    Professional, quick and thorough! Needed a quick response for a rental property with backup in every sink, shower, toilet and even the washing machine. Called BSR after hours and was able to reach a live person to schedule them to come out at their first availability. Tommy and Zach arrived and quickly identified several issues. They explained & showed the problems to the resident who was on-site, then sent me pictures and called to discuss. Tommy was very patient repeating things to someone with little plumbing knowledge. If I ever need more plumbing help, they will be my first call.

    I wish I knew the names of the two guys that came through and unclogged our pipes that had a large piece of tree root causing the issue. They were quick but thorough. You can tell they know what they are doing and they ran their camera down the pipes afterwards just to ensure there wasnt anything else they missed. The lady who took my call handled my situation with empathy and I appreciate it very much. I highly recommend this company.

    My shower head would not stop drizzling water. Zack and his partner promptly came, analyzed the problem and determined new handles were necessary. They took care of the situation right away at a fair price. In addition to the guys doing a great job, fast and efficiently, they were most pleasant.     Great experience with Don at BSR Plumbing today. He was great in assessing the situation and offering me 2 solutions on how I would prefer he go about fixing the leak through either an interior/exterior wall.     Weve used BSR Plumbing in the past and have been impressed by their professionalism each time. This last time, Brian helped with my leaky shower head. He replaced the on/off handles & all of their guts. He even fixed the leak at the joint where the showerhead was attached. Will definitely contact them again if we have a plumbing issue.

    We had a inslab hot water line break. I called our plummer, and he said it was out of his scope of work. Highly recommend Blounts. I looked at reviews on line, it was obvious why my plummer recommended them. I called first thing Monday morning, Brenda in the office assured me they would make it out today, advising they had a full schedule, but they will absolutely fit me in. Being true to their word Edward Ray Blount arrived at 8:15 that evening. He immediately went to work pin pointing the origin of the leak, and accessing options to fix it. Jeff Blount called me the next morning to discuss the options, and cost. I at first was certain I wanted to repair the leak in ground. So we planned on that in our initial conversation.He then emailed me the bid, for the in ground repair we agreed to, and I was good to go.After discussing our plan with our son, he suggested rerouting the hot and cold water through the attic. Felt that was the best option to avoid any future problems with foundation settling.I called Jeff back the next day to let him know the change in plans. He was so gracious, and happily produced the bid for the rerouting. Tommy and Chris T. from Blounts showed up to do the work. I had just finished up a kitchen remodel with included new cabinets. Tommy knowing he was going to need to have access behind the cabinets picked the BEST spot to do that. Because of Tommys attention to detail the cut in the back of the cabinet was so clean, our cabinet contractor was able to follow after them and make the repair with the piece Tommy took out. Which only cost me $25.Tommy and Chris T. are exceptional at what they do, have good home raising, and are a fine representation of BSR Plumming. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. My insurance requested/required specific line item details for them to pay the claim. Chasity Blount in the front office is a true gem she sent it out to me when I requested it. I write reviews because I heavily depend on them. So for me its playing it forward. If you find yourself in a simular situation your search for resolution is over. Everyone at BSR Plumming are there to provide a superior customer service experience. Call them you will not be sorry!

    Blount’s was the only local company able to fit us in their schedule the same day we called in for help. We had a leak in our laundry room forcing us to cut our water off until the leak was repaired. Their schedule ran later than expected and they went above and beyond to get to our house that evening even though it was time for them to be off work. They fixed our situation until they following morning and came to do the repair first thing.Will and Tristan were at our house for a few hours and they were both so pleasant. Very polite and kind, tons of knowledge in their field of work. Explained everything to my husband and myself thoroughly before doing anything. They double checked everything before leaving to make certain it all worked properly and then cleaned the floor up and put our washer and dryer back in place before leaving. I was not expecting all of this, but was so appreciative of them! They seriously left our place better than when they arrived.If you’re ever in need of a plumber and not sure who to call, I promise they’re the ones. Very great company, workers and pricing.

    Had a handle break off in a shower and water wouldnt turn off. Don and Joe came out and did an excellent job, even special ordered parts because my showers hardware was so old.     Very thankful for time and service we had. Mike and Joe came out to the property and was very knowledgeable. They were also able to diagnose the issue without suggesting unnecessary repairs.     Our first encounter with BSR was with Brenda over the phone. She answered my questions and explained what possibly could be wrong and how the company works. Within 1.5hrs Don and Joe are at my home ready to solve the septic problem (s). They listened to my concerns, gave me a run down of what should be done to find the solution. Once the solution was found they gave me a break down of all the pricing which I signed off on. I had SEVERAL plumbing companies come to my home-they all told me that they couldnt do the repairs they didnt have anyone skilled enough to do it & I even had one company quote me $10,000!     Bottom Line Up Front: On 6 June 2021, our septic system was backed up causing all three restrooms on the first floor of our house to become non-operational. In addition, making the situation even worse the back up started to flow out of the bathtub and shower drains.We called Blount’s Speedy Rooter at 0800 Sunday morning and they were able to schedule us for an appointment at 1100 am that Sunday afternoon. The plumber arrived, whose name was Eric, resolved the septic issue in approximately 45 minutes. He was very professional and able to clearly articulate the problem on how he was able to solve the situation.Lastly, I highly recommend Blount’s Speedy Rooter. The professionalism is great and the price was reasonable for emergency services on a Sunday morning. Eric also provided other recommendations on how to upkeep my septic tank to prevent future issues.     Our septic system was clogged making the master bathroom unuseable. We are so thankful we found Blounts. Outstanding work by Eric and Brandon.     Blounts is always there when we need them. We had a main line break under the asphalt in our community and Ryan and Troy came out (on memorial day no less) and worked non stop until they found and repaired the leak. They came fully prepared for the job, communicated every step of the way when prices/necessary work changed, and they were very friendly the entire time and they never once complained or acted like they were in a rush to get out of there. They stayed until 10 PM to ensure our residents were not without water for longer than a couple of hours. The next day, Romo was out to start work on repairing the asphalt that had to be dug up. We just really cannot say enough positive things about our experience with everyone involved in that repair. We highly recommend Blounts to anyone needing a reliable, knowledgeable plumber.

    Our appointment today was for a preinspection for contractual septic service. This experience started with phone conversations with Laura, the companys office representative, the nicest, most patient person you could ever encounter. ThenMike, the representative who performed ithe inspection,, was such a refreshing pleasure to work with. He was so thorough and efficient, and knoeledgeable!! He was able to answer all my questions without hesitation, and saved me a boatload of time and money by explaining why an idea I had was not practical. No one could ask for better, more honest assistance. And he and his assistant, Josh (who was also very professional, polite and helpful) identified and remedied two problems we had for years that our previous service provider could or would not identify and fix. Im confident that Ive entered into a contract arrangement with a reputable and responsive company that values its customers, one that I can rely on, and thats a HUGE plus!

    I called for a septic pumping and they were able to get to me the very next day. I was quoted a reasonable price over the phone, of $350. I was happy with the speed of service, the knowledge, and professionalism. This morning a team called in, looked at my issue and told me I needed a pumping and informed me where my septic tank was located. They charged me $189. (I felt this was unnecessary, I had requested a pumping.) Office scheduled me for tomorrow, but the technician was able to come today. That was convenient. He finishes in about 2 hours. The tech was very friendly, and lets me know my total is $525, quite a bit more than i was quoted. He explained it was for a heavy waste charge. I was unhappy with being quoted $350, and still paying out $714, which is double the estimated cost. I wasnt informed about the extra cost until the job was finished. A more upfront communication would have been appreciated and I wouldnt feel like I was price gauged. *** update*** the technician returned the next day and apologized for any misunderstandings and offered a discount. The weather for both days was terrible, (27*, bitter winds, and icy) so he definitely earned his service charge! I was really grateful for the quick service, professionalism, and knowledge, and I really appreciate the callback to reach out and make it right.

    Tommy and Chris T. were awesome. Professional, punctual, sweet to my needy and very in the way animals, have great chat, and got the job done. They were the only plumbing company in town that were willing to work on the tight schedule that the fire marshal required for a gas pressure test. I greatly appreciated Tommy and Chris for coming in to work a little early to be sure that they were able to be here exactly when the fire marshal was. I definitely will be hiring this company again in the future since they hire great people like these guys.

    Billy Azbell was who was sent out to handle my issue, and he was great. It was an emergency call and despite how busy everyone is he came out within an hour. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to. We probably spoke for 15-20 minutes after the call and he educated me on some really useful stuff to know about taking care of similar leaks. I would also like to point out that I had called others and they sounded almost like I was bothering them, and I got just the opposite from Billy even though it was pretty late. I have no doubt he was working after hours just to make sure we got taken care of. He was honest, seemed like he wanted to be there, and didnt rake us over the coals. I will ask for him by name next time I need a plumber. Thank you Billy!

Today we had to repair the main water line and valve coming into our house. The job was messy and muddy, but they handled it well and got the job done.     I highly recommend this company! It started out as a simple septic inspection... unfortunately the septic was under an 11 inch concrete patio with 20 inch piers... that where the septic lid was located. Billy made a clean excavation and repaired the patio with flush metal covers. He cleaned up the area to near perfection. All parties were happy and the deal closed. Everyone at the office and the field were incredible professional. Excellent service!

    First off lets just say they didnt tell me the price of the estimate over the phone. Some could say my fault for assuming they offered free estimates, but in 2017, who can blame me for expecting a free estimate? Especially when all the competitors offer to come out and look at no charge. Besides the point, the man comes out to take a look. My leak was in an odd spot and my outdoor awning was in the way. They quoted me 1250$ to fix 5 ft of pipe and an extra 6-800$ To cut the awning to get to it. Besides the outrageous price they insisted they needed to cut much more awning than needed. After they took my money, there was no schedule to come and actually fix the leak, just a well call you. Im so glad I called someone else who fixed the issue for a quarter of the price and taking down a fraction of the awning. Take my advice, and call someone elseEDITED: About two weeks later the (what I can only assume) owner/owners wife gave me a call. She said she noticed my review on google and wanted to reprehend the situation. They offered me a check for my money back. I was surprised that they took this as seriously as they did. She said she would put it in the mail, but later the same day a technician brought the check to my door. Im grateful that the company fixed an unhappy customer situation. Thank you for taking my cry on Google seriously and fixing our misunderstanding. Dont judge a company off one bad day.

They let me know their call out fee would be $69 in advance. The day of service the plumber called 30 min in advance to let me know they were on there way. My appt window was 12-5 they showed up right on time. My 2 plummers were Mike & Rob both were very knowlegeable and open to any questions concerns I had and explaining when needed.     After being ghosted by my home warranty company and another plumbing company (who quoted me $15,000), BSR came to my rescue! I had been without plumbing and in fear of sewage backing up for over ten days! After contacting BSR, they were out the next day and had the issue resolved by lunch for less than $500. They saved my sanity and my pocket book! I cannot recommend this company enough!

I wont hesitate to call this family owned business with any needs in the future.My elderly mother had just returned home from a near death. Her bedroom toilet was not flushing properly. I called Blounts (because if all the great reviews): and a plumber came out. Took toilet up for 250 bucks. Snaked it removing some debris. Replaced toilet. Still same improper flush. He told me it was the vent pipe on the roof but he couldnt get to it alone. Asked me if I knew anyone who could climb the roof and flush the vent out, or he could come back at a later date and run a camera for 250 more. A week later I was mowing the yard and noticed the clean out was backed up. Took a snake to it and voila, my toilet flushed like brand new. Im wondering why the plumber never even stepped foot in the yard to inspect the clean out.
