Making the apptmt was easy, and Robert showed up on time at 8:30am. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and understood the issues I discussed with him.He did a full review of our homes system, both inside, outside, as well as the attic.He found the immediate problem (blown capacitor) as well as longer term issues, some we knew, some we didnt. His made recommendations on which were worth doing, how to tell, and what order they should be done in, if we wanted to do them.I never felt pressured to do anything beyond the immediate problem. (Wed been sleeping in the living room for a week, the coolest room in the house.) His repairs success was obvious before he left.This is our second visit from Timo, although the first to do repairs. In both cases, the repair persons have been friendly, knowledgeable, articulate, and happy to explain what they were doing, and welcomed questions.An additional plug for Robert, todays repair person. His demeanor throughout his session at our house was exactly what every company should want to provide, and what every customer hopes arrives at their door. I have a newfound appreciation for how complicated these HVAC systems are, and how many fields of study need to be covered, from electronics and physics to mechanics and airflow dynamics.     Timo’s team was prompt, very professional and courtesy all through the job. What I appreciated about Timo’s is how straight forward the whole team was. They were about getting the job done right and making sure we were satisfied.When we had questions and concerns regarding cost, Glenn followed up with us same day and was very direct and straight forward without giving us a sales pitch. I appreciated his direct candor and took the time to make sure he had researched all rebates and break down the price of the system further than usual. I would definitely do business with him again and recommend him highly.The team was installing a full Trane UV 18 system and they triple checked all the parts of the system to make sure everything was functioning. When they found 2 problems they immediately switched out the parts and stayed overtime until they were certain everything was working as it should. They did their job very well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Timo’s highly. Thanks everyone!

They are the best vendor in this category that weve have ever had. Skilled, professional, and honest.     Timo’s just installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. The service I received was excellent. I interviewed several different companies and after about five minutes chatting with Miguel, I knew I was going to go with Timo’s. He was so knowledgeable and very professional. It was big purchase for me and while their prices were competitive, they were less than some of the other companies I had talked with. The guys that came to do the install were SO nice, professional and very careful in my home as it was just remodeled and I was worried that the floors and walls could get damaged. They made sure everything was protected. I was very pleased and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Sent tech out to give an estimate on a mini-split system.Next time send a Tech, not a salesman. Turned off almost right away, when he walked in and said we should replace the main furnace for the house also. I said why it works just fine. He said I will look and decide.I told him to just give me a estimate on the Mini-split.I ended up going with a different system with someone else.To much as a hard sell.But their regular techs who actually do the seasonal tune ups seem to be a bit better.

    From first contact to install the Timos team was first class. Ken was very thorough educating me on options and alternatives. The pricing was very competitive.The install team led by Joe and Juan did a fantastic job removing the inplace AC and furnaces then professionally installing new Lennox units. Their teamwork is amazing. They took great care to carefully do physically demanding work. And left our home spotless.Timos has a reputation for high quality work and they delivered for us.

    Very impressed. Timos sent Glenn Smith to our home. He arrived within hours of us calling about our A/C going out in the dead heat of this summer. He gave a thorough report of our options and pointed out what exactly was wrong in easy to understand language. Because we had shopped around, we knew that what he was quoting us was not only fair, but also complete in terms of longevity. Meaning he wasnt there to just throw a band-aid on the problem, but he proposed fixing or replacing all the components at a cost that ened up being less expensive than some of our other quotes that were just going to do a quick fix. On top of that, they came the very next morning finished the whole project that day. They kept us updated/informed with emailed pictures showing what exactly was being done. I could go on and on about how professional they were and what a great job they did. I heard about Timos from a colleague and am so grateful for the word of mouth recommendation and felt like I needed to pass on the favor by writing this review.
