    Javier and his team did an amazing job painting my living and dining room. I reached out for a quote and got a response right away and they started painting the next morning! They offered better prices than any of the other painters I talked to. They knocked the job out in a few hours, when it would’ve taken me days and days to do myself. They really listened to what I wanted, offered me advice, and even fixed some of the mistakes the last painter made. I love my new space and I couldn’t be happier with their work.

    I had the exterior of my 3,200 sf home and a bedroom and bathroom painted by FREELAND PAINTING in October 2020. After receiving estimates from six other painters, I decided to go with Javier since he was straight forward and he did not nickel and dime me for every door to be painted and other extra services. FREELAND PAINTING even resanded the ceiling of my porch and applied clear coat, and fixed rotting areas of my shed and window sills; they turned out amazing.I am a very picky customer and FREELAND PAINTING exceeded my expectations and my wife and I are extremely happy. We will be asking them back to repair the hot tub gazebo and paint it to match the house as well restain our fence.I will say that communication is key. If there is something that you do not like or if there is something specific that you would like done, all you have to do is talk to Javier and he will make sure it is done to your satisfaction. As I said, I am VERY picky and he passed everything that I threw at him and he did it with a smile on his face.I am fully satisfied with the job and quality of service that FREEDOM PAINTING provided and I will gladly ask them back for future projects.

    I highly recommend Freeland Paining LLC. We spoke with seven vendors when planning our project, and Freeland provided an extremely competitive estimate including many items that were cost out separately by others. We were happily surprised when he called and said they would be there on Monday, just a week after our acceptance of the bid. Javier and his crew showed up at 8am sharp and began working. It was obvious they had a plan of action and the team worked hard. They dealt expertly with our issues with siding repair and replacement. All said and done they were cleaned up and done by 7pm. An amazing job done by an excellent crew and company.

    We highly recommend Freeland Painting! They over-delivered in painting our cabin! Javier came right out to meet with us. He answered our questions about siding replacements, our metal roof, and adding window frames. We were confused about the colors we should paint our deck railings.     We contracted Freeland Painting to do a complete exterior paint job on our 2002 original paint house which fits very snug on our fenced lot. The front needed a moderate amount of trim work replaced or repaired and we are very happy with that work. The paint job itself is very good. Masking was very good. One week after they pressure washed the house, they came with a good size crew of 4 to 5 and proceeded to do trim work, scrape, calk, mask and paint and were able to complete the job in 2 days. Cleanup was good with expected amount of paint chips in the lawn but not bad. The crew was very friendly and I was able to work with the manager on site to dial in exactly were we wanted accent colors. They painted all the gutters and downspouts and did a very nice job on the garage and front door. We love how our house looks now. Almost like new, but better. We highly recommend Freeland Painting.

    If there was a rating above 5 I would select that one. My house was built in 1896. They started at 8am and finished around 4-4:30pm. They did what they said and took special time and care with details. I would recommend them for any project. They love what they do and it shows.

    Javier and his team with Freeland Painting LLC ARE topnotch! My elderly dad took some time to carefully review and select a reputable company to paint the exterior of his home. After researching, he chose Freeland Painting LLC who also came recommended by a relative. Javier came the day after he was contacted to assess the project and promptly provided a detail bid. Painting took place in September. Javier was very careful to avoid rainy days to start the project. He was onsite a day before to ensure materials were delivered and to ensure my dad did not have any questions. His team arrived the next day prompt, prepared, and professional. Half way into the project wood rot was discovered. Javier was on site later that day and recommended a person to do the job. This person met with my dad the next day and gave him a very reasonable quote. He was on the job the day after. Javier has a team of well skilled, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented individuals. They arrived on time, did the job, and left the place clean taking pride in their work. It’s hard to find trustworthy businesses these days to do home repairs.     The guys at Freeland Painting were fantastic. They gave us a very competitive estimate and did a great kitchen cabinet refacing. They showed up on time every day and worked on it all day.     Javier and his team were referred to me for a large commercial project and I’m SO happy he was!Freeland went above and beyond. First of all, the interior painting was perfectly done and super fast. I had several rooms, several colors, accent walls, stripes down a hallway, alllll different surfaces….drywall, brick, etc. They even painted our concrete floor! Everything was done perfectly.But Javier didn’t stop there. Javier’s team installed our doors and trim, hung cabinets in the treatment rooms, framed walls for electric fireplaces, and so much more!The guys were fun, professional, on time, responsive, and super fast. Every time Javier and I would go over the plan for the week, I’d be nervous that I packed too many things in and every time they would finish early.I really loved these guys and highly recommend them.     Walking around our home with the owner Javier of Freeland Painting he described and pointed out what needed to be done and what would be done to end up with a 5 star quality house painting job!His team, led by Dilmer Martinez arrived at the times specified to power wash. He introduced me to all team members then promptly started the project. Completed that same day then Javier said the team would be back on July 5th to scrape the bad spots, primer all bare wood spots or where it was needed, replaced a long facial board, re-caulked all areas that needed caulking or even appeared they might have needed it👍. Masked everything off and painted the entire house, trim and front door! Dilmer and his crew were like a well oiled machine. Everyone had a job assignment and the flow was astounding! Kept me well informed of the next steps, etc. without me having to ask! Needless to say I would recommend Freeland Painting to anyone needed their home painted.     I recently had Javier and his guys out to paint my house and do some trim repair. Not only was Javier friendly and informative but he was a serious stand up professional.When they were performing the power wash of the exterior we had a little issue come up (my back door got cracked) and without me saying anything to him he immediately advised us it would be taken care of, which it was.Javier also got me a better deal on the upgraded paint we wanted to use, overall it was just a fantastic experience, he also came in at the lowest cost which worried me a bit but they exceeded our expectations.     Im pretty happy with Freeland Painting overall. Initially I thought their free quote was almost too low, and realized after the painting crew left that not everything I wanted painted had been done. Apparently there was some miscommunication, but they were quick to come back out and finish the work at no additional cost. I guess its always wise to triple confirm the scope of work prior to starting.In the end, the company is friendly, affordable, quick, efficient, and has a good customer service ethic.     I’ve used Javier’s crew three times.The first time was on 5 town homes. They did an amazing job, replacing damaged siding, caulking sun damaged seams; which even resolved our sugar ant problem that we’d been struggling with for years! All of the difficult townhome owners were very pleased with the end product. Other neighbors even hired them after seeing our project.The second time was to paint the inside of our town home, after our renters destroyed it. They painted all the walls and trim. End product was perfect, as expected. They even helped me replace some lights and caulk a bathtub.The third project was to paint the inside of our new home. We did 4 different colors and they did the ceilings too. I was very happy with the work.They always finish their jobs early and are happy to come back and tweak things. Very friendly, professional crew and reasonably priced. I will continue to use them for future projects!

    We could not be happier with the work done by the Freeland crew. The work quality was outstanding and at the last minute we needed help with a couple of drywall repairs and they happily fit that into their schedule. Very easy to work with too.     Working with Freeland Painting was such an amazing experience! Javier and his team were extremely professional. Not only providing a quality paint job, but also patchwork, siding, carpentry and waterproofing. Freeland is a one-stop-shop!     I can’t say enough how great of a job Freeland did on our home. We’d had a terrible time dealing with overpriced, unresponsive, unfriendly painters but these guys were anything but.     Javier and his crew were phenomenal, were so professional and courteous. Extremely neat, when they left it was like they werent even there except for the fabulous new walls and fireplace they painted.     To begin, I think I should mention this is a completely unsolicited review, motivated only by OUTSTANDING service. (I had five painters price out my job and I found that many offered discounts if you posted positive reviews -which I think is a bit disingenuous. )Of the companies that gave me estimated Freeland painting wasnt the cheapest (or the most expensive) but I went with them because 1) a family member gave a strong referral and 2) Javier came across as earnest, honest, and up front (ie I wasnt going to get nickle and dimed when the project began)Javier and his crew were timely and respectful. They did an outstanding job cleaning up after themselves after each day of work.The end results were amazing. The house came out beautiful. It was a pretty large project and Javier and his team didnt miss one spot (trust me, I looked). The attention to detail was truly remarkable.Bottom line, I would absolutely use them again (Im already looking for other projects LOL) and recommend them to anyone without reservation

    Javier and his crew were very friendly and professional. They painted my living room and hallway one color and all the trim a different color and it came out great. Nothing blended and the lines were sharp and straight. Then they painted my kitchen cabinets and added the handles because they didnt have any. The cabinets came out looking so good with the new paint and hardware, it was like I was looking at a whole new kitchen! They also completed the job when they said it would be done which allowed me to plan around the job. I certainly would use this company again and would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.
