Absolutely AWESOME service. The front office was professional, courtesious, and prompt. Next day service and the Tech was knowable and personable-easy to talk too. Repaired leak in a jiffy. Next day city approved it and next day ATMOS restored gas service with a smile. They sent a great crew out to help get everything back to normal. Great work by all. Oh lastly, Prince dealt with permit; so i didnt have to. LOOK, if you need any plumbing work-Call Prince!!!

The problem I had was when the bathtub faucets were turned on water would run into the bedroom on the other side of the wall. Your man found a leak and a blockage in the drain pipe. He quickly fixed it and I have had no problems since. Good job!

I needed a toilet repair in my guest bathroom. I have a guest do it was fairly urgent. Prince Plumbing was great about getting someone here today! Joe was polite, thoughtful and very helpful. He explained the problem before he made repairs. He was thorough and careful with his work, friendly and kind in his communication. I have used this company for several years and they have been amazing. Today a client of mine had an issue and asked me if I knew a plumber and naturally I gave her Prince Plumbing information to contact. She just texted me about how fast y’all came out and the wonderful job y’all did. She is from out of state and y’all made her day a lot easier with what y’all did. Thank you so much for y’all’s kindness, compassion and work ethic. It’s hard to find businesses that treat their customers like family. Will continue to use this company and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

We have used this company for a few years. Unfortunately, we have needed plumbing services several times. I have never had to wait long to be scheduled. They are prompt. Theyre courteous. The plumbers/technicians are experienced. They clean up after themselves. Honestly, I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I consider this my plumbing company. We are so impressed with this business and would highly recommend to anyone with a plumbing concern. We recently purchased a home and unexpectedly needed to have a plumber come out. I called them after seeing the google reviews and they did not disappoint. Angie answered and was able to have someone come out the same day. Josh was fantastic and able to figure out the issue with out sewer line. Very pleased with the customer service and quality of this business!
