    This was the second time the people at Murtaugh have done projects for us. The first was our home in Syracuse where they did the roof on our home, the roof on our 3.5 car garage - all with perfection. The roofs on these early 20th century structures had many sub roofs, peaks, dormers, and all were done flawlessly. They also did an outstanding job on our attic turning it from a dingy space to a showplace!On our next home we had an almost 200yr old barn structure that was in desperate need of a roof. They were able to replace the decking, roofing, and fascia within days. The previous water penetration was causing this structure to fail, but now with a tight roof, the hay loft is now completely dry and usable. Extremely pleased with the end result!! If ever we need work on the main house roof, theyll be the first ones well contact.Weve included pictures of both the 3.5 car garage, and the barn. I think youll agree a world of difference!Thank you guys!!

    Murtaugh Restorations just completed a complete gut and renovation of our full bathroom. They were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process, all the way back to the initial visit for the estimate. The project team was great. They were responsible.     We had the company come out and provide a quote for a roof replacement and to install some new storm doors. Murtaugh was very responsive, getting an estimate back to us quickly (and answering any questions we had about the process without hesitation.) The turnaround from signing the contract to getting the work done was fast, and during the entire process - which was done quickly and efficiently - the company was there to answer any questions we had. We are very happy with final product.

    Murtaugh was able to give an estimate and fix a small bit of rotted siding the same day I called them! A roof replacement with another company a few years ago on a small outcropping wasnt flashed properly, leading to a hole in the siding where the two met on the east side. I was having trouble finding someone without a backlog months out. I lucked out and piggybacked on a roof replacement Murtaugh are currently doing for the neighbors. After I called, they were able to do a quick inspection and told me in detail how they would approach the problem. Work is excellent, replacing a little extra on the west side of the outcropping to keep everything looking symmetrical and all flashed properly so it doesnt happen again. Really happy with how it all turned out! Ill definitely be reaching back out in the future.

    What a pleasure to work with a contractor who does great work and provides excellent customer service as well. Ever had an experience with a contractor who will give you an estimate and never follow up? Or worse, will start a job and then not show up for a couple of weeks while they do something else? Not Boyce and his crew. They are considerate of the customers time and schedule and, did I mention that they do great work?!?!?!I have more work to do and would hire these guys again without a second thought. He is usually booked pretty far in advance which is another indication that he has happy customers.

    I have had three jobs done by this company in the past year. A small roof repair, a pipe repair which also entailed ceiling repair and a window replacement. On all three jobs the employees were very professional and showed up right on time. The owner came out to inspect all work and to make sure we were happy with the job that was done. I will continue to use this company in the future.

    I needed a roof repair and selected this group on the internet for my area. What a great choice! Very professional, good communication with explanations and photos of what needed done as well as the finished job. Fair pricing. Fast service. Boyce even returned a few days later to place a screen door on track that I had accidentally walked through!! They are capable of doing work in many areas and from now on they will be the first group I go to for any needed job. Highly recommended.

    We had a great experience with Murtaugh Restorations. Over the winter we discovered that our roof ridge vent was damaged, allowing snow and rain to enter, causing our ceiling to become wet. We had to wait out the winter before we could get the ridge vent replaced. Meanwhile, with every snowfall, or in warmer temperatures, rainfall, our upstairs ceiling would become saturated. It was extremely stressful. When spring finally arrived, we signed a contract with a prominent local company. They promised that the work would be completed “within a couple weeks”. A couple weeks came and went. They made the same promise four more times. Finally, we asked that the contract be voided and we called Murtaugh. We met with a Murtaugh representative on a Friday afternoon, got a reasonable estimate the same day, and had the work completed within TEN DAYS. Now, when it rains, we feel like we can relax.Our job was not a huge money-maker for Murtaugh. But...Murtaugh seems to realize that business is about more than building up a bank balance - it’s also about building good will. While I am not going to spend time and energy bad-mouthing the “other” company, I AM going to spend plenty of time and energy recommending Murtaugh. They understood the stress this problem was creating for us...and in fixing our roof, they built a whole lot of good will. They will be the FIRST company we call next time and the FIRST company we recommend to others.

    NEEDED A ROOF REPAIR AND A SURVEY OF OUR ROOF. THEY RESPONDED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. FINDING THE LEAK TURNED OUT TO BE A TASK AS IT WAS ACTUALLY 2 SEPARATE LEAKS! REPAIR WAS DONE AT A REASONABLE COST AND WE HAVE AT LEAST 6 YEARS OR MORE LIFE STILL IN THE ROOF. WHEN WE DO NEED A NEW ROOF, MURATUGH WILL GET THE CALL!
