For almost a year my sewer has been backing up, especially after a lot of rain. I have gotten it snaked, blown out, and it’s clear for a while. When that stopped working, I called the city and they came by and said they checked their side of the line, and the issue was on my side. Next day I called roto rooter, they sent Anthony and he narrowed a the problem close to, or around to the city’s catch, so I called the city again. They came a second time, looked in their catch/outlet and again said it was on my side. I called roto rooter back so they could come and dig the following day and dig up my line. Anthony came back that morning; he got out there with some additional equipment and narrowed the break to the exact point before digging. It was on the city side. I called them for the 3rd time and Anthony stayed and showed them exactly where it was. He was out there all day while the city dug up the break. Roto rooter didn’t charge me for being out there all day and made sure the city fixed the issue. Anthony was very kind and helpful and so was his supervisor. Thank you for being awesome.

After having no plumbing for over 2 weeks these guys came through for us today! The very nice man in office sent Howard the tech out immediately an he got the issue fixed! Fair prices also! The both were sweet an very kind an so helpful! The lady named Kay even helped me when I didn’t know how to leave this review! If anyone has plumbing issues these are the ones to call!!! Anthony did a really good job. He is definitely knowledgeable when it’s comes plumbing equipment and fixtures. He was able to figuring out methods for my plumbing. My job wasn’t the ordinary replacement of a water heater. I would definitely recommend him. I think he is a valuable asset to his company.

Nathan came on time. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable. He checked the warranty status of my hot water heater. Installed a new one that day around my schedule working till nearly 7 pm on a hot day. Never heard him complain as he was working in tight space. Contacted several local companies but couldnt get hold of anyone for the time frame that workable for me. Didnt know Roto-rooter has such a long history with their famous intervention many years ago. My husband was so excited and showed me their early advertisement songs on TV. The guys were very friendly and professional. They sure know their stuff especially for our old house and old style bathtub faucet. Theys solved the dripping problem in no time. Its a bit pricy but the water, electricity, and effort saved will pay it back itself.

Excellent Service. Prior to the gentleman commencing the services, he listened to what the situation with our backflow and stoppage. Once he gathered the information, he went to work and completed the task. The after review was also enlightened. He statement the nature of the problem and informed that it could possibly occur again due to a tree root invading the space where the toiletry pipes are located. To help quell the situation to a certain degree, the gentleman suggested I use root killer. Overall, great service!

My Tech Brad was awesome. I had a line bust on my water heater and he gave me two estimates. 1 to just repair the busted line and 1 for a full water heater replacement since mine was 15 years old. I opted for the replacement, Brad repaired the damaged line so that my family would have hot water for the next few days until I would be home for him do the replacement. I watched the entire time he was working and Ill tell you this, I dont feel I was over charged at all. Even if I knew how to replace a water heater, theres no way I would ever want to after seeing how big of a pain in the @$$ it was. Thank you Brad for your hard work, I will definitely be using Temple Roto Rooter in the future.
