Power On Generators did a great job installing our Generac 22KW generator system. Very clean install. All the systems were installed and inspected by county inspectors.Last week we had a storm and a 5 hour power outage. The generator came on and worked flawlessly for the 5 hours.The final cost of the generator install was exactly as stated on the estimate.I highly recommend Power On Generators for any generator work or installation.

Power On generators has provided excellent service in generator install, service, maintenance, trouble shooting, warranty and repair. Their service is personable and caring. They expedited their work to have our generator repaired just prior to a predicted bad storm (which resulted a power outage of 3 days). So thankful to have a working generator through it all!! Our Generac had been running great for four days after Tallahassees tornadoes, when our AC quit running. One phone call to Power On had two techs at our house in 30 minutes. Power Ons prompt, professional response and excellent communication with our AC repairman had the AC up and running quickly. And while the Power On techs were at our house, they topped off the oil in the three culdesac Generacs so the units kept running smoothly until the City utilities were restored.

We live in Havana on the end of the power line several miles from the power station that feeds us. The results is many and longer than normal power outages. :(Power On was great from start to finish on the installation and training about our new whole house generator. It will run the whole house, HVAC and well. :) It is comforting to know we have a warranty and Power On will be providing the preventive maintenance.

I cant brag on John and his team enough. I am currently typing this review while running on back up generator on the Wednesday morning of hurricane Idalia in Tallahassee. I bought my generac 20kw generator from Power On nine years ago when I built my house. It will run my entire home on city natural gas including AC. I also signed up for the annual service contract with Power On. They come out once a year to keep the unit running smoothly.I have never had a problem with the unit until the night before the largest hurricane to hit Tallahassee in history. Talk about Murphys law. I heard the unit run its normal 10 minute check cycle last weekend, so I assumed it was good to go. I stepped out last night to take down some bird feeders and noticed for the first time I had a red light on the unit. It has been a green light for nine years. I panicked. I tried to start the unit, but it gave me an error code. My heart sank. Although it was after hours, I called John and left a message on the emergency line. He called me back in three minutes, and confirmed that the likely answer was the battery had gone bad LITERALLY in the last five days before the storm. John said I would be first on the list for a service call when the hurricane cleared the next day.I assumed I would not see one of Johns team until 5 or 6 p.m. while the storm was going on Wednesday. That meant we could be at risk of losing all the food in our freezers and fridge. We got lucky and did not lose power until around 9 a.m. Wednesday. I told my wife Well, thats it. Well just have to hope the food holds until tonight. I kid you not, in exactly 5 minutes we looked out to window to see one of Johns crew in our driveway in a Power On van, in the middle of the hurricane. He had a new battery installed in 10 minutes, and the unit is purring like a kitten. I cannot believe the incredible service.You can pick several different companies to buy your Generac. But, I can personally verify if you need a company to come through when it counts, you want to purchase from Power On in Tallahassee. John and his team are there when you need them. I can recommend them with 5 full stars.

In the midst of a terrible storm, our power went out around 10:00 PM, and our generator kicked in. 20 minutes later the generator stopped working and we were left in total darkness. We called Power On and within 15 minutes Josh was at our house. He found a wire had gotten loose and quickly fixed the problem. We are so grateful to Power On for the great service. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Hopefully this is one of many emails youve received thanking you for preparing us for this past weekends devastation. There was no warning. We lost power at 7:30 AM Friday morning and the power just came on at 7:36 PM this evening 5/12/24. During this outage, our Generac generator enabled us to host dinners and a few breakfasts for our neighbors. They were able to charge their phones and other devices during this time.
