Jon and his team did an excellent job in every way. Other electric companies took 10 to 35 DAYS to get us a quote. Jon gave us a quote within HOURS, kind of like one would hope. Within a week, he managed to get us on his schedule to have the work complete. His crew arrived not only on time, but started a little early. Again, just great customer care. His crew changed out some outdoor sconces for us and added two new sconce sets into a guest bedroom. They also changed out all almond colored electric plates to white and added an additional electric outlet for a TV behind the wall mount. His crew cleaned up all debris and took great care of the furnishings. This did not go unnoticed. Price was reasonable and what I expected for the job based on previous experience with other hired electricians. If you are looking to get several quotes for a job, make sure Rocafort is on your list! They’ll be the one to book! Looking forward to using them again!

Jon and his right hand man Jeff are some GREAT electricians and willing to go beyond the call of duty to get you exactly what you want. Needed 4 TVs mounted and some under-the-cabinet lights installed. Jon came to do a survey outside of his normal scheduled hours which is rare in most situations. He gave me a date that he could make it happen and to say the least...Him and Jeff made it happen. They arrived on time, very professional, and even took the time to ask questions of how I wanted this and that before making the next move to make sure everything was perfect. His prices are great for a pro, licensed electrician, and being licensed can definitely reflect the level of dedication and work ethic youll be getting! The little things and attention to detail looked great too...all the way to to cutting a precisely measured hole in my wall for a new socket to getting the drywall dust up off the floor. Jon was great and they finished and were out of there before sunset. Jon is an expert in his field, very professional, polite and a perfectionist. Im very lucky to have found him for this project and will be using him in the future for all projects. I would say the best in the city! Id recommend him and his crew for any job that you need done with high quality and dedication.

I have been the customer of many electricians throughout my life, Rocafort Electrical Services is by far the best electrical company I have ever come across. They are always very personable and the owner (Jon) has even gone to places like Home Depot to send pictures of a product that I may be interested in buying. He is also cost effective and was able to resolve a major electrical problem at our home. His workers are also very nice and professional. I recommend this company over all others, A+++.

Found Rocafort via Google search/reviews and Jon was very easy to get in contact with. They provided an estimate to run a new circuit for our dishwasher and ended up coming in below the estimate, even though they had to come out twice and go through my upper cabinet to run the wire. They worked fast and were very polite. I would absolutely use them again.

Rocafort Electric is a professional and honest company who was very helpful with their expert advice when we wanted to update our homes outdated light fixtures. They were willing to make suggestions based on their professional opinion that made our new recessed kitchen lighting and pendant lighting look amazing. They were able to put new outlets throughout our new home and were able to move our attic light switch from the garage to the attic where it should have been placed. A thoughtful suggestion that we would have just lived with if it wasnt for the company having our best interest in mind. We will definitely use them for all of our electrical needs. Jon and his team did the electrical portion of the installation of my whole house generator. As the project began so did the stay at home orders due to the pandemic. Jon did whatever he needed to be sure my project stayed on track. He was easy to work with, showed up when he said he would, did quality work and it was all done timely. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Here is the short version- fast, skilled, trustworthy, easy to work with, tidy, inexpensive, perfect workmanship.I had Jon come do the installation of multiple LED fixtures in my home. He showed up on time, brought a crew of great guys, and jumped on the work- they hit it hard and fast. WI needed to change a couple of additional things - no problem, not a bunch of upcharges for change orders, just charged for extra time and materials the changes required. I used to do my own electrical work but never again. They are too good and inexpensive enough that it is actually cheaper to have Jon come over and do it. When he tells you what a job will cost, that is what it is going to cost. Jon is the owner and very involved in making sure the job gets done right.My wife ( who is more critical of home repair guys) was thrilled with the new lighting and the new look it gave the house, and wants Rocafort back for a number of additional projects. I want them to install a new panel and generator transfer switch so i can have quick available emergency power.Rocafort is my new go-to company.

We love these guys! They are all so professional and polite. They have always gone above and beyond to do GREAT work and to do it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Jon the owner has come out several times to assess our situation himself to make sure the guys know exactly what is to be done. We bought an old home and the electrical was all messed up. They made it safe for our family. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but them. They are GREAT!

Rocafort Electrical Services exceeded my expectations!Starting with the quote which was such a plesant experience with Ron, he was very through and gave us a great and detailed estimate (and changed it for us when we wanted), Clint and Lucas were incredibly professional and skilled, handling a variety of tasks for us, including running low voltage Ethernet through the attic, adding and repairing soffit lights, and installing ceiling gimbal lights on a sloped 20 foot celing. Their attention to detail and commitment to finding the best solutions were evident in everything they did.The new lights blended in—they look like they’ve always been part of the home.If you’re looking for reliable, talented electricians who go above and beyond, I can’t recommend Rocafort Electrical Services enough.

When a limb fell and damaged my weatherhead in the lead up to Hurricane Michael, I called and left a message that I was going to need Rocaforts services after the storm. I got a call back during tropical force winds and secured Rocaforts services by Friday. Awesome customer service. They knew a city inspector who passed by and he was there as they were cleaning up. Now, I sat in the dark almost another week waiting on the city, but Rocafort had me ready to go by that Friday afternoon just in case the city showed up. Ive found my electrician.

We some electrical issues and called John Rocafort. He initially was scheduled for two days later but when my issues got worse, Clint and Mike came at 8:15 the next morning. They quickly identified the issue which required involvement of the city. The issue was significant enough that the city disconnected our power until it could be fixed. John considered this an emergency and shifted his companys work to make sure our issue was resolved. Clint and Mike came back that afternoon and fixed the issue in the rain. I was so very pleased with how quickly they responded and resolved the problem.

I do have knowledge about electrical circuits. For a small jobs, such as installing light box, celling fans, and GFCI outlets, I usually do myself. However, for an outlet for electrical car which draw large current for an extended period time, I hire professional to do it. I found that Jon is very knowledgeable, and meticulous about safety of my house. The main circuit breaker of original 125 amp in my electrical panel was replaced with 200 amp a few years ago by another licensed electrician. He explained to me that this was not supposed to be done that way. Hed like to make sure the supply wire gauge was enough, so he took out the panel to check and went beyond and did a safety measure on that panel. In addition, he also helped me to check if an electrical outlet was installed okay in terms of safety. These were all done before I gave him the job for the intended electrical work.

Rocaforts service was IMPECCABLE! I would give them ten stars if I could. Not only did they call and come when they said they would but actually changed their schedule to accommodate my need to finish before I held a bridal shower. The work was excellent, they cleaned up after themselves (that NEVER happens these days!), were reasonable and even explained what they were doing and why. And for me that is exceptional and helps me to feel included in the process. Safety was their first priority but they were courteous and friendly, too. My little brother who lives with me has Downs and Alzheimers and they were kind and friendly to him, too. If I am going to give my money to folks I prefer to give it to good folks, and these folks are!!!

My husband and I hired Rocafort Electrical Services to do a complete re-wire on our home that was built in 1938. We also upgraded to a 200 amp service and moved the city connection to the house during this process. Jon and team were very professional during the whole process. We were forced to work with the city for months before the actual work started due to the pole being moved and Jon was there every step of the way backing us up and staying on top of the city to make sure things kept moving. We are so very thankful to have found them and are extremely pleased with the work that was done. They went above and beyond to minimize the wall damage and were great to work with all around. My husband and I have fallen in love with Rocaforf electrical. We had an emergency at our rental property, tenant just moved in, a week later they were having major problem. I called all over trying to find a company. Even though Rocaforf is backed up, were so thankful he made time to put us on his schedule. He came out personally to check it out, put us on the schedule for the following week. One and a half day later, all the lights were out. I called Mr. Rocaforf again, I was worried I was getting on their last nerve, Mr. Racafort assured me we wasnt, and would work our major job into their schedule the very next day, he also sent his guys out that same day to see if it something he could do to get us by. Unfortunately they could not. The very next day every thing was replaced, the problem over, what a relief. He and his workers are very professional, honest, and knowledgeable about his work. Mr. Racafort will be our electrician from this day forward, no matter what the job is, small or big. Its hard to find someone to keep their word these days, Rocaforf is a company of their word. I had Rocafort Elec mount my tv on the wall, run elec and cable. I also had them install a ceiling fan. Jons employees did a great job. They are very courteous, know what they are doing, and clean up when they are finished. Jon is accomadating and works with your scheduling needs, along with making suggestions for your home. Their services are very reasonable. I would have them do electrical work for me again.
