Cody arrived in the timeframe he promised. He is very friendly and professional, even wiping his feet at the door as he entered my home. He listened to me well and allowed me to explain all the issues I was having. He accurately diagnose the problem and told me upfront how much it would cost for the job. he fixed my drain replace to sprayer increased my water pressure and did a repair that would help alleviate future problems. He thoroughly cleaned the area when he was finished and I’m satisfied this work will last for years to come.

Cody is the ultimate professional! I am glad I read the nextdoor post that someone made to talk about his great service. He definitely lived up to the great reviews. I had a bursted pipe underneath my driveway and I was not looking forward to shopping around for quotes and being taken to the cleaners. Once I spoke with Cody, I didn’t feel or see the need to keep looking around. He is a great professional, great customer service, fair price and great work. Cody and his team @ Plumb-Hard did an excellent job with plumbing repairs under very difficult circumstances in our crawl space. He replaced a gas water heater in a very tight space that required extensive and custom duct work repair due to rust and corrosion. He was very professional and communicated very effectively, even taking time to show us pictures of items that required immediate attention and explaining areas that were beginning to fail. In total, he ended up replacing the water heater, PRV valve, corroded or broken vent pipes at the water heater and the furnace, new expansion tank, and bringing everything up to code in the process. I’m a details guy and must say his knowledge and craftsmanship was second to none, it’s clear he takes pride in his work and the end results showed it! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
