We wanted a nice but simple outside deck. We has so many contractors who came to the house to give us an estimate but ultimately flaked out or their price was outrageously expensive (!). I found Evergreen Home Exteriors through Angies List and they were the most professional, organized and genuinely the nicest bunch of people, especially Buddy who came to our house first to review what we want done and to give us a price. I found the price reasonable and they kept us informed about every step of the way of the way. The deck turned out absolutely great and I will contact them next summer for some additional projects.

Evergreen replaced my 40 year old cedar deck with composite and it turned out great. Danny and Bryce were a super crew - experienced, attention to detail while also having fun building a beautiful deck. Danny matched the hog wire railing on the stairs to line up perfectly with the deck railings - spot on. Minor issues with materials that were resolved by Asst Project Mgr Carolyn. She was very helpful, kept me informed of all updates, professional & friendly in all our communication. Job well done.

Evergreen Home Exteriors replaced my roof and I am very happy with the overall outcome.Projects usually have a rocky start, but Kevin W. made that process easy and even enjoyable. I had spent months getting multiple quotes and estimates, getting referrals, checking company reviews, and balancing finances and calendars. They all fell into place when Kevin made it happen. He is very professional yet pleasant and personable. And rare in this field, he is very very honest, patient and accommodating.Kevin answered all my questions, and went the extra mile in writing up different options and quotes to get something that balanced my WANTS, my actual NEEDS, and my BUDGET! His write-up’s, drawings, photos and videos were excellent and explicit. Not out to make a quick sale or fudge paperwork that would over promise yet under deliver. Everything was spelled out so well that I didn’t think anything could go wrong.Of course, nothing ever goes perfect when you have different players and humans in the mix (communication gaps, illness, language barriers, tech problems) but the company responded timely and appropriately… still completing the scope and quality of the work in the timeframe provided. Completed a big roofing project in 2-1/2 days. So their timely response and the way they handled it still rates 5 stars.Kevin and the rest of Team Evergreen are great . I made it a point to visit their office to meet the project team and even chanced to meet the owner. They are very knowledgeable and up-to-date on the most current/best materials, products, standards, and even software. They use Builder Trend software app to organize, communicate, and share files and photos in daily logs to manage the project from start to finish. It’s a company whose work ethics and customer service make you want to keep using them again and again. And I will! In fact, I am already lined up for new siding!!!! 😀If you have a home project but unsure where to start or which company to choose, start with Evergreen Home Exteriors… and ask for Kevin!

From top to bottom, this is a wonderful group of people to work with. The quality of work is superb and they really go the extra mile to make it just the way you want it. This is my first remodel and our rep was extremely helpful every step of the way. We would have been completely lost without her. The main bathroom was just the starting point. We are remodeling our 100 year old farm house inside and out over the next 2-3 years and really look forward to working with Brent, Sarah and Carl as we knock each project out.

Thanks to the Evergreen group for their work in installing a new composite deck system. Jason Corbin did terrific job performing the task requested. His courteous, efficient manner communicated at all times a very professional approach and tenacity in working at times under very harsh weather conditions.I do recommend that in the future, that all customers understand completely the time requirements that may cause a project to not be completed quickly, i.e. manufacture material delays, county engineering permitting, covid, and most of all knowing what you really need to have done.Kudos to Jenna in the front office for hand holding during paperwork /website issues and Ken for progress updates and changes.

Had them install a deck. Ben was great to work with. Project manager was a little slow to communicate once permit was approved but project started within a few weeks of that. Final product was very good - better than anticipated and work crew was very accommodating of our tiny worksite with multiple trades in at the same time.

*updated*The company reached out to me and fixed all of our concerns promptly! Updating review from 1 to 4 stars.We started the process of getting a deck extension installed in September of 23... It is now May and they still havent completed the deck. I have multiple banisters that are falling off, many just tacked in place. The spacing of the banisters looks like a child installed them, no tape measure used. It is very dangerous for my kids. They arent returning my calls either. Do not recommend this company!

The team at Evergreen were a pleasure to work with from David coming out and doing the initial estimate, to Alonna, Brandon, Drew, and Josiah taking care of all the permits, paperwork and finances. last but not least Enrique, the installer was a absolute beast on the job site he did an amazing job on our front porch and deck addition to our home. I was also very impressed with use of Builder Trend which is their project management app that I had downloaded to my phone. I was never out of the loop and always had any questions or concerns addressed in a timely and professional manner. If you are looking for a high quality contractor, look no further.

I had the siding replaced on my entire home recently going from a cedar siding from the 50s to a cement shingle. The service itself was great and quick. The job for my over 2000 sq ft home was done in a week. The cleanup was a bit slow but to no fault of evergreen as it was the honey bucket company that took a while to pick it up from my drive way. When gathering quotes they were transparent with pricing and every step, playing out the various scenarios with me. If i need any exterior work done in the future they will be my first contact!

We are very happy with our composite deck re-cover (we chose to keep the base/beams to save money because they have lots of life left in them as opposed to the deck boards, stairs, and railings.) It is gorgeous, quiet to walk on for a change, and should not need maintenance for several years unlike the pressure-treated, stained, wooden deck boards, stairs, and railings. They we are skillfully able to rebuild one section of the base which was failing/settling. Benito “Benny” Diaz and his brother (apologies for not getting his name) did the actual carpentry. I have never seen such precision anywhere ever. They put in 10-12 hour days in 80-95 degree weather and got the project done in about 5 days. Thank you! Well worth the investment!

Communication is what separates the good from the great, and not only verbal -but also the online portal method of communicating kept me 100% up to date on our new deck.Jason and Tyler work very well together, work quietly and were always available to answer questions as they arose. I was impressed with the creativity shown when it came to building out my stairs, making them unique and able to re-use the footings from before. I LOVE this. We recently hired Evergreen to redo our deck, which was previously original Trex that had not weathered well. We got quotes from 5 companies and Evergreen was right within the others. We like that they were willing to work with us to stay as close to budget as possible. We went with Fiberon decking, which we are loving, and pressure treated wood railing with a drinks rail. We liked how upfront they were with all the costs and the final quote broke everything down by price. Not all companies did that. We got lucky and they were able to start in advance of the 8 week projected start time and they finished within 2 weeks! They used Buildertrend and were super communicative throughout the whole process. If we had any questions, our project manager Steven was on the phone with us within the hour. The project management team, Steven and Alonna, were so friendly! And the crews working on the deck were super respectful and cleaned up everything nicely once the project was completed. There was some confusion toward the end on when the deck would be finished and there was a delivery issue when their truck broke down but they were so communicative and solution oriented the entire time. No project is without some hiccups. Overall, we are super happy with our new deck and so excited to be able to enjoy it all summer! I would definitely recommend Evergreen for a new deck!

I am extremely satisfied for the brand new total re-sheet and new Timberline roof. Awesome job and I would highly recommend Evergreen to anybody interested in a new roof. One day install and BAM I have a new roof that I watched be put together, start to finish. They cleaned up everything when they finished like they were never there, except for the beautiful roof! I was impressed by the way your company handled the estimate process. I talked with at least a dozen contractors. Most of them didnt write anything down and none submitted a proper estimate. Your crew did a very nice job and helped me by pointing out a wood rot situation and properly fixing it. The finished result is exactly what I wanted and at a fair price as quoted. I would use this company again.

We had a new deck added to an existing one, and the whole project, though not too large, had to be vetted by the HOA and permitted by the county. As might be expected, the procedures were time consuming, leading to a sizeable delay in starting the project. Evergreen took the lead and shepherded everything through the permitting process and helped us avoid a great many headaches. When the project started, the crew, Drew and Brandon, were competent, communicative, and very friendly. As problems arose, as they must, they were very helpful in getting them resolved. We are very pleased with the finished product and with the experience of working with Evergreen, who communicated very regularly about the project and responded quickly when contacted. As smooth a process from start to finish as I could have hoped for. I wish that every project I have contracted for in the past had gone so well.

Lisa came out to give us an estimate on our kitchen we wanted remodeled. We have never had a more professional estimate. She covered the details of the job fully. What to expect, timelines and they even had a project manager for us. Lisa gave us stellar design ideas and educated us on a kitchen remodel project. Evergreens prices were right inline with the other quality contractors estimates we had. Our kitchen is beautiful. Our project manager walked us through with great communication every stepwr took. The very Best contractor we have ever worked with.

I have a beautiful deck! Thanks to Sean and Jessie’s excellent work. I am very happy with the smooth HAND SANDED edges! They clearly explained what and why they were doing through the entire project. The original contractor was unable to do the job, but Sean was able to make adjustments to the order/plans to best suit me. Whenever he communicated with me, he was respectful and made sure I had information to make appropriate decisions. Sean and Jessie also helped me locate my septic tank. They did great with clean-up to. My experience with the salesman was the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars.

We had Evergreen install hardie plank siding. There was a little issue in the beginning of the job with weather but Tyson the project manager assured me the job would be completed on schedule. The installation crew were quick and even worked the weekend to finish on time. The did a quality job! The finish painters were very meticulous and through. The job was completed on time and they even came back at my request to paint a few conduit pipes to match the paint. Very happy with end result. I would hire they again.

We had two small windows replaced with two large windows. Danny, who was the lead on the window replacement, along with Tylor were great and did a beautiful job. Steven, the painter, was fabulous, making sure our bedroom wall was perfectly painted. Our really big job was tearing down our old deck and completely replacing it. Richard, John, Matt, and Ty, were all great and everyone of them worked together to tear down the old deck and give it a new foundation. Then Benny came along to actually build the deck from the ground up. He was so amazing!. He is a talented carpenter who cares deeply about the finished project and our new deck is beautiful. Thank you Evergreen for sending to our home all of these talented workers!!

We contracted with Evergreen Home Exteriors for a deck replacement and could not be happier. Everyone was so professional and considerate., from Shaun the estimator to everyone we worked with. Jason and Tyler did an exemplary job with the deck and the quirky things they had to deal with. They cleaned up the site every day, were very conscientious and diligent in their work and very polite and friendly. There was a little delay in getting some supplies of which Evergreen had no control. We were kept informed on the status of the delay and the communication each day was appreciated and helpful.Alonna, in the office, was always very professional and helpful as well and our questions and concerns were always addressed promptly.We would have no problem recommending Evergreen Home Exteriors for any deck work one might want completed.

We had our entire wrap-around deck replaced. They did a thorough inspection prior to starting and during the teardown phase, finding additional rot, and repairing that. The workmanship is excellent. The team: Matthew Hawk as leader, with Connor and additional help from Dillon, were simply incredible. They made this whole process an delight. The finished product far exceeds our expectations. I received an email every single day with pictures and a report of the work done that day. I also received weekly, and sometimes more, calls from the management team to check on our assessment of the project. There is just no way I could be more delighted than with this group. Carolyn in the office called me several times, and in fact, she was so fabulous I went along with my husband to pick up some caps, just so I could meet Carolyn face to face! It was worth the drive! Had a new composite deck installed on existing frame. Jessie (the Lead) and Jordan were great and solved any issues gladly. I did feel however that Tyson (Project Manager) could have been more involved. (Been onsite at start to introduce the workers and at end of job come by and sign off on the job. I would say 5 stars to the workers and 3 to 4 stars for the company involvement.

Ive had 4 different contractors come to my house in tacoma 3/4 showed up 1-2 hours late and Evergreen Home Exteriors came right on time and provided ETA while on the way. The price was a little more than I expected but you cant put a price on good lasting craftsmanship ! Shaun is an excellent seller! They also take care of getting permits from the city so I get to sit back and relax ! 10/10 recommend.

But the most important criteria for me was the high level of communication from the team at Evergreen. From up to date info posted in the app, to the nearly daily phone contact with one team member or the other, I understood and knew what to expect every day - I wasnt left wondering so what is this contractor up to and why arent they being responsive? A refreshing change from the Billy-Bobs out there.

Had the crew of Daniel & Jordan build a couple composite decks at my house. Amazing attention to detail, communication, & passion for building. Fun guys to be around. Using BuilderTrend online application to call out updates, relay progress reports & pictures, etc. was really convenient. Workspace was always cleaned up well at the end of the day. Pricing seems competitive. The actual deck work was freaking amazing, so Im sad that I have to give this 4 stars simply because of pressure of the salesman (Sean I think?). Shows up, we talk through options, and wants to commit to color, style, materials, & railing (EVERYTHING) in barely 1 hour. Like holy hell man, I have to make a $40k decision in 45 minutes? Let me sit on it and think about colors for a day. It was really frustrating to see the options and then not be able to go research similar decks/house pics online to figure out what I like without a ton of pestering. I eventually bought a few hours of time, but that was barely acceptable. Like I said, deck build & experience was 10/10, sales experience was not.

We love our new deck and thought the crew did an exceptional job. However, risers for the stairs were not ordered in the initial project (we had requested these) the project was mostly completed in July and only one communication and an invoice for 900ish for the missing parts (which we accepted but no instructions on how to pay) We have tried to contact for timelines, how to pay, and general questions through email, phone, and builder trend with no response whatsoever. This is essentially my last ditch effort to have someone get in response with me to complete this project the way we had requested before seeing if another company can fix this.

We’ve been talking about replacing our roof for over 2 years now and then we ran across a Facebook ad which peaked our interest and we were very impressed with the work we’ve seen. We submitted a request on Facebook and almost instantly someone called to get us setup with an estimator ! Finding GOOD contractors is the worst but Shaun was very attentive and informative and spoke with so much confidence me and my wife finally decided to pull the trigger.

The manager assured me that it would do better. We would use Evergreen again when needed.

We had a great experience with Evergreen Home Exteriors! We bought our house about two years ago and knew we needed to replace the roof. It was torchdown because the roof is fairly flat and we wanted to replace with torch down for budget reasons and for the fact we are going to try and do an addition in 10-15 years. We met with several companies right away but didn’t feel comfortable with any of them and most tried to sell us for a different product. We attended the 2019 Seattle home show and stopped by Evergreens booth. We were looking for a long standing roofing company with experience in torch down. The folks at the both were really nice and not overly salesy and not high pressure. We scheduled our home estimate the next week. When the estimator arrived he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and overall felt like a straight shooter. He came very prepared and we were even able to get same day financing and a show discount. Our house was going to be appraised in a couple months to get a larger construction loan for other work so it was attractive to be able to get the roof done quickly! The crew was at our house within the week and were amazing! We were able to add another layer of torch down without replacing the whole roof and just replace the areas of damage leaking (which were around the fireplace). They also fixed our scuppers and spaced out the ventilation boxes. I really appreciate that the lead asked me questions to make sure everything was to my liking and done correctly. I was amazed that they completed the whole project in A DAY! They also did a great job cleaning up and you wouldn’t have even known they were there! I also really appreciate Jon the owner. He called me before work started to confirm my material and color choices and ask if I had any questions. He also did a follow up call within a couple days! I think that speaks volumes to the company. Our neighbors are having to redo their roof next year due to a bad flip job and I have confidently recommend Evergreen to them. We now love driving up to our home everyday and admiring our beautiful leakfree roof and have the confidence that we have a solid roof for this winter. Thanks Evergreen!

We hired Evergreen to do a big double project for us. Decking and Siding including some electrical work.This is really a review of the Deck Crew because they were great and at this time Im too worn out from dealing with the rest of the company to say anything nice.Danny and Bryce came out and built a large deck on one side of our house as well as a small landing and steps on the opposite side. I really cant say enough about those guys. They saved the project for sure. When they arrived on site, Danny and Bryce hadnt been given much direction or plans and really didnt know what we wanted. They had 1 hand drawn sketch that failed to show the orientation of the deck and measurements were missing. After sending Danny the additional information I had received from Evergreen including some partially completed computer renderings that only showed the basic structure, we walked through the project and Danny took new measurements, reviewed the materials that had been delivered and got the correct materials ordered before getting to work. We had them build a small 3 1/2 foot landing with 3 steps out of a side door on the far side of our house as well as an approx. 400 sq. ft. deck with 2 sets of stairs, a long 3 planter 2 bench system with storage and we are really happy with how it turned out. Everything is solidly built and feels like it should last for years to come. I cant stress enough that with Danny and Bryce we felt like we had someone within the company that understood our vision and expectations and worked diligently to provide it.The company likes to position itself as a Premium Company. That comes with a premium cost but youre supposed to be getting premium materials, premium service, and premium craftsmanship. I wont speak on other crews that didnt work on our project but from those that did, Danny at least understands that and strives to deliver. If you hire this company ask for Danny and Bryce to be assigned to your project. If you look at some of the other reviews youll see there names popping up a lot. That isnt a fluke or a coincidence, their work is really head and shoulders above what we saw from anyone else at Evergreen.

After a rocky start with an employee who is no longer there, the installation of a walk-in shower and new cabinets went off without a hitch. Bradd was always on time and a true pleasure to work with. Brent was readily available for any questions and kept track of all the comings and goings during the process. I am very pleased with the quality of work. The project took longer than the original estimate which I expected; it always does. If I had a complaint, it would be in the estimate and contract part of the job. As the homeowner, I expect the people I hire to make sure there are no surprises during the project. If I have discussed details about the work to be done, I believe it is up to the estimator or whomever writes the contract to make sure everything is included. I take some responsibility in that but I am not a plumber or carpenter and am relying on the expertise of the company. Some things come up that cannot be avoided. You never know what you will find behind a wall. But, if there is going to be new sheet rock, it will need to be painted and painting should be in the contract. It shouldnt be up to me to remember....not my job.So thank you Brent, Bradd, Asa, Alex, Paul and anybody else that helped bring my 1980s bathroom up to date. I wished I had done it sooner.

These guys are 5 star through and through! I was jerked around by a lot of local companies before I found these guys. I do heavy research into every company and product I use for my home. I had 12 companies come out and give quotes. Half didnt know what they were talking about, the other half had smooth talking salesmen and were very proud of their windows because they priced them at least 4x fair market price! I found a very good product at a fair price with Evergreen. My new windows look way better than before and they operate so smoothly! My only complaint would be that it’s sometimes hard to get ahold of them, but they are operating a local business so I understand. Overall, I cant say enough positive things about these guys. I have had many other contractors in my time and I wish they all operated like this.

Though it has taken 3 months to get my doors installed correctly, due to the unique structural design of our home, our three sliding patio doors and two French hinged patio doors perform and look great contrasted to our timber frame house. I highly recommend the Simonton Daylight Max, only wish Simonton made French Doors like their parent company Ply Gem. During the last weeks of summer, the Daylight Max allowed great view and natural light without the heat. Now, since we have freezing temperatures at night, the heater runs less and the house stays warmer till late at night.

The inspection was asinine, and the codes they were trying to enforce were absolutely ridiculous. Regardless, I needed to be in compliance, and I only had a few days to do so. I spoke with John about a few of the issues to be rectified for the city and the time budget I was allotted. Thankfully Jon was able to get to the property and see what needed to be done in a timely matter and at the most affordable cost after talking to five other establishments.I honestly wish I would’ve saved my time by contacting these guys first and having the time efficient and effective employees establish a game plan for me. I’ve been in constant contact with John and I couldn’t be happier with the level of communication and knowledge portrayed by him. In the summer of 2019 I hired Evergreen Home Exteriors to fix my failing deck. The whole project was a rollercoaster from the beginning. The crew that started made several major mistakes and was eventually fired by Evergreen. The second crew fixed the major mistakes and finished the job but left one major mistake.From 2019 to 2023 I tried to get the company to fix the problem but had no success.In July 2023 the warranty manager (Jon) reached out to us and changed everything around. He took responsibility for the lack of follow through and came up with a plan to fix the issue. He kept me in the loop and performed the necessary work to rectify the defects in workmanship.Jon informed us that the people responsible for delaying our warranty claim are no longer at the company. The new leadership has a proactive policy for resolving customer claims and ensuring a good experience. Evergreen has practically built the entire deck twice. This is a testament to me of their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.For me this huge headache is further evidence that people need to advocate for themselves when dealing with contractors. Always get multiple quotes and never make the final payment until everything is done to your satisfaction.

First, the quoting process was thorough and accurate. Lots of discussion and questions around what we wanted and how to get maximum value from our budget. Then the communication was excellent. The team set expectations for material delivery, set up the porta-potty and the dumpster and showed up on time to begin demolition. The team finished on-time and we’re very good at cleaning up the construction debris. Always polite and aware of my time when they needed questions answered. Great experience and would highly recommend.

After 27 years, the original LP siding was in sad shape. Jose and his crew removed virtually all of the existing siding, installed new sheathing, vapor barrier, and then installed Hardy. The house looks fantastic. They showed up every day until the job was done, and completed it in 12 days. The best thing about Evergreen was they were able to meet our schedule. We’re selling and moving, and were in a time crunch. All of the other bids were 12 to 14 weeks out. Jose showed up in 3 weeks as promised. Evergreens bid was also very competitive.

We just had our second project with Evergreen finished and it’s fabulous!! You hear so many horror stories about contractors, we couldn’t even get one to call us back, but Evergreen was at our house for an estimate within a week and I don’t feel like they cut any corners on anything. Our new kitchen is perfect! Every single person that came to our house was fantastic, very polite, professional and friendly. Had a few weeks delay due to Covid and a couple of glitches because of it but any questions I had were promptly answered and it turned out great. Sarah was so fun to work with on all the “shopping”, she went above and beyond for me. Justin, our main guy is so good at his job, he’s very thorough and great with the finishing touches, I even got great advice from him on a few DIY projects I did! Brent made sure it all got done the right way and put my mind at ease with some of my stupid questions. Every day they thoroughly cleaned up and hauled away all the construction garbage so we weren’t looking at a mess the whole time. We will 100% use them again in the future when we’re ready to redo our bathroom, we highly recommend them!

Our vinyl siding melted due to our barbecue being too close to the side of our house. Jon and his employee did a fantastic job repairing then painting the siding. It blends perfectly and you cant tell there was anything done. They were respectful, trustworthy and professional. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.In addition, we had an issue with the new buyers insurance company. Jon took the time to send our agent the pictures and a complete description of the damage and the work performed. I really appreciate the extra effort he took for us.

We highly recommend Evergreen Home Exteriors and Remodeling for deck replacement. They replaced our decades-decayed, crumbling deck, which was too unsafe to stand on, with a sturdy, beautiful, wood deck that we now use anytime its not raining. Their financing program allowed us to have it built now without waiting any longer. Their sales and planning program allowed us to lock in a project date even in the midst of a lumber shortage. Assistant Project Manager Carolyn Manibusan answered our endless questions with great responsiveness. Our Project Manager Jason explained every step of the process, introduced the crew to us, inspected the work, and made sure everything was spotless. Our demo and building crew, Matt Hawks and Travis Tossimier, were fantastic. It was fascinating to watch their efficiency and workmanship. They consulted us regularly, kept the worksite safe, and left our yard cleaner than when they found it. We greatly appreciate all the extra efforts Matt and Travis put into the job. We love our new deck and rate Evergreen Home Exteriors as an A+ outfit.
