I am the FM at Harbor Square.I had a water intrusion event in a retail space. It wiped out a substantial area of grid ceiling. I needed the grid disassembled carefully so it could be reused to help contain costs, and to enable the remediation crew to access the saturated drywall fire barrier above the grid.In the past, I have seen this type of ceiling installation go horribly wrong, and it was of paramount importance to keep the retail operation running with a minimum of necessary interruption.Their estimator came out, provided a clear proposal and the work was accomplished in a timely and workmanlike manner. Additionally, the crew on site was highly cognizant of the need to keep the retail operation up and running during this process.Everyone I met from ANW was professional and prompt communication was maintained at all levels throughout the process. Good communication is always key to a successful outcome in any endeavor.One particular point I want to make is that, in my line of work, everyone wants to be on your job site... until you tell them you are on an island...then you get radio silence. ANW had no problem with that aspect, and that is something to consider when your next project comes along.Summing up, I highly recommend ANW for your ceiling work. Easy to work with, very good and timely communications, professional and the cost was what I was expecting. No surprises with this outfit.

I recently hired Acoustics NW for an acoustical ceiling project. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. Working with Travis and Matt at the store to pick materials was both professional and educational. They spent several hours evaluating the project, exploring options and providing specifications about their products in order to decide upon the best possible solutions for the space. After selection was made, choosing both a start and completion date for the project was a breeze. Installation was led by Jason and his crew of people and I was overly impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to detail. Jason was both creative and meticulous while doing the installation and the results speak for themselves. He and his crew are experienced in their trade; true craftsmanship was delivered from all perspectives. After the installation, the support crew came to clean up all leftover materials and debris, allowing the space to be ready for following projects and deadlines. The completed space not only appeals to the eye, but has greatly improved in terms of cohesion and sound-deadening qualities. As a whole, Acoustics NW and their staff are professional, experienced, well-organized and deliver a high quality product. If you are looking for anyone to provide acoustical solutions for construction and/or remodel, dont hesitate to chose Acoustics NW. I will be turning to them for all my future project needs.
