I own a well known and highly respected local property management company and we have used Brink Painting and Construction, LLC to great success. Actually, I need to be more specific.... I have a commercial building that I manage personally that really should have been resided but the owner didnt want that at the time. So, I called around to get painting estimates. Brink came in around mid-range but what I really liked was their estimator taking the time to really go over the building. I mean he really went over it thoroughly - much more so than the other vendors. I felt like he really wanted to ensure he could do this satisfactorily due to the state of the siding. What an awesome job they did...one that is still looking great 7 years later! This saved my client lots of money and made my company look good to my client. Highly recommended painting contractor in my opinion (and we deal with a lot of painters).

I called Brink painting and construction to paint the exterior of our house. They did an amazing job. They were very on time, professional, understanding and paid close attention to detail, I felt i was asking a lot because I added a few things on the to do list for them but they worked with me on what needed to be done. I wasn’t done with a section of the house when they were ready to paint but they worked around me and we’re very understanding. I had to call them back later to do some touch up on the area that we finally got finished because we ended up replacing more of the siding and trim than originally thought but they worked with me on it. I enjoyed talking with the crew that was doing my house. Thank you so much Brink painting and construction! I love the new color of my home! It looks like a whole new house!I Definitely will be calling Brink Painting and Construction for any other painting projects :)

I had a drunk driver drive through the my front wall and needed a contractor immediately to get permits and bring it back to normal. Brink Painting and Construction did a great job taking care of me from beginning to the end of the project. Their communication was excellent as was the job quality. Brink Painting did an amazing job with an interior paint job. I have a rental property, the prior tenant left behind some nail holes and stains on the walls. Brink painting covered up the holes and was able to remove the wall makings. The paint was matched closely to the prior color (not the whole house was repainted). They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely reach out again for another paint project in the future.

Everyone was very pleasant, respectful and honest (the whole team). The office manage Chance also stayed on top of inquiries. In other words, he returned your call. I would give excellent if I didnt have two experiences. 1. They took a long time to get the job done. 2. They used a paint with primer and there was one tiny area where marks came through the paint. The best thing and the reason I went with Brinks is the owner or person that came to give the estimate was the ONLY person of all the companys who went into the overhead/attic space. He really was thorough to look for leaks in the roof! Amazing guy/owner!!!”

The folks at Brink came out a few years ago and painted the entirety of the main floor in our home, which included covering a deep brick red color that was previously in my kitchen and the 20+ ft wall along the staircase. The job was done within the timeframe quoted with no additional charges or unexpected fees. Fair work for a fair price, which is not always the case when dealing with construction contracts. I’ll use them again this year to do the 2nd floor and recommend them to others looking for painters.

Twenty five years ago we were cursed with the infamous LP siding which was just beginning to swell. John suggested treating the bottom edge with a particle glue then applied a special elastomeric paint. Still have the same siding today thus saving tens of thousands. Since then another repaint with the same crew who were hard working and highly experienced. I can easily recommend Brink Painting to my friends and to you.

A number of years ago, Brink created a metal rodent barrier on one side of my house where we suspected there was an entrance. They also raised the exterior siding by cutting it to meet code and prevent drywall on a concrete patio on which it sat. All looked good when finished and were smart, cost effective solutions.
