    We arrived back in Palm Springs on Sat. Nov. 30. after being away for a few months,and our hot water heater could not turn on, and I was unable to to get the pilot to activate.Called Erkies Sat. evening, and set up a service call for today (Sunday) between 8 am and l0 am. Because of a scheduling snafu, .Erkies sent Dane Feldman, the owner, to check the water heater at 11:15 am. Dane quickly discovered that there was air in the line. After clearing the air, Dane was able to activate the pilot in less than 5 minutes, and hot water soon began flowing. That is Five Star service, and we could not be more pleased. Look no further than Erkies for your heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical needs.

    Fantastic experiences with Erkies. Team is very professional; on time and on budget.We had electricity surging thru our walls which 4 other vendors could not identify.     Erkies saved us again! Twice now, weā€™ve found ourselves with emergencies on a Friday night - one electrical and one cooling - and Erkies has saved the day by getting to our house and fixing the issues quickly and with a great attitude. In particular, Dane, Dana, and David have provided exceptional service. We use Erkies for our regular (non-emergency) electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling needs, too. Their membership program quickly paid for itself.

    Just installed a new Hvac system in my Palm Springs home and choose Erkies because of all the great reviews . I am so glad I did. I wanted to wait a week to see how the system worked but based on my experience of the installation and the quality of workmanship and integrity of the staff I felt it important to write the review now. As I sit in my dinning area I barely hear the furnace as it heats my home and the house is very comfortable . The system gradually heats the house you dont have blasts of hot air coming through the vents so its more balanced and gradual heating goes from 62 degrees to 70 in 5 minutes. Robert , Jake and Gabriel were amazing they not only kept me informed along the way but took care of unknown issues like code violations incorrect circuit switches and electrical rewiring included with the installation . You know the old expression you get what you pay for. While the system was a bit more pricy than my budget their financial assistance program made it very affordable. I am immunocompromised from a recent transplant and the team practiced safe covid 19 guidelines and were very accommodating even showing up originally in hazmat suits, laying down mats, covering furniture and cleaning up afterwards . I am thrilled to have made the choice to choose Erkies for my new HVAC system. The owner Dane really makes sure the job is done 500 percent to their satisfaction no skipping corners. Im one very pleased customer would give 20 stars if I could. The reviews you see here are accurate support this incredible company because in the 5 years Ive owned my home and with the dozens of contractors I have hired in the past, Erkies shines above them all . What a fantastic teamUpdate 8/22/2023Once again, Erkies pull through Dane is amazing after the hurricane or tropical storm Hillary yuck I had no power, and my air conditioner went off. I was able to talk to Dane during the course of my 48 hours in power outage mode and he instructed me on what to do and what the problems were and he was absolutely spot on once SCE came and diagnosed the problem It was an Sce problem with a leg of power not being delivered to my panel box. Hes incredibly knowledgeable, and the service is provided for free. I cant recommend this company enough people are just love me and I have been a customer of his now for at least four years and Im so pleased with the service I get in so grateful. Sce is now running a temporary cable from their transponder to my breaker box to fully restore my power . Go Dane :)

    We recommend Erkies! Dana was a problem solver committed to getting our fire pit table converted from propane to natural gas. The mfr instructions were not entirely clear so he searched out resources to get the job done where others would have simply left and decline the job. We are now ready to fire up the table!

    Our air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday. We called Erics electrical, heating and air. Jason came to our house within two hours of when we called. He was very professional and resolved our solution quickly. Unfortunately, we have to replace our air conditioner but on a good note, I feel that they gave us the best possible price and the installation will be this week.

    Adam was very professional and courteous. He examined the defective irrigation valves and determined, as my gardener did, that they needed replacement. I accepted the quote in line with my expectations and he got it done the same day. The water supply had to be shut off for 45 minutes and he informed the tenants in a timely manner.

    UPDATE:It was time for our semi-annual checkup - part of the Family Plan they offer. Inspection, filter change, and had things been needed, the labor would have been discounted. Adam, an excellent technician, found no problems. Were good to go.Erkies continues to impress.ORIGINAL REVIEW:We selected these people to replace our central air conditioning unit with a variable speed heat pump. It was not cheap, but we are extremely happy with the result.Not only did they install a very good unit, they also corrected problems with the ductwork which dated back to the original construction. Between the correction of the duct work and the excellent new system, the house is more comfortable than it has ever been, and my electrical bills are substantially lower.Their thorough approach and the the dedication of their installers has made us into loyal customers.

    We lost power to part of our house late yesterday afternoon. I contacted Erkies by text message that evening and they contacted me early the next morning. Made an appointment to check out the issue the same day. Showed up on time. Troubleshot the problem. It was a supply line problem and got the power people in and proved it was not our problem. Charges are very fair and technicians are very personable and do excellent work. Theyve worked for us before. We highly recommend them.

    Jheyson and Dane at Erkies are the best. We used them a few years back for a new electrical panel and they were great then. This time our heat went out and we needed to replace the system. They came out same day to trouble shoot and give us a bid and weā€™re back the next day to install. We also had a sewer line backup and Dane stayed late into the evening figuring it out, snaking it and getting everything running again. Super impressed with these guys and we highly recommend them.     On Sunday Morning 2-19-23 the electric power to our master bedroom and hot water circulating pump in our Victoria Falls, Rancho Mirage, CA home went out. Erkies responded to our emergency call within 1.5 hours and diagnosed the problem as Stablok electric receptacles that were wired in such a way that they were hazardous. Many of the receptacles were burned and melted in spots. Erkies on sight team disconnected all 17 receptacles on this circuit and returned on Wednesday 02-23-23 to replace the 17 receptacles. Dana the on-sight team leader was fantastic -very knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We could not have asked for better expert service. Thank you, Dana and Erkies.

    We bought a property and we did not know the bad condition of the electric panel until our tenant started living there, and one night lights started going on-off and the panel started sparking. We knew we needed a quick solution by professional people. Our tenant recommended Erkies because of experience working with them. Dane came that same night and did the diagnostic. Dane explained to me different options/quotes and recommended the panel to be replaced and to minimize consumption until fixed. We decided to do it with Erkies with their commitment to be completed as soon as possible.They did the city permits, the electrical work, managed the inspection with Edison, did the stucco and the painting, they brought a generator for the tenant while the grid was disconnected. And all that in a couple of weeks. I cannot be more grateful; they did what they promised, and they did it well and on time. Very professional, highly recommended. Erkies delivered!
