My husband spoke to the salesman and chose all the details while I was at work, so I can’t review those experiences, however, I can say the install was top notch and professionally executed. Roman arrived and immediately got to work. He removed the old tub, and installed the new with such efficiency. He was personable and kind the entire time he was in my home. The weather caused an issue and required Roman to have to return the next day to complete the job. He was very apologetic but it wasn’t his fault that nature caused an issue. We are very pleased with the end product! Thank you Roman!!

Great experience with Bath fitter!! We are so pleased with our new bathtub/shower overlay that was installed on Monday, Dec 2nd. The installers Matt and Joe were super! They did a fantastic job. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. They both worked all day without a break until the job was completed. Our sales consultant Eric Parker was excellent as well! We would highly recommend Eric, Matt and Joe!

I had met with a different company before my nephew suggested I call Bath Fitter for an estimate. Right from the beginning this company was wonderful. Kelly was easy to work with and very flexible with the scheduling. I first met with Spencer. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He assisted me in picking out all of the features I wanted. Many of the upgrades were included in the price, so it wasnt going to cost me any more. They were doing a tub to walk-in shower conversion. Tom arrived first and explained what was going to happen. When Matt arrived the second member of the installation team, they started to break up and remove the cast iron tub. From there they continued to install the new shower. Tom kept me updated on the process and made sure everything was installed where I wanted. They had to move my towel bars over to fit the unit in, so he cut the towel bar and reinstalled it for me. They cleaned the area completely and made sure everything was correct and back in place.The installation team was very helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. They completed the job in less than six hours, which was awesome!! I would highly recommend them!!

My husband and I had a walk in shower installed to make it easier for him. we ordered it from our salesman Eric Parker he was helpful with order so we got everything we needed. we had a tub to walk in shower. it took about 6 weeks for install. Matt & Joe was our installers . I want to say they did a wonderful job i think it was more of a job than some they do. and it turned out great I would highly recommend them. Thank you Rosemary

This company is top notch! Weve been wanting to swith out our tub for a walk in shower for quite some time. We got a couple estimates based on Google reviews, and our third estimate was from Bath Fitter. We met with Spencer first, who explained everything to us, helped us build our shower as we wanted it. He was very personable and knowledgeable. When he gave us the estimate, we were blown away at the price. It was much lower than expected, and the lifetime warranty was a very attractive part of the deal. Spencer gave us a moment to talk alone, and was not pushy at all, but we already knew we were going to accept the estimate. We were then connected with Kelly who was very professional and worked with us on the installation date. She was very friendly and bubbly which was a nice change from some you speak to on the phone. We were promised an 8:00 start time, and Even, and Alex, I hope I have both their names correctly, showed up at 7:56 ready to work. They were both friendly from the start, explaining everything they were going to do. They laid down tarps so not to scratch our wood floors, and were very professional the entire time they were here. I couldnt believe how quickly the professional install was done! They finished by 2:30, and cleaned everything up like new. All had to do was run a mop to clean the dust. They explained everything on how to use and clean the shower and went over the warranty once again. This company was wonderful from start to finish. I will surely recommend them to friends and relatives. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Bath Fitter. We absolutely love our new shower!

I had a great experience with bathfitter from start to finish. My consultant Dave was great. He had felreah ideas and tailored to my movement lieu needs.we worked together and came up with just what I needed, a safe, modern shower.i’ really glad I gave them a call because I did call comfort first. They had better ideas AND really beat comforts pricing. My install was onlyv7-8 hours. I had bath fitter renovate my shower in 2017. I wanted to leave a review today because this company has stood by their lifetime warranty and has excellent customer service. 7 years after having the shower installed, we noticed the faucet handle was becoming difficult to turn. I called and spoke with Kelly who immediately set up to have a technician come to the house. Kelly was so friendly and helpful. Within 20 minutes of my call, Tom arrived and switched out the faucet cartridge in 15 minutes. He was friendly, respectful and so efficient! Thank you so much for your consistent excellence in product, craftsmanship and customer service!

Our experience with Bath Fitter Syracuse was awesome from start to finish. We recently purchased a new house and the bathrooms were stuck in the 70s. Our consultation was scheduled easily, and our sales rep (unfortunately, I cannot recall his name) was professional, thorough, and not pushy. He took the time to review all of the options that made sense, given the current bathroom set ups. Our main bathroom was not eligible for the tub over tub service that Bath Fitter is most known for, so we ended up spending more than we initially anticipated, given that learning. However, we took advantage of the financing option. From there, scheduling an installation date went smoothly and we landed a day that worked great for our schedules. Allen and Matt arrived right on time on installation date, worked professionally and quickly, and did an amazing job! We will be using them again when the time comes to redo our second shower. Highly recommend the service, based on the experience we had with Bath Fitter Syracuse!

Roman and Cody did a fantastic job. It is prettier than I ever thought possible. Honestly, I was on the fence about this acrylic vs tile but with all the designs and choices I would do this again on any bathroom I had. They were so professional, clean and in sync with each other, it was amazing to watch. Roman is the best caulker Ive ever seen. It was installed in less than a day and high quality. I know other people sell these types of systems but the quality of this has to be the best. Worth every dime. Highly recommend.

Bath Fitter of Syracuse installed A beautiful one day makeover at my parents house today. Ed and Joanne Northrup, in Chittenango. They asked me to do this review for them as they couldn’t figure it out. They said their installer Allen was amazing! He was personable, courteous, cared about their home, answered their questions, and kept on the job until it was completed. They can’t say enough about the whole process from start to finish. My first experience with Bath Fitters was my salesperson Eric Parker. His knowledge of the product and suggestions to customize my two bathrooms were and are point on. I am thrilled with the results and should have redone my bathroom years ago. The facelift for my two bathrooms is money well spent!Evan, Tom, Matt and Jesse showed up punctually. All work well together like a wheel greased wheel. My carpeting was covered with clean drop clothes the mess from the removal of tile, wall board, shower base and sliding glass door was contained and I really had no major clean up.I was fortunate that broken floor tile that I ignored for years was grouted back in a surprise for me! I needed an access panel for my tub/ shower that a previous plumber had cut out to fix the shower. Lo and behold I inquired and was told no problem we have one on the truck. The four installers and the plumber to hook everything up was accomplished in totality in one day.Keeping my shower pristine is easy! Choosing the color of my pseudo tiled walls and the design of tiles gives each bathroom its own individual look.Please be sure to inquire about financing. Money well spent. Eric had the answers to my questions. I like that I can have my investments grow for me, the monthly payments are at nominal rates and I am happy! Make an appointment to speak with Eric Parker at Bath fitters. If you can request installers Evan, Tom, Matt and Jesse. I know you too will wonder why you waited to give your bathroom a new stylish look. No more re-calking, scrubbing tiles, re grouting and the smell of Clorox.

We were a little hesitant and expecting a similar experience with Bath Fitter......we were wrong. From our first phone call requesting a visit, to Dave Fleming from sales coming to our house, and through the installation process (just under seven hours - Mario and Drew), we were impressed and pleased with the level of professional service we received and are very happy with the finished product. Bath Fitter put in new tub and wall over our old one almost twenty years ago and it still looks like new. When we decided to replace an old shower unit with a new one with a fold down seat and extra grab bars we knew who to call! Bath Fitter was our first and only choice. Our experience with Bath Fitter was exceptional. From Fletchers initial consultation through the installation, it was an enjoyable experience. Fletcher was helpful and talked us through the process of selecting what we wanted. He did not pressure us, but was clear and helpful. October 2nd was installation day. Two teams arrived, one to do the bathtub and the other the shower. They were cheerful, easy to talk to and helpful. They took care to cover the carpets and to clean up before they left. They knew exactly what they were doing and made assessments, helping us to move a few things that we had not anticipated. Beyond the noise of removing the old, the sound of their voices was cheerful. It was pleasant to hear them speaking kindly and respectfully with each other as they went about their work. In our house, kindness and respect are important values. We also appreciate that Bath Fitter treats its workers well, providing decent pay, benefits, and care. It makes us happy to work with your business. Drew and Roman were the men who installed the bath tub. (The shower installation will be reviewed separately.) At the end, as they were preparing to leave, Drew or Roman took time to explain all of the features that we should know how to work. There was no rush, and our questions were answered. I am grateful for this experience. Finally, I am grateful that all of your people understand that in some homes, masks are still required. The men were willing to wear the masks that we asked for. We just had Roman and Drew redo my main bath in my old home. We only have 1full bathroom with a tub and shower. The guys removed the tub and put in a beautiful shower in 1 day! I’m so thankful that it was done quickly, professionally and properly. They had an inspector come in right after a master plumber finished his installation. No long term waiting and 24 hours later we were all able to shower comfortably. I was not sure if I wanted the doors so I have a spring rod up but I called this morning and asked to order them. I think they will look really good. Roman and Drew were extremely helpful as to my concerns and did an outstanding job! We had Bath Fitter-Syracuse about 10 years ago for a new tub and surround, beautifully done. However after 10 years there was a hallow sound when you stood in a certain spot that would move up and down. Kelly was quick to set an appointment and send Mario(?) to check it out. He reported back to Kelly that it looked like the glue had hardened which is not uncommon. Another appointment was set up and Evan P. came with a new tub. He removed the old tub and installed a new one, did all the caulking and clean up in about 5.5 hours. We had a bathfitter unit installed over our existing cast iron tub with a wall tub surround a few years ago. We have been very happy with the installation and how well it looks. Recently we had an issue with the faucet they installed. I called in the morning and spoke to a very professional and friendly woman in the office..to my surprise she said the manager Mario would be out that very afternoon. Mario showed up as promised and replaced parts of the faucet. He was very nice and did a very neat and clean job. I would highly recommend Bathfitter not only for the product but for the prompt service when needed😊

I was having some issues with water getting stuck under my bath fitter and with the sliding glass doors. I wasn’t sure if I was covered under any warranty because the bath fitter was installed when the previous owner lived in my house. One quick call and they said they would fix everything for me. I was told Mario would come out on Friday between 11am and 2pm. Mario was here right before 11am. He was polite, professional and spoke with me about what may have caused my issue. He explained what he would be doing and got right to work. He finished the job in a timely manner and was professional the whole time. Great work Mario! You have a great employee bath fitters!

From start to finish, this was a professional superb job! Eric was my salesman, very personable and explained all details of the job. I converted my tub shower to a full shower, no tub. The installers Justin and Matt were prompt and did a very nice job in about 4-1/2 hours! Including replacing all the drain pipes. I went with Bath Fitter because that is all they do and they do it very well. I highly recommend them for a great experience. Like I said before from start to finish professionalism was great and I am very happy!

We wanted to replace our cast iron tub with a shower stall. Investigating a custom-built shower revealed a long and costly project. Since we used Bath Fitter previously with good results, we visited their show room to see what they had to offer. From the start we had a really good experience with Bath Fitter. The show room had plenty of displays to view designs and product quality. The show room staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. We scheduled an in-home visit for measuring and pricing. The price was reasonable, and we were told that the entire job including old tub removal to complete installation would be done in a single day. We scheduled the job.On the installation day the installers Roman and Cody arrived on time, were professional, courteous and talented. They took great care to protect our hardwood flooring and walls during the demolition and installation phases. They double checked with us to ensure placement of shelfs and rails were exactly where we wanted them. The entire job was completed in about 6 hours.... WOW! This included a thorough cleanup inside and out. For us, Bath Fitter is a good company with a good product, and good people all around, resulting in a good project. We are very satisfied.Thank You

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Bathfitter. We had the tub to shower conversion done and could not be happier. They arrived at the time they said they would and did not take a break until it was finished around 5 pm. It was amazing to see how our old tub was turned into a walk in shower in a day! We opted for the two shower head configuration which works great and looks so nice. The new walk in shower now looks like a spa, the walls continue to the ceiling so it is easy to clean. The sliding glass doors look beautiful and good by to the old shower curtain. The installers Drew and Evan layed a runner on the carpet so going in and out it stayed clean throughout the day. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. We did need to have the shower doors adjusted a few days later so I called Bathfitter. They came out the next day, adjusted them so they slide better. To me that is amazing, service after the sale done quickly wihout any issues! I would highly recommend Bathfitter, amazing transformation In one day!

The service person, Dan, arrived right on schedule and thoughtfully called me from the driveway to verify he was in the right house. He was extremely polite and efficient, finishing the job within a half hour. He also gave me several tips for preventing the mode from returning. I would request him if I needed service again.

We contacted Bath Fitter to have our tub/shower changed to a walk in shower. I was skeptical that they could do the job in one day. I was very impressed with Evan and Cody. They showed up on time for the install. They were very professional and did an excellent job! They answered all of my questions and allowed me to snap some pictures during the process. These guys make a great team. The plumber, Lilly Plumbing did a fantastic job as well, they all encountered some obstacles and never had any doubt how to work through them. We love our new shower and we would give Evan and Cody 10 stars if we could. I highly recommend Bath Fitter for anyone who wants a job well done!

Roman and Tom were absolutely wonderful. They took great care in making sure to cover the floors where they entered and outside the bathroom. I was amazed at how fast they were able to do this job. They removed an old tub/shower combo and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. Everything went so smoothly. These guys definitely knew what they were doing. My shower looks amazing. Shower walls are one continuous piece...not 3 sections put together. Thats why we went with Bath Fitters. No calked corners to worry about leaks later down the road. I have nothing but positive things to say about all the staff and the product. David came out, was on time!, and we went over all my options. He was a very respectful gentleman. Kind and helpful. When I would call the office about questions I had everyone was so professional and positive. I was sent reminders about my upcoming installation. The installers would be at my home between 8 to 10. I was thrilled at 8 am 2 vans pull into my driveway. Both Roman and Alex were very professional. Greeting me with their names. They took great care to keep my home clean, they were so quite. They did not dilly dally, they stayed on task. What a great experience with no pressure. Cant wait to use the shower.
