    Sammy came out and quickly pin pointed what the actual issue was (it wasnt just a clogged toilet). He was friendly and took the time to explain what was happening. His supervisor also came along and both were knowledgeable. They recommended a service and confirmed the main issue. Our sewage pipe had settled. We were offered two potential solutions. They were honest, empathetic, and patient as my husband and I were making our decision. Highly recommend Sammy and this company!

    Top notch service, fast response, great price.Upon finding a clogged shower, i quickly called Rooter Man, and had Rick come out for an inspection within a couple hours. After a thorough investigation they showed me the abysmal shape my homes plumbing was in with 60 year old cast iron piping that was never replaced.After they had attempted to resolve the issue with a hydrojet, it was apparent with a camera that my pipes all needed to be replaced.Sam and his team at Rooter Man were able to resolve my homes plumbing issues within a day or two with an entire refit for my homes plumbing system and I couldnt be more thankful.Great team, great price, fast service.Couldnt ask for more.

    Kevin Nuno is crazy talented. He evaluated everything same as I did; (I am also a plumber) got quick to the problem and fixed it immediately.     Our plumber, Rick J. was great! He was very pleasant, polite, and professional with a good sense of humor. He got our job done well in a timely manner! We highly recommend him. This was our first experience with Rooter Man Plumbing and plan on using them again because of Ricks great service! The company was very friendly and helpful scheduling Rick to be at our home in less than two hours.

    We had a clog in our line connected to our kitchen sink. Normally it just involves a clean out. So, we thought we’d try Rooterman. When he got here, we realized that the plumbing was actually leaking pretty badly under the house. He said he really thought it was the toilet and that just doing a clean out of the line would not do the trick. I explained that if it was a larger job that we’d have to get our plumber that is connected to our landlord instead. He understood And leftI appreciated their honesty and understanding. Will use them again when we just need to clean out. And perhaps this is The beginning of a better longer relationship.

    Kitchen drain became plugged late in the evening. We called to have Rooter Man plumbing come out the next day. Jonathan was our service rep. He was able to arrive 3 hours earlier than originally promised, which was a real help to us. Unfortunately our problem was more severe than a simple snake could handle. He called to have a second truck come out with a high pressure flush that was finally able to do the trick. At all times Jonathan and his partner were concerned about keeping the work areas clean both inside and outside the home. They did a terrific job and we still managed to keep our early dinner date with friends. I will call them again the next time we have a plumbing issue.

    Rooter Man had a plumber at my house within an hour. Arman K. was very knowledgeable and professional. He located an outside access and unclogged the kitchen sink drain very quickly for $49. Can highly recommend!

    Woke up to find a real nasty mess coming out of a pipe in the yard. From the minute I called it was friendliness and professionalism. I got a technician out in a couple hours and just by looking, the technician Mike D gave me an answer of what the issue was. Roots in the line. Sure enough that’s what the issue was. We highly recommend and will personally definitely use them again.

    Fixed our leak. Rick was very courteous and professional. The company was easy to schedule with. We only got a half hour window, unlike another company that wanted to keep us waiting for a 2 hour window. They called an hour before to remind us before they came out too.     Mike is fantastic! We experience yet another major plumbing issue in our 1959 house, and he arrived on time with a friendly attitude to save the day.     Harry (Rooterman) came to my home, my kitchen sink backed up. He arrived on time, looked at my sink (which was now drained) went to my DS bathroom, turned on the shower, vanity and flushed the toilet. No worries. We then went down to my garage and discovered a drain pipe LEAKING. It was rusted out and entirely compromised. Harry refused to charge me, saying, I did no repairs. There is no bill. I was stunned. That kind of integrity nowadays is rare! I will not hesitate to call them for help in the future.

    Orlando showed up promptly at the time that was scheduled. He was kind and informative. He explained to me what causes kitchen plumbing backups, how snaking temporarily deals with the problem and the different stages of remediation. He was transparent in our discussions, quick to get the work finished, and pleasant to talk with. If I have sink problems again Ill certainly be calling Rooter Man. 10/10On a side note, I did call Roter Rooter first and they tried to tell me that it would cost $600 to snake the pipe. I threw the tech out of my house. Rooter Man did the work for $50.

Rodney was a great worker it took him a while to fix my old leaky sink plus it was clogged , he replaced the old parts and he has very good customer service skills very friendly very knowledgeable and respected my living situation and financial pocket, lol!     Greg came and took care of the clog right on time. I had Rooterman do a repipe previously and was told that I wouldn’t have to snake the drain ever again after the repipe, but they came out in less than 24 hours and took care of the problem and Greg told me what not to put down the drain if I wanted to avoid another snaking.     Plumber clean the main pipe the first time, then a couple hours later the same problem came back, called them back, and now they say they have to charge me again!!! , they didn’t fix the problem first timeWhy should I pay again, which they did not do their Job…. Now they are not warranty the Jin they did in the same day… the are trying to sell me to do the hydro jet cleaning, which cost $600

    Rooter man was a great experience! We had a clogged kitchen sink on both sides. Gustavo first cleaned the sink pipes and then snaked it to 25 foot, to no avail. He didnt charge me since the drain was still clogged. He recommended some home remedies to try, which I did, but they didnt work either. So he came back next day with hydro jet and camera, located problem, and fixed it in less time than expected. Gustavo was so polite and helpful throughout, answering all of my questions, and walking me thru each step. And he left things very clean when he was done.     Plumber Harry N was great! Very professional and courteous. That being said, the actual company would not honor a coupon that they posted on their website and was clearly appropriate for me to use as a first time customer. I spoke to someone, at the company. I explained how this visit fell under the coupon instructions/ restrictions. They asked to speak to the plumber. Yet, STILL, would not honor the coupon! Either way, HAD to get my sink fixed. So, ended up just giving in, and paid the much higher price that they charged. Needless, to say, I will not be using this company again. Once again, Harry N, however, was awesome. He WAS successful, at declogging, my sink. And, he was very apologetic that he was not allowed to honor the coupon.

    I need to give your employee Joshua L the highest rating there is and more. If 10 is the highest, I would give him a 20. I am sure he faced more challenges than expected when he arrived.The young lady I spoke with initially (dispatcher I assume) mentioned your company had been here before. I incorrectly assumed Joshua would know where to park and maybe the problem on the past visit, but he didnt. Now the challenges: Joshua arrived as my husband returned from an overnight fishing trip (hangry & exhausted). My husband was not aware I had called you and yelled at Joshua who handled himself well and respectfully. Joshua then cleared our main line (the job I called him for), then we asked him to clean our tenants line which is where the problem initially was. We have a triplex on one property which I thought had one main line (but it doesnt). He did for an added charge. Our tenant then informed us she still had the problem, so Joshua looked closer in the unit. He had to clean yet another line in the her bathroom for another charge.So basically Joshua L faced many challenges on this visit. This young man interacted with respect and professionalism. He worked hard and efficiently. He had the knowledge to take care of our problems, answer questions, and provide recommendations. After meeting all these needs he had to rush off to his next job. I hope our delays didnt cause a poor review on his next stop. He represented your company very well.

    Our technician came out because our tub stopped draining and a sink was slow in our upstairs bathroom. Now this house is around 65 years old, has sheet rock walls and ceilings, and old pipes. So they couldn’t fix it easily and had to go through the wall. Then, because of the old pipes, they had to go through the downstairs ceiling to get to good pipe. All this took quite some time, and Eddie our technician was very cheerful and professional throughout. He even was careful to keep the open wall closed off when he wasn’t by it to keep the cats from trying to get in. He explained all the steps he was taking and showed us the pipe that was clogged when he was through. I would highly recommend Rooter Man Plumbing OC.

    I am posting this review on behalf of my husband, Terrence Smith. Edgar was very knowledgeable and thorough; I called him to come and clear a blockage in our kitchen sink. He arrived on time, (he was very cool and laidback) and went right to work. When our drain would not clear, he gave me a step by step explanation, showing me at every stage what the issues were. He gave me a quote that encompassed all of the repairs needed. At no time did I feel that he was pressuring me to agree to the repairs. I would definitely use this company again and would request that they send Edgar to service our home.P.S I called in to compliment Edgar to his manager and was told that the manager was out and would call me back.
