Would highly recommend this company! I was fixing a plumbing problem and at Home Depot picking out parts needed for the project. I asked two workers of this company for assistance and they were more than willing. They were so helpful and walked me around the entire store to show me what products they recommended and what to do to fix the issue. We have had Ramy out many times to take care of plumbing issues or renovations. He’s always professional, has a great demeanor and has taken care of everything the first time. He’s fixed running toilets, put in a new toilet when we redid a bathroom, installed a disposal for me and installed a faucet. Never had an issue with anything that he has done, it has always worked properly. I will continue to use and wholeheartedly trust Ramco.

He came quickly, and I know he was very busy during that week. However, he fit us into his schedule and did an amazing job with fixing our pipes and getting us taken care of! Very polite and very professional.Then the next time I had a plumbing issue, I called him! Ramy and his son, Chris, came out the same day and AGAIN took care of us! Professional and prompt. Called, got voicemail, but didnt leave a voicemail and yet, still called back in less than 5 minutes. Out to the house in less than 2 hours later. Did all the testing and determined it was an electrical problem versus a plumbing issue., but after fixing the problem, he still stayed for about an hour to make sure my mother was taken care of. Really appreciate his kindness in that gesture.

First off, Thank you Mr. Ramy I had a water leak under my foundation. Whenever I told him that I just had a leak, he was straight forward with me and told me he was booked up, but when I told him I had no water at all he was willing to find some one that would do it for me, but I told him I would like for him to do it, he said no problem, ( I like to give a man the benefit of the doubt) he made time to stop at my house the same day, found the leak and got my work on so we didnt have to go to a hotel, then came back two days later, him and his son fixed everything. My wife and kids were very comfortable with him in the house with out me being there, that was a big A+. I got alot more work for him in the future.Once again Thank you Sir!!

They installed a dishwasher for me that I had ordered from Lowes. Kevan did a great job on the install. He also helped me work out a scheduling snafu that occurred when Lowes unexpectedly canceled my order the day before delivery. The local Lowes manager had accidentally canceled the order. Thankfully, the Lowes GM was able to resell me the washing machine and Kevan worked with the scheduling company CRST to make sure that he could install it the next day.Prospective customers should note that a number of the negative reviews for Ramco seem to relate to scheduling or other service issues with Lowes installations. According to Lowes, however, Ramco is not responsible for these parts of the job. They are subcontracted to a company called CRST which schedules installations for Lowes through contractors like Ramco. Ramco just gets a list of installs from CRST, picks the appliances up at Lowes and then installs them.That said, CRST was a nightmare to work with. It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone when scheduling an installation -- even the Lowes associate who was trying to help me got frustrated with their system.

Raymond was very punctual arriving at exactly 8:00 am this morning. Prior to arriving Raymond called 30 minutes early to confirm the 8:00 am appointment. He was very professional and replaced out garbage disposal in less than 15 minutes. Service and professionalism was a 10 out of 10!!!!!
