Mr. Jimmy it was an emergency call, water coming down out of your ceiling, we worked a total of 7 hours on restoring your water over two days, and locating the right parts, your water lines were made up of home depot special . After restoring your water you felt my hard work had no merit and you also felt job was only worth $200.00 not sure what world you live in, you sat on the couch ordering more work to tear your ceilings down, I refused and kept the ceiling damage to a minimal, and work till 9pm. I cant give you an estimate when we are making exploratory holes to find your leak. Thank you for acknowledge me skills, sorry we are not in your budget of working for pennys on the dollar .

He has been honest and trustworthy with every job hes done. I wouldnt trust any other plumber to work on my home. I know I can call Richard and he will give me the best deal around. Richard is prompt in his replies and honest about the time and price when giving you a quote for the job.My family and I have been calling upon Richard at Shilo Plumbing for over 15 years. Very professional and efficient. Our bathtub was having issues draining. My mother called Richard and he said he would be able to come out the next day. Once he arrived he saw what the issue was the pipe was old. He said he would be able to come again the next day. He called when he was on his way the following day when he got what he needed. Him and his crew came out and fixed the problem. Very friendly and polite. He is our new plumber! I recommend him to anyone who has plumbing issues. Thank you again!!

Richard was referred to me from a good friend who is also a plumber. We had our entire plumbing backing up in both bathrooms and totally unusable. He came at 9:30 pm after working all day on a major project to diagnose and fix my”emergency” which I’m sure pales in the big scheme of things, but he did a great job and was very reasonable.Thank you again. Richard came out quickly on a Saturday and got the toilet leak job done quickly and explained everything. He also has some good design insights like how size of tiles affects the perceived size of rooms! Definitely happy to work with his team again.

First let me start with I will only do business with a plumber that is licensed and bonded.This is a quality and piece of mind guarantee. Shilo Plumbing is licensed and bonded . I added a 1/2 bath and did a complete bathroom remodel on the existing bathroom, including a jacuzzi tub installed. The quality of work was beyond my very high expectations. As a result of my complete satisfaction, I have continued to use Shilo Plumbing for any plumbing issues and refer them to all my friends. Robert made a night call to clean a clogged main. He worked quickly and got the drain cleared. He did what was required, made some preventive maintenance suggestions and didn’t oversell any extra work. Pretty reasonable price too considering it was a night time service. Thanks Shiloh!
